I've Already Snagged a Top-tier Goddess at the Start; I'm Incredibly Wealthy!

128: Scrolling through TikTok is my jobTikTok executives also detected an abnormality in the Xingyao Media topic, which completely exceeded its inherent value.

A recruitment advertisement having such high natural traffic—it didn’t make sense.

The TikTok higher-ups hurriedly convened a board meeting.

Executive A: ”What does everyone think about Xingyao Media, which has been flooding the screens lately?”

Executive B: ”Current market trends are becoming increasingly difficult to judge. This was recommended by the TikTok AI algorithm itself, without any human intervention.”

Executive C: ”I think we can suppress it manually. The AI algorithm isn’t omnipotent and can make mistakes. We should recommend more positive-energy videos.”

Executive D: ”I refuse. TikTok’s success comes from respecting the market’s preferences. People don’t scroll TikTok for positive energy; they do it for leisure and entertainment. Perhaps Xingyao Media’s sudden popularity is just temporary and will return to normal in a few days. We shouldn’t intervene too much.”

Executive A: ”True. However, what I find strange is that Xingyao Media didn’t even use Dou+; they didn’t spend a penny yet gained such high traffic! Let’s leave it for two more days. If the heat remains high after two days, we’ll have to suppress it. For the company, traffic is money. We can’t lose too much.”

Executives B, C, and D unanimously agreed with Executive A’s view, and the meeting concluded.

Therefore, within two days, Xingyao Media was not in any danger.

Even Lin Zhengtian was helpless against the board’s decision... The passion in the study had not yet fully dissipated as Cao Lang, hugging a sweat-drenched Su Wei, returned to the bedroom.

In the evening.

Li Na sent a status report.

[Li Na]: CEO Cao, big news! Xingyao Media’s data exploded today! All kinds of beauties are frantically submitting resumes; the office is almost being overrun!

[Li Na]: Also, there’s a question: what are the interview standards for these young ladies? What kind of Female Internet Celebrities do we need?

Cao Lang looked at his phone and smiled slightly.

His hacking methods had worked too quickly; he held TikTok’s traffic in the palm of his hand.

Su Wei lay beside Cao Lang, curiously glancing at the phone screen.

”Hubby, is the company going to hire a lot of new people?”

”Mm, video interviews will be fine. An influencer company needs quality, not quantity. I’ll be the gatekeeper for this.” Cao Lang replied to Li Na while thinking.

”Understood,” Li Na replied.

Regarding the interviews, Cao Lang still had to make the final call. With the help of his system, he could easily filter out those ”black magic” influencers who didn’t even score 60 points.

Cao Lang quickly browsed through the resume information of some applicants sent by Li Na.

He found that many of them were recent college graduates, some were current college students, and there were even some high schoolers!

The high schoolers were purely there to cause trouble. Although many became popular based on their looks and seemed very pure and youthful, Xingyao Media did not accept minors; that was an ironclad rule.

These little influencers from universities had high looks, but their monetization ability was indeed lacking.

Now that Xingyao Media was so popular, they all saw an opportunity.

Cao Lang thought of those familiar faces. He indeed often scrolled past pure and cute college girls on TikTok, smiling sweetly at the camera in their dorms or performing simple dances in front of teaching buildings.

Most of them don’t have many fans., But her advantage lies in her youth, beauty, and good figure., She is also quite obedient., Highly malleable. Most of them didn’t have many followers, but they had the advantage of being young, beautiful, and having good figures. Their personalities were also relatively obedient, giving them great potential.

Cao Lang opened his TikTok, planning to scroll through some beauty videos for an incognito inspection.

Unexpectedly, the red dot for background messages was already at 99+.

His ’Villain’ account was being heavily scrutinized now, with many Female Internet Celebrities asking for job opportunities below.

Cao Lang was stunned for a moment. He had indeed posted a few personal videos before, and had also filmed scripts with many Female Internet Celebrities on luxury yachts. Among them, the script with Lobster had tens of millions of likes.

He didn’t expect netizens to find his personal account and for it to become popular.

Cao Lang’s comment section had exploded:

[Please, CEO Cao, take me in! I can dance and sing!]

[Does CEO Cao need a girlfriend? I’m a sophomore, and I’m good at acting cute!]

[Does Xingyao Media still need cleaning ladies? I’m willing to start from the bottom!]

[CEO Cao, I’m from the Central Academy of Drama, professional acting skills, seeking an opportunity!]

The dense comments made Cao Lang not know whether to laugh or cry. These girls would really say anything for a job.

Su Wei leaned her head over, and seeing these comments, a trace of imperceptible helplessness flashed in her eyes.

”Hubby, these girls are so bold...”

The new generation surpasses the old. It could be expected that if these latecomers could get in touch with Cao Lang himself, they would be incredibly proactive!

”Being proactive is useless; one must have strength,” Cao Lang said casually.

These words also woke Su Wei up.

Indeed, in the future, Cao Lang wouldn’t lack women at all, so ”vases” would be worthless.

Only women with high education and high awareness could catch Cao Lang’s eye.

Thinking of this, Su Wei was full of motivation, determined to work hard on the tasks Cao Lang assigned.

”Hubby~ you’re so good!” Su Wei gave Cao Lang a light kiss.

He continued looking through the comments when he suddenly saw a special message:

[CEO Cao, I’m a student at the Beijing Film Academy. I can act and dance. I hope you’ll give me a chance. Attached is my portfolio link...]

This comment was accompanied by a few pure selfies. The girl was indeed very beautiful, with an intellectual beauty temperament.

Cao Lang clicked on her personal homepage. She only had over a hundred thousand followers, but the quality of every video was very high, showing she had received professional training.

”This one is good.” Cao Lang liked the comment.

Su Wei knew that with Cao Lang’s status and position, he would never lack excellent women around him.

What she could do was to make herself his most intimate one within the limited time.

Returning to the recommendation page, he continued scrolling down.

A cute and adorable sweet girl with the ID [Xiao Zheng Yeye] was shouting ”Milk-voice Dharma Cultivator Sanda” while throwing small pink punches. In the video, she was wearing a red dress, giving a very cute feeling!

Well filmed; this cute girl is good.

Cao Lang casually gave a like and continued scrolling.

He scrolled to an influencer with 700,000 followers named [Princess Feifei]. She clearly looked like a college student with a small melon-seed face, wearing a camisole that revealed exquisite collarbones and snow-white skin, giving a pure yet seductive vibe.

This one is also good. Like.

[Tang Yu Bao], this face fits the public’s aesthetic, and her figure is good, very authoritative! This one is also good! Like!

After scrolling for a while, he liked five or six beauties.

However, Cao Lang’s likes were not set to private, so they were all seen by netizens.

Soon.

A large number of netizens and ”water army” flooded the comment sections of the Female Internet Celebrities Cao Lang had liked.

[Villain’s Selection, must be high quality.]

[Host, get ready for your interview quickly. The boss of Xingyao Media liked your post. When you join, just mention the Villain’s name!]

[Didn’t expect Boss Cao’s aesthetic to be the same as mine. Great minds think alike.]

Unexpectedly, Cao Lang’s unintentional likes were all being watched by netizens.

Of course, these likes were also being monitored by Xingyao Media’s HR department.

For the Female Internet Celebrities Cao Lang liked, Xingyao Media’s HR immediately sent private messages.

[Hello, I am an HR from Xingyao Media. Your work is excellent. Are you interested in starting a long-term cooperation with our company?]

The base salary and benefits offered were very generous, enough to make these Female Internet Celebrities feel tempted!

The boss liked it, so it must meet the recruitment requirements!

As employees, they naturally had to cater to the boss’s preferences when recruiting.
