Martial Arts, the Little Master of the Ancient Tomb, Becomes Stronger When You Drink

121: Chapter 121 Healing, the Empress Recovers 50% of Her StrengthSeeing Su Xuan reach out to pull the waistband at her waist, the Empress was startled and hurried away, a hint of shyness flashing in her beautiful eyes. ”Don’t... I... I’ll take it off myself...”

”Alright~” Su Xuan spread his hands, not caring about such details.

The Empress wiped her hands and hesitated for a long time, not even pulling open her waistband.

Su Xuan couldn’t help but urge her, ”Hurry up. If we miss the time, the effect of applying the medicine won’t be as good!”

”Oh...” The Empress gritted her silver teeth and finally steeled her heart.

Forget it, she had already been seen anyway. Letting him look a few more times wouldn’t make her lose any flesh...

Then, a flash of determination crossed the Empress’s beautiful eyes. With a pull of her jade-like hand, she tore off the waistband, and her clothes slid down...

Because the Empress was being secretive and dawdling, the medicine application process, which should have only taken fifteen minutes...

...took nearly a full hour to finish.

To be so hot that one is covered in sweat just from applying medicine, she truly was something else!

Su Xuan wiped the hot sweat from his forehead and reminded her, ”Alright, now sit cross-legged and slowly circulate your technique. I’ll help you force out the stagnant blood!”

”Mhm~” The Empress’s face was rosy as she gently moved her dainty body into position and did as Su Xuan requested.

Su Xuan didn’t pause either. He jumped directly onto the boulder, sat cross-legged behind the Empress, and channeled a trace of warm Internal Energy into his palms, gently pressing them against her jade-like back.

Although they had already had deeper contact, the Empress couldn’t help but tremble when Su Xuan touched her like this.

”Don’t move! Concentrate and cooperate with me!”

”Mhm...”

Once the Empress had completely settled down, Su Xuan suddenly increased his strength slightly, slowly channeling Internal Energy into her body.

The warm Internal Energy followed the direction of the Empress’s Cultivation Technique, slowly flowing to the injured areas and working with the seeping medicinal power to gradually repair them.

As time passed, the Empress could clearly feel the injuries inside her body gradually improving.

To be able to recover from such heavy injuries so easily, just what was this person’s identity?

And this Internal Energy was simply too profound...

As Su Xuan’s Internal Energy gradually poured into her body, she could clearly feel how robust it was.

Setting aside Su Xuan’s cultivation Realm, which was significantly higher than hers...

Just the density of his Internal Energy, which was over twenty times that of an ordinary person, left her heart trembling with shock...

This cultivation! This Internal Energy! No matter how she looked at it, it shouldn’t appear in such a young man...

And this person looked to be at most twenty years old. How was this possible?!

As time passed, the minute wounds near her heart vessels actually healed along with Su Xuan’s ’treatment’.

The Empress withdrew her stray thoughts, increased the speed of her Internal Energy circulation, and cooperated with Su Xuan with all her might.

After another fifteen minutes, and with Su Xuan suddenly increasing his strength...

”Pfft—”

The Empress lightly covered her chest and finally spat out the stagnant blood that had accumulated in her body.

Once the stagnant blood was spat out, the Empress’s face became visibly rosier, showing that Su Xuan’s healing effect was quite good.

Feeling her Internal Energy and cultivation gradually returning, a rare smile finally appeared at the corner of the Empress’s mouth.

Her Internal Energy had recovered by about half. In at most another half month, she would be completely healed.

Suddenly catching something out of the corner of her eye, the Empress snapped back to her senses and gently took the handkerchief Su Xuan handed over. ”Thank you~”

Su Xuan waved his hand casually and went back to sit in his original spot.

Holding the handkerchief, the Empress gently wiped the blood from the corner of her mouth. Thinking of something, she actually teased him on a whim, ”Why does a big man like you have a handkerchief? You’re not some kind of pervert, are you?”

Su Xuan’s body stiffened as he poked at the campfire. He turned back and looked at the Empress, whose lips were curved, feeling a bit surprised.

But he quickly looked away and didn’t indulge her, retorting directly, ”I wouldn’t go as far as calling myself a pervert, but the fabric of this handkerchief is quite soft. I usually use it when I go to the latrine. Seeing you spit up blood was quite unpleasant, so I gave you one to use.”

Seeing the smile on the Empress’s lips freeze, Su Xuan still didn’t plan to let her off and added another sentence, ”How is it? Is it enough? If not, I have more!”

As he spoke, Su Xuan even made a show of taking out more than ten more from his system space and reached out to hand them to the Empress.

The Empress was in no mood to listen to him; she had already turned to stone where she sat.

She had just thought the handkerchief smelled quite nice and had even sniffed it gently.

And now he was telling her it was for wiping his butt?!

”Ding-dong~”

The cave was cool and shady, and damp mountain water dripped onto a nearby smooth stone slab.

The crisp sound made the Empress snap back to her senses. Seeing Su Xuan intentionally raise an eyebrow at her, her lips twitched slightly. She hurriedly threw away the handkerchief in her hand, suppressed her nausea, and cursed in a low voice, ”Get lost!”

Looking at the Empress’s flushed cheeks and her expression that looked like she wanted to bite him to death, a slight smile played on Su Xuan’s lips, and he didn’t tease her any further.

He turned his head and casually tossed the handkerchiefs he had just taken out back into the system space.

Humph~ Little thing~ How dare she tease him~

Doesn’t she know who he is?

The Empress’s chest heaved with anger. She slightly lifted her hips, turned around, and stopped looking at Su Xuan, choosing ’out of sight, out of mind’.

Neither of them spoke, and Little Eagle had fallen asleep after eating its fill. Silence once again descended upon the cave.

Su Xuan yawned, leaned against the stone wall of the cave, and gently closed his eyes.

He would continue his journey in another two or three hours. He would take this time to sleep for a bit.

Soon, Su Xuan began to snore softly.

Hearing the snoring, the Empress couldn’t help but look back, a hint of surprise flashing in her beautiful eyes.

This... he’s asleep?!

She was still right here! Did he have no sense of precaution at all?!

Glancing at the saliva about to drip from the corner of Su Xuan’s mouth, the Empress’s lips twitched slightly.

Could he really be asleep!?

The Empress suddenly thought of something, and the surprise in her beautiful eyes gradually faded, replaced by a shadow.

The fact that she simultaneously held the dual identities of the Empress and the King of Qi must never be revealed.

Even if the true power-holders of those vassal states knew about it, she couldn’t let even more people find out.

Living people might be obedient, but dead people certainly wouldn’t talk.

The Empress’s gaze fixed unblinkingly on Su Xuan.

After a while, having confirmed that Su Xuan was truly asleep, the Empress moved with light steps toward him.

Walking up to Su Xuan, she raised her hand to strike him with a palm.

Just as the Empress’s palm was about to strike Su Xuan’s face, she stopped her movement. Her expression shifted, and she sighed helplessly in her heart before withdrawing her palm.

As if blown by the wind from her palm, Su Xuan instinctively rubbed his nose in his ’deep sleep’.

This tiny movement startled the Empress. She hurried back to her original seat, sat down gently, and pretended as if nothing had happened.

Empress! Empress! What on earth are you doing?!

He is your savior. How could you be so ungrateful?! Are you even human?!

But... he knows things he shouldn’t know. If she didn’t kill him, she would never be at peace. The Qi Kingdom could face massive upheaval at any moment because of him...

The Empress’s mind was a mess. In her entire life, her heart had never been in such turmoil, not even when her brother Qi Wang left...

What the Empress didn’t know was that the moment she returned to her seat, Su Xuan slowly opened his eyes, then gently closed them again and continued his light sleep.

If the Empress had truly made a move, the outcome might have been very different.

Fortunately, the Empress didn’t move. Su Xuan didn’t want things to end up like that with the obsession from his past life...
