What if your Honkai Star Rail was like this?

Chapter 19: Chapter 19: Third-Party Perspective

Had all the drone soldiers been taken over by the vagrants?

Hearing this, Stelle felt a stir in her heart. If she remembered correctly, should not most of the Automatons in the Underworld be under the management of Big Boss Svarog? How could a group of vagrants have the authority to control the Automatons?

No. She was being presumptuous again. So far, she had not seen anything develop according to the original storyline. SHe could not be subjective.

If she wanted to figure out what was really going on, she had to see it with her own eyes.

”Automatons? Are they similar to robots?” March 7th asked. ”Should not the control of such things generally belong to the rulers here? If a bunch of local ruffians can do it, then there really is a significant problem.”

Her implication was obvious: if those vagrants could control the Automatons, it definitely involved support from the ruling powers of the Overworld.

Stelle and March 7th exchanged glances simultaneously, both seeing a trace of confusion in each other’s eyes.

”In short, most of the residents in the Underworld are now helpless. We do not want to fight, but forced by the armed power in the hands of these vagrants, all we can do is silently pray.” Natasha lowered her head, her voice full of bitterness.

”Then. Do you know someone named Seele?”

Stelle thought for a moment and said, ”We heard she is the leader of the conflict between the Overworld and the Underworld. Is she. Really like that?”

Hearing the name ”Seele,” Natasha was stunned. ”How do you know her? Wait, you said she is the leader of this conflict? Forgive me for saying so, but such words are nothing short of outright slander!”

Mentioning Seele, Natasha clearly became somewhat agitated. ”How could she mix with those scoundrels? She was the first in the Underworld to stand up and resist. Without her, the entire Underworld would have completely become a living hell by now!”

Seele is not the root of the problem?

Stelle felt slightly relieved in her heart, then said with a serious expression, ”Miss, could you please tell us in detail about Seele? To be honest, we were sent by the Supreme Guardian to understand the true situation in the Underworld. Please believe that we are desperately hoping to avoid this conflict.”

”I believe you.” Natasha collected her thoughts and said, ”Seele was a core member of the former Wildfire organization, responsible for security management. After the vagrants occupied the Underworld, it was she who led people to stand up, using guerrilla tactics to continuously sabotage the vagrants’ rule in secret. And through her speeches, more and more people dared to stand up. Until last week.”

”The vagrants deployed a humanoid Automaton. Its combat power was extremely strong, almost crushing the resistance team led by Seele. In the end, Seele and the others were all captured, and the resistance activities in the Underworld were gradually suppressed.”

A humanoid robot? Does she mean Svarog?

But why would Svarog help the vagrants deal with the Wildfire members? Is that in his code?

”What about Seele and the others? Did the vagrants take action against them?” Stelle asked.

”No, at least not for now. After all, Seele and the others are the pillars of the people in the Underworld. If they really took action, it would probably provoke public resentment and trigger a new wave of resistance.”

”I see. It seems we need to think of a solution when we go to the Underworld tomorrow.”

Crack.

Just as Stelle and the others were talking, a small stone suddenly fell from the rooftop. Stelle instinctively looked up and met the gaze of two masked figures on the rooftop.

Someone was following them?

”Who is there?”

Just as Stelle realized something was wrong, March 7th had already drawn her Cloud Piercer and thrown it without mercy!

Crack!

The spear tip of Cloud Piercer cut through the air, emitting a sharp whistling sound, and almost unstoppably pierced into the wall, leaving a deep crack.

”Retreat, now!”

The two masked figures on the rooftop did not dare delay for a moment, but just as they were about to escape, a stream of water silently wrapped around their ankles, hoisting them upside down!

”What kind of sorcery is this? Why am I flying?”

”Dammit, we really underestimated these outsiders!”

In the sight of Stelle and the other two, a young man in a dark green long gown leaped down from the rooftop, while behind him, the two masked figures were transported down, suspended upside down by the water.

”Dan Heng?”

Stelle was somewhat surprised. ”Why are you here?”

Dan Heng paused for a moment. ”It is a bit of a long story.”

The following is from Dan Heng’s perspective just moments ago:

”Nature and Humanity of Belobog, Snowland Adventure Strange Tales, The 365 Days of the Tsaritsa of Snezhnaya. And twenty-three various novels. Shall I pack them all for you?”

”Yes, I will take them all.”

In a roadside bookstore, Dan Heng opened his wallet and handed a handful of Shield to the clerk. This was the activity fund given to them, these sky-faring guests, by the Supreme Guardian. The amount was substantial, enough for him to take some local characteristic novels back to read.

However. When he was about to give money to Stelle and March, they had already left. In this unfamiliar place, could the two of them really manage without money? Would they end up washing dishes to pay for their meal?

”Aahh, Boss, I am sorry! I promise to come apologize with gifts next time!”

Just as Dan Heng stepped out of the bookstore, a familiar voice on the roadside immediately caught his attention. Not far away, a certain familiar gray figure was holding a large bag of bread, running away while apologizing.

”Bastard, do not let me see you again!”

Dan Heng.

Really, what you fear comes upon you.

Dan Heng sighed, dragging his large bag of books toward that restaurant. Anyway, he also needed to grab a bite, so he might as well help cover Stelle’s bill.

But before he had taken two steps, another familiar pink-and-blue figure dashed out of the restaurant, followed by the boss’s furious voice: ”You are too much! Skipping the bill is one thing, but you even took food with you!”

Dan Heng.

Better to catch up first and see what is going on. Although he had not known Stelle for long, he was clear about March’s character. If she had no money, she would call him for help, not irresponsibly dash off without paying.

There must be a reason.

So, Dan Heng temporarily stored his books at the bookstore and followed the direction Stelle and the other two had fled. He eventually found them in a small alley.

Quite coincidentally, while he was tracking Stelle and the other two, he happened to discover two other followers.

”Uh. So you saw that earlier.” Stelle scratched his head somewhat awkwardly and raised his hands. ”I really did not mean to skip out on the bill. We were just in a hurry to understand the situation in the Underworld, to better prepare for tomorrow’s negotiations.”

March 7th was also uncharacteristically embarrassed, lowering her head honestly and waiting to be scolded.

”Sigh, it is fine.”

Dan Heng shook his head helplessly. ”Save the apologies for the boss. We have more important things to do now.”
