Dimensional Keeper: All My Skills Are at Level 100

Chapter 566: Offering a Help

His gaze shifted warily to the spirits hovering around Kane—resting on his shoulders, dancing gently over his arms, curling like wisps of living energy.

But now, they didn’t just seem playful. There was a glint in their eyes, an awareness. Max could feel it clearly—an undercurrent of excitement, like they had seen something extraordinary.

’Did these spirits sense my Dimension of Spirit?’ he wondered with growing unease, the realization settling in his gut.

If Kane had figured out something from the behavior of his spirits, Max could only shake his head in helpless resignation. He didn’t want anyone knowing about his class—not yet. Still, he had to act calm.

”Master Kane, can you give me one of your spirits?” he asked lightly, masking his nervousness with a composed smile.

Kane’s eyes twinkled, the knowing edge of his grin making it clear that he understood far more than he let on.

”Take it,” he said with a simple nod. At his words, one of the smaller spirits—a water spirit shaped like a round, translucent slime—bubbled with glee and floated toward Max, its little body pulsing with joy.

It zipped and twirled around him excitedly, circling his head and arms as if already celebrating the bond between them. Max reached out with a calm gesture, and the moment his fingers brushed the soft, shimmering body of the spirit, it vanished—pulled instantly into the dimension within him.

”What did you do to that spirit?” the black dragon asked, its deep voice laced with suspicion and a faint undercurrent of caution. Its massive eyes narrowed as it studied Max, sensing something strange, something that didn’t belong to ordinary strength.

Max didn’t answer directly. He simply smiled and said, ”You’ll know in a moment,” his voice calm but carrying a weight of quiet confidence. He stood still, hands relaxed at his sides, while an eerie silence settled over the grassy plains. Time stretched, dragging out the suspense until several long minutes passed. And then, with a simple thought, Max activated his will.

In an instant, a soft glow shimmered in the air before him, and the water spirit emerged—round and translucent like before, but now noticeably brighter, more refined.

The moment it returned to the outside world, it darted forward and clung to Max’s cheek like a child reuniting with a parent, nuzzling affectionately and radiating joy. Its little body trembled with delight, as if pleading to be taken back into the warm sanctuary it had experienced within Max’s Dimension of Spirit.

The black dragon, ancient and wise beyond comprehension, stiffened visibly—not because of the closeness between Max and the spirit, but because of what it sensed radiating from the little creature.

The aura that clung to the spirit was like a breath of ancient wind—pure, untouched, natural. It was the aura of the primordial world itself. A living essence of harmony, something that had almost entirely vanished from the Divine Realms over countless eons.

”That... that is...” the dragon muttered, its voice trailing off in disbelief. The natural purity it sensed was not something that could be mimicked or faked.

It was the very breath of a world untainted by wars, politics, or destruction—a force that should no longer exist in this age. And yet, Max had a place where such an aura could not only exist—but thrive.

The dragon’s heart stirred with something it hadn’t felt in a long, long time: wonder and hope.

It was then that something clicked in the black dragon’s ancient mind—a distant memory, buried under the weight of countless ages.

A legend... no, an ancient truth. A forgotten story of a being blessed by the world itself, whose presence carried the breath of creation.

His gaze deepened as he looked at Max, the fragmented pieces aligning in his thoughts. ’I see now...’ he mused, the realization steadying the thunder of his heart.

Slowly, his massive head turned toward Max again, but this time, the way he looked at the boy was different. The wariness was gone, replaced by reverence. There was respect in those massive golden eyes—a recognition of something far older and greater than any cultivation realm could grasp.

”If you can help this egg grow naturally,” the black dragon said, his voice low, almost solemn, ”then please... do it.”

And then, to Max’s quiet shock, the dragon bowed its head. Not as a gesture of submission, but one of honor—an acknowledgment of kin, of fate, and of the miracle Max represented.

Max smiled softly, not proud or arrogant, but genuine. ”Of course I will help him,” he said, his tone humble and warm. ”I carry the same bloodline as the one inside this egg. I can feel the resonance between us—it’s like a whisper in my blood and soul. And because of that, I want to help him... not because of obligation, but because I believe it’s the right thing to do.”

”Hmmm.” The dragon’s breath rumbled like a distant volcano as he nodded. ”Please... proceed.”

Max nodded, stepping forward with calm, steady steps until he stood before the egg once more. The moment his palm gently touched its blackened shell, a wave of warmth pulsed through his hand and spread across his body—a soft beat, like the heartbeat of something ancient awakening inside the shell.

’Little guy,’ Max said in his heart with a light chuckle, ’I’m taking you to a place you’ll never want to leave. Not even after you hatch and become a dragon.’

With that, he activated the link to his Dimension of Spirit. In an instant, the egg shimmered and vanished from the grassy plains, safely transported into the heart of his spirit world, where natural energy flowed like rivers of light and spirits danced freely under a sky untouched by the cruelty of reality. A place where it could grow... into something beyond legends.

”Take these spirits too,” Kane said, his voice calm yet resolute, as he gently nudged the remaining spirits forward with a flick of his hand. ”They’re very fond of the egg, and I believe they’ve already formed a bond with it—perhaps not through words, but through their souls.”

The moment those words were spoken, the spirits—each glowing faintly with their own natural hue, some shaped like wisps of wind, others like droplets of water, or flickering flames—rushed toward Max in uncontainable excitement.

They danced around him like joyous children, swirling in the air with happiness, brushing against his face and shoulders with warmth and affection as though they had long been waiting for him to accept them.

Max couldn’t help but chuckle softly at their eagerness, his heart warmed by the purity in their presence.

”Alright, alright, come on in,” he said lightly, lifting his hand. With a single breath of will, a ripple of spiritual energy surged from his palm, and all the spirits—one after another—vanished into the glow of his Dimension of Spirit, joining the egg in that sacred place where time slowed, and nature thrived.

The moment they entered, Max could feel the tranquility grow deeper inside that world. It was as though the spirits, the egg, and the spirit dimension itself had been pieces of a puzzle—now falling into perfect harmony.
