Survival in the Underground Palace: Get the instant kill skill at the beginning

125: Alliance“This is going to be tough. Forest Sprites were already so hard to deal with, and now there’s a Flame Sprite. Sigh,” Zongzheng Ziyi was the first to break the silence.

“Indeed!” Liu Yang nodded, “Let’s not even talk about the Fairy Queen; just the Fairy Elders would probably require all of us to fight together.”

“One more type of sprite is still manageable, but what if other sprites are unsealed by the Fairy Queen?” Atomic Sword’s leisurely voice sounded, making everyone’s expressions change.

“No way?” Allen was shocked and said nervously, “There won’t really be Earth Fairies or anything like that, right? Will my burrowing skill still be as useful then?”

“How about…” Guan Ningxiu suddenly whispered, “How about we quickly store more seed materials? If worst comes to worst, we can just get more from Liu Yang’s Home.” After speaking, she felt her suggestion was a bit cowardly and instantly blushed, lowering her head.

“You know what, Xiuxiu’s suggestion isn’t a bad fallback plan.” Liu Yang thought for a moment and nodded in agreement. Given the current situation, he didn’t know what the future held. Ordinary sprites were one thing, but against an Elder, he currently had no solution, let alone the Fairy Queen who was stirring up trouble.

While he was feeling melancholic, a private message arrived.

“Huh? Who’s messaging me at this time?” Liu Yang wondered, opening it to check.

“Is this Captain Liu? I am Shen Yansheng from the Yanlong Army. I’d like to discuss team alliances with you, if possible?”

“Shen Yansheng? Who’s that?” Liu Yang muttered softly. He didn’t seem to have heard of this person. He only had a very vague impression of the name but couldn’t quite recall it.

“You just don’t care about anything!” Shi Yufei shook her head and smiled, reminding him, “This person was the second one to create a team.”

“I… I remember now.” Hearing Shi Yufei’s reminder, Liu Yang finally recalled. “I knew the name sounded familiar; so it was him.”

“What’s wrong? Why are you bringing up Shen Yansheng?” Private messages are not visible to others, so hearing Liu Yang mention the name, Guan Ningyan asked curiously.

“Shen Yansheng just contacted me, wanting to discuss team alliances. What do you all think?” Everyone was stunned at the words, then fell into deep thought. They hadn’t had time to learn about alliances yet. After thinking, they all brought up their game interfaces to check the relevant information about alliances.

One, once an alliance is formed, it cannot be dissolved within a certain period.

Two, once an alliance is formed, its nature is equivalent to a team, and members cannot attack each other.

Three, once an alliance is formed, team assembly will be conducted, and the assembly location will be decided by all parties in the alliance.

Four, once an alliance is formed, the method of obtaining war points will not be affected.

Five, once an alliance is formed, individual gains remain unchanged.

After understanding the alliance rules, everyone understood.

“From the rules, there doesn’t seem to be any downside.”

“Right, we can’t attack each other, so there’s no need to worry about someone backstabbing us. The method of obtaining points remains unchanged, so we don’t have to fear others stealing our success. Overall, the pros outweigh the cons.”

“Human strength is sometimes limited, and there are benefits to having more people.”

“Our team is pretty good at area-of-effect attacks, but we lack powerful offensive skills. The only Frost Skill’s moves can’t be used at will. If we could have powerful offensive players cooperating, then we would have no weaknesses.” Everyone spoke their thoughts, chattering.

Liu Yang listened, nodding repeatedly. If he could find powerful offensive players, as long as someone could deal with Elder-level sprites, then no matter how many ordinary sprites came, they would be annihilated.

“In that case, I’ll talk to him first.” “If the other party’s strength isn’t great, then forget it.” “If their strength is strong enough, there also needs to be a clear statement about decision-making. I don’t want to be sent in as cannon fodder.” After saying that, Liu Yang began to reply to Shen Yansheng.

After a thorough discussion, Liu Yang obtained the information he wanted. At the same time, he also expressed his admiration for Shen Yansheng. It turned out that this time, the other party wasn’t just inviting him alone to an alliance, but many powerful teams. Among those already confirmed to be in the alliance, there were nearly ten teams. Calculating ten people per team, that’s 100 people. But that was nothing. Under Shen Yansheng’s team, many other teams were also attached. The people in those teams were slightly weaker in strength, but their numbers were significant, several hundred people.

After careful consideration, Liu Yang decided to join the alliance, but he also proposed a condition: freedom of action. Shen Yansheng readily accepted this point. Thus, the matter was happily decided.

【The Yanlong Army has applied to form an alliance with your team. Do you agree?】 “Agree!”

【The Yanlong Army and the Phoenix Dance Nine Heavens Team have successfully formed an alliance.】

【Detection of multiple team alliances with the Yanlong Army. Multi-party alliance automatically activated.】

【You have successfully formed an alliance with the Undead Team, Sesshomaru Team, Hou Yi Team…】

【The assembly point has been confirmed. Do you wish to teleport immediately?】 ’No!’

【You have refused immediate teleportation. The teleportation opportunity is reserved and will automatically teleport after 24 hours.】 Liu Yang didn’t care about the choice of the assembly point. His location was adjacent to the Fairy Forest, so the danger level was definitely higher than other places. Moreover, Shen Yansheng said that he had already built a certain defense system there. Therefore, Liu Yang agreed to Shen Yansheng’s proposal. However, Liu Yang didn’t plan to go immediately. Everyone had been tired these past few days, so they should at least get some good rest. Meeting so many people, all dusty from travel, would be quite undignified!

“Alright!” With everything settled, Liu Yang said to everyone, “The alliance has been successful, and I believe you have all received the news. Now, everyone get some rest early. Tomorrow morning, we will go to meet up with them. By then, I hope everyone performs well and doesn’t let anyone look down on us.” Everyone nodded in agreement, then returned to their rooms to rest.

At night, Liu Yang lay alone in bed, his gaze switching back and forth between the Auction House and his storage. “These seeds are useful, bought.” “There’s too much of this, put it up.” “There’s someone selling skill book page here. Although it’s a bit expensive, I’ll buy it.” “There’s also a bundle of poisonous herbs and toxins for sale here. I’ll buy that too. When I have enough, I’ll see what kind of poisons I can synthesize.” “Wow, there’s someone selling space crystals here. Trading for perfect-grade weapons and clothes?” Seeing this, Liu Yang quickly searched for dragon sinew, dragon bone, and other materials. A major crisis had arrived, and everyone was trying to improve their strength. Many people were trading things they had stored for a long time or didn’t currently need. In a short while, Liu Yang collected materials for a Perfect Shadow Dragonscale Armor and materials for a perfect spiritual flame bow.
