Survival in the Underground Palace: Get the instant kill skill at the beginning

155: Possibility of dealing with the Fairy Queen“I cannot confirm, and even less can I be certain; there’s just a very high probability.”

“And this probability requires a massive amount of fairy tears, as well as time.”

Facing the captains’ questions, Liu Yang stated his position solemnly.

“But as things stand, unless everyone can quickly improve to a level where they can deal with the Fairy Queen, I can’t think of any other way.”

“So this method is the only one I can think of, and it must be acted upon before the Fairy Queen’s strength fully recovers.”

“If we wait for the Fairy Queen to recover, then it won’t work.”

“Alright, it’s settled then. I agree to let Captain Liu try.”

At this moment, seeing the captains with various expressions, Shen Yansheng made the final decision.

He knew everyone’s thoughts were nothing more than guessing whether fairy tears had some special effect that could greatly enhance human strength.

If that were the case, then why give them to Liu Yang? Wouldn’t it be better to use them themselves?

In this situation, who wouldn’t want to become stronger?

Even if they ultimately couldn’t deal with the Fairy Queen, if their own strength increased, dealing with a Fairy Elder should be no problem.

There’s only one Fairy Queen; could she really chase them relentlessly?

But Shen Yansheng knew this was not the time to harbor ulterior motives.

Even if the facts were indeed as they suspected, they could only agree to Liu Yang’s request.

Moreover, given Liu Yang’s strength, he was leagues ahead of the other captains.

Not enhancing the strong, but instead enhancing the weak—that would truly be foolish.

As Shen Yansheng finished speaking, he was the first to hand a large pile of fairy tears to Liu Yang.

“These are my own gains, and some gains from deceased team members. Take them all.”

“Thank you for your trust in me.”

Liu Yang looked at the large pile of fairy tears and said solemnly to Shen Yansheng.

With Shen Yansheng leading the way, the other captains also took out their fairy tears.

Liu Yang didn’t stand on ceremony, getting up and moving around to collect all the fairy tears.

“I’ll be excusing myself for a while, to avoid being discovered by the Fairy Queen again.”

With that, Liu Yang returned to his Home.

At the same time.

He also left a message for Shen Yansheng, asking him to continue collecting fairy tears.

“Captain, the system notified us that the Thunder Fairy has also appeared. What’s the situation outside now?”

“Yes, Mitra said that in the Fairy race’s records, Thunder Fairies are extremely powerful and incredibly fast.”

As soon as Liu Yang landed, Afia and Allen looked at him and asked.

Their voices were soft, and their faces were filled with worry.

As for the others, they all looked over in unison.

Judging by their expressions, they were also very curious and worried about this.

Although they hadn’t shown themselves much since arriving at Stone Mountain Base, they had still been keeping an eye on everything outside.

“It’s nothing. Team Leader Shen and the others will figure out how to deal with it. We just need to do our own thing.”

“No matter what the future holds, only by increasing our strength can we handle anything.”

Liu Yang nodded faintly, not saying much more.

“Alright, I’ve gotten a lot of fairy tears from Team Leader Shen. It’s time to get busy again.”

With that, Liu Yang took out all the fairy tears and piled them in front of Shi Yufei and Guan Ningxiu, like a small mountain.

“Wow, so many! It looks like this should allow Mitra to level up a lot.”

Guan Ningyan’s expression was exaggerated as she saw the tall pile of fairy tears.

“Big liar, you’re really too good! You actually found so many fairy tears for Mitra. Mitra will forgive you for now.”

Mitra flew down and buried her entire body in the pile of fairy tears.

She kept scooping up piles of fairy tears and rubbing them on her face, completely engrossed.

“Don’t worry, eat as many fairy tears as you want. If it’s not enough, I’ll find a way. If you can level up to 100 without hindrance, I’ll find you anything you want in the future.”

“Level 100?”

“The Queen was only Level 100 before she was injured.”

“Can Mitra really become as powerful as the Queen?”

Mitra’s eyes widened instantly upon hearing Liu Yang’s words.

In her mind, becoming as powerful as an Elder was already an incredible feat.

Level 100, being on the same level as the Queen—she had never even considered such a thing.

After a few casual chats, everyone got busy with their own tasks.

Some fed Mitra, some hunted Forest Guardians, and others did housework.

As for Liu Yang, he entered the Auction House to continue collecting fairy tears.

Although Shen Yansheng and the others provided many fairy tears, it was still far from enough to supply Mitra until Level 100.

As for whether she could even reach Level 100, Liu Yang couldn’t be 100% sure.

But preparing in advance was always the right thing to do.

[Auction House]

[Seller: Liu Yang.]

[Item for Trade: Psionic Energy x100.]

[Requirement: fairy tears x1.]

[Inventory: Unlimited.]

Liu Yang made a rough estimate.

If it increased by 100 per level as before, Mitra would need a total of 214,500 fairy tears to reach Level 100.

Subtracting what he currently had, there was still a deficit of over a hundred thousand.

According to Mitra’s description, the entire Forest Sprite population should be between three hundred thousand and five hundred thousand.

There was no way to be precise, as the Fairy race didn’t have a fairy census, so there was no accurate number.

Of course, perhaps there was, but given Mitra’s level and status, she had no way of knowing such things.

If every type of Fairy was like this.

Including the Flame Sprites and the newly unsealed Thunder Fairies, there were definitely over a million Fairies.

Plus some Forest Guardians or Flame Giants, etc.

With billions of humans, it shouldn’t be difficult to obtain over two hundred thousand fairy tears.

The difficulty lay in whether people would sell them.

Liu Yang first posted the order on the Auction House, then went to the World Chat channel to make an announcement.

“Lucky Base, over 2000 team members, private message if you want to form an alliance.”

“Hushan Base, around 1500 team members, several captains have reached Level 40, strength is absolutely no problem. Those who want to ally, hurry.”

“Wind Forest Fire Mountain Squad, full team, average level 28, seeking powerful allies.”

At this time, the World Chat channel was filled with shouts one after another.

There were bases seeking alliances, newly formed teams looking for organizations, and even lone players looking for teams.

The usual lively scene of chatting and boasting was gone.

Facing the emergence of the Thunder Fairy, everyone was actively banding together for warmth.

Liu Yang glanced at it a few times and lost interest. With a thought, a message was successfully edited.

“Important Notice: I, Liu Yang, have a method that might end the war, but it requires a huge amount of fairy tears. Although I don’t know if it will succeed, this is the only method I can think of and see. Therefore, I hope everyone can work together to help me complete the experiment. Of course, whether it succeeds or not, I will not take the fairy tears for free. 100 Psionic Energy per tear. Those willing, please trade with me at the Auction House.”

Given the difficulty of obtaining fairy tears, a price of 100 Psionic Energy per tear was not considered too high.

But with such a massive deficit, Liu Yang couldn’t offer too high a price.

Even if he estimated 200,000 tears, at 100 Psionic Energy each, it would require a total of 20 million Psionic Energy.

Besides him, probably no one in the entire Underground Palace World could afford that.
