**Chapter 1047: The Strange Giant Spirit, Manipulating the Star**

Lin Moyu couldn’t help but breathe a sigh of relief when he saw the Skeleton God Generals being knocked back but quickly returning to the fight.

This strange creature’s attack power had already reached the ninth tier of true gods, much stronger than the Skeleton God Generals.

However, its attack power was not enough to instantly kill the Skeleton God Generals. With the talent of shared damage and the continuous healing from the Lich Generals, the massive strange creature couldn’t deliver a fatal blow to the Skeleton God Generals.

As a result, it was only a matter of time before it was worn down to death.

The Skeleton God Generals had already surrounded it. From the starry sky, it looked like a large group of tiny ants surrounding a giant elephant.

The size difference between the two was enormous.

But these tiny ants had sharp teeth and kept creating wounds on the giant elephant.

The giant elephant was obviously extremely angry but helpless.

The strange creature rolled with flames, simultaneously raising various laws, transforming into countless weapons that struck the Skeleton God Generals.

The Skeleton God Generals were constantly knocked back but quickly flew back to continue fighting.

Lin Moyu cast a detection spell on the strange creature.

**[Strange Giant Spirit]**

**[Level: True God Realm]**

**[Characteristics: Absorbed a large number of laws and obsessions, mutated for various reasons, evolved from a strange creature into a strange giant spirit.]**

The detection spell’s results were not far from Lin Moyu’s guess.

Gu Qingxuan also used a detection spell and murmured, “Evolved from a strange creature, truly peculiar.”

Lin Moyu smiled, “I’ve heard a saying before, ’All things have a chance of survival.’ Although strange creatures lack intelligence and are born from obsessions, the heavens haven’t completely blocked their path.”

Gu Qingxuan couldn’t help but laugh, “We cultivators believe in ourselves. How can you believe in the heavens? The heavens are just an illusion.”

Lin Moyu shook his head, “This heaven is not that heaven.”

Lin Moyu referred to the truth of the great world’s operation, not the common people’s notion of heaven.

Gu Qingxuan seemed to understand but was still thoughtful.

Lin Moyu observed for a while and slowly said, “This strange giant spirit has devoured too many obsessions, claiming the laws within them, so it possesses multiple laws.”

“But similarly, it is also affected by the obsessions, becoming extremely chaotic.”

“It lies on the star, trying to use the star’s power to sort out its chaotic thoughts. If it succeeds, it might take a step further and possibly become a true life form.”

“Unfortunately, after so many years, it hasn’t made much progress.”

Lin Moyu couldn’t help but sigh. Becoming a true life form was really difficult.

It frantically attacked the Skeleton God Generals, but all attacks were futile.

Under the siege of the Skeleton God Generals, its injuries worsened.

Lin Moyu lightly tapped his finger, and the Eye of the Undead appeared in the starry sky.

At the same time, a time curse fell, targeting its chaotic soul for a deadly strike.

The strange creature was composed of laws and could be reborn.

But its soul was very fragile. Once the soul was obliterated, it couldn’t revive.

Given its massive size, it would take dozens or even hundreds of kills to truly kill it.

Lin Moyu didn’t want to waste time and directly aimed to obliterate its soul.

The Skeleton God Generals also launched a concentrated attack at this moment.

The massive body collapsed with a roar, exposing its soul, which let out a sharp scream, heavily wounded.

The strange creature was completely torn to pieces, and Lin Moyu saw a stream of light shoot into the star. He frowned, feeling a bad premonition.

The star’s rotation suddenly accelerated, rumbling and emitting flames.

Fireballs appeared in the starry sky, exploding like cannonballs.

The Skeleton God Generals were blasted away, and the star changed its trajectory, crashing towards the Skeleton God Generals.

At the same time, a large number of laws gathered on the star, and the strange giant spirit quickly reassembled, merging with the star.

Lin Moyu’s expression changed slightly, “This guy is manipulating the star.”

“It seems that lying here for so many years wasn’t entirely useless.” Lin Moyu wasn’t worried at all and quickly retreated with Gu Qingxuan to avoid the sharp edge. The Skeleton God Generals were knocked away by the star, their bodies collapsing in mid-air.

The star’s power was too immense. The strange giant spirit, manipulating the star, exerted far more power than its own.

At Lin Moyu’s command, the Skeleton God Generals quickly retreated, scattering in the starry sky.

At this moment, the star suddenly brightened, and the Skeleton God Generals caught fire.

The star’s power contained stellar flames, stronger than the flame laws, burning many Skeleton God Generals to death. Seeing the Skeleton God Generals collapse, Gu Qingxuan worriedly asked, “What should we do?”

Lin Moyu wasn’t worried at all, “The star’s power is immense, but how long can it manipulate it?”

Seeing Lin Moyu’s confidence, Gu Qingxuan chose to trust him.

The two quickly retreated, and the Skeleton God Generals scattered. The previously dead Skeleton God Generals were reborn from the ashes. The strange giant spirit manipulated the star, crashing around, but its effect was no longer as strong as initially.

The Skeleton God Generals kept their distance, not giving it a chance.

Half an hour later, the star’s light gradually dimmed, and the flames stopped rolling.

“It’s almost time.”

Lin Moyu’s mind moved, and the scattered Skeleton God Generals launched a counterattack.

The strange giant spirit separated from the star, its aura slightly weakened, clearly having consumed a lot of power manipulating the star.

The Skeleton God Generals surrounded the strange giant spirit again, launching a frenzied attack.

The strange giant spirit struggled to fight back, but without the star’s power, its counterattack was minimal. Behind Lin Moyu, a peculiar star appeared, and a miniature version of Lin Moyu emerged.

His soul left his body, sitting in the law domain.

The peculiar star protected his soul.

With a finger point, the Soul-Slaying Sword flew out.

The Soul-Slaying Sword flashed in the starry sky, hitting the strange giant spirit.

The speed of a soul attack far exceeded the speed of light, almost instantaneous.

However, it was a soul treasure of the Divine King realm, and Lin Moyu, with his first-tier true god cultivation, found it challenging to wield. He estimated he could only strike three times with full effort.

The time curse and the gaze of the undead fell simultaneously.

With three layers of soul attacks, Lin Moyu didn’t give the strange giant spirit a chance, directly launching a deadly strike.

The Skeleton God Generals also concentrated their fire, tearing its body apart.

The strange giant spirit let out a final scream and exploded.

The obsessions turned into countless laws, scattering in the starry sky, then quickly dissipating.

Lin Moyu felt the entire star system tremble slightly three times, as if it had changed.

Gu Qingxuan suddenly pointed at the star, “Lin Shidi, look.”

Lin Moyu saw the star suddenly change position, moving in the starry sky.

It had been manipulated by the strange giant spirit, changing its position.

Now it returned to its original place.

“All things have spirits. As the center of the star system, the star’s instinct is to repair the star system.” Lin Moyu said softly.

Gu Qingxuan nodded, “My master once said that in the great world, some stars, after countless years, can develop intelligence and evolve into life forms.”

“I didn’t believe it before, but now it seems true.”

Lin Moyu had seen planets develop intelligence and rampage through the starry sky, slaughtering countless beings to strengthen themselves.

So he wasn’t surprised that stars could have spirits.

“Let’s go, time to set up the Star Restoration Array.” Lin Moyu recalled the Skeleton God Generals. Now, only the last step of the task remained. At this moment, a Skeleton God General flew over, holding a massive law bead.
