Chapter 10: Chapter 10: Bossy, the Buggy Pirates!

The Merry slowly sailed on the sea.

Raynor was in charge of steering!

And Zoro was in charge of watch duty.

Zoro had also offered to steer before!

But Raynor refused him outright.

Are you kidding me!

This guy is a top-tier directionless person.

If he were to steer.

Who knows where this ship would go.

He drank the stamina-boosting potion the system gave him!

Raynor’s stamina!

Instantly increased by two levels again.

Then he exchanged 300,000 Berry for experience points at a rate of 1,000:1!

And put it into improving his Haki!

His Haki also rose by one level.

Because soon after!

They would encounter a Logia-type fruit user!

Raynor believed!

That’s when Haki would be crucial!

”Open the stats screen.”

[Host]: Rocks D. Raynor

[Faction]: Pirate

[Talent]: None

[Items]: None

[Abilities]: None

[Stamina]: Lv5 (40/540)

[Martial Arts]: Lv3 (40/540)

[Swordsmanship]: Lv3 (40/540)

[Haki]: Lv4 (40/540)

Looking at his stats screen, Raynor nodded in satisfaction.

Now!

He had two questions he wasn’t sure about.

The first was, did the Haki in the interface refer to Conqueror’s Haki? Or all three types of Haki?

The second was, how to release Haki.

Luffy had studied with Rayleigh for two whole years to master the three types of Haki.

And in the battle with Katakuri!

He honed his Observation Haki!

To the point where he could see the future.

He even learned Flowing Ryou in Wano Country.

And learned Conqueror’s Haki infusion in the battle with Kaido.

All of this showed that only constant battle could bring out the true power of his Haki.

”Zoro, want to spar?”

Just then!

Raynor, with an evil grin, looked at Zoro, who was dozing off to the side!

He planned to try using Haki!

In the battle with Zoro!

”Spar?”

Zoro smiled and drew his sword.

”I saw you fighting against Morgan earlier, and I felt you were very strong.”

”I also want to try what it’s like to fight a strong person.”

Raynor beckoned to Zoro:

”Come on.”

Then!

Zoro bit down on one of his swords, got into position, and immediately flew towards Raynor like a cannonball.

The attacks of the three swords were seamlessly connected!

Raynor let the Stone Talisman merge into his body, and just barely dodged one sword using the Rabbit’s power!

The other two swords!

Came at him from extremely tricky angles.

As expected of Zoro!

Raynor didn’t dare to be careless at all, he retreated while dodging Zoro’s attacks.

”What’s wrong? Don’t feel like you can’t attack just because I’m your friend, be more serious. Otherwise, you’ll get hurt.”

Raynor’s repeated dodging made Zoro a little unhappy!

He felt like he was being looked down on!

Raynor smiled faintly:

”I know, you’re a man who wants to defeat Mihawk and become the world’s greatest swordsman.”

Zoro was stunned.

Raynor knew about Mihawk?

And in the moment that Zoro was stunned!

Raynor had already taken several steps back to create distance.

Seeing this, Zoro’s arm muscles bulged, and a murderous aura was released from his eyes!

This murderous aura even!

Seemed to condense into a form that attached to Zoro’s body.

”Oni Giri.”

The three swords arrived in front of Raynor in an instant.

So fast.

Raynor quickly activated all the power in his body, concentrating it on his arms!

At the same time, he activated Haki!

Instantly, his arms turned purplish-black.

Before Raynor could even be surprised, Zoro’s three swords had already struck Raynor’s arms.

”Clang.”

The three swords were as if they had struck a steel plate!

Making a metallic clanging sound!

What’s going on?

Zoro looked at Raynor in shock, unaware that Raynor was equally shocked.

Is this Armament Haki?

At this moment!

Raynor could feel!

In his vision, there was a Haki bar that was slowly decreasing.

The current value was about 180, decreasing by 20 per second, which meant that Raynor could only use Armament Haki!

For 9 seconds!

And during this moment of being stunned, he had already wasted 5 seconds.

Raynor didn’t hesitate to activate the Rabbit Talisman’s ability, instantly disappearing from the spot and appearing behind Zoro.

Zoro immediately sensed the killing intent coming from behind him!

He quickly turned around and swung his swords.

But the three swords were once again blocked by Raynor’s arms.

Immediately after, Raynor’s fist stopped directly in front of Zoro’s face, the force of the wind blowing his hair.

”You’re really strong.” Zoro put away his swords, ”Why did your arms become so hard?”

”This is Armament Haki!”

Raynor said with a smile!

”Armament Haki?” Zoro obviously didn’t understand, ”Can you teach me?”

Raynor shook his head with a wry smile.

He had figured this out himself, and he wasn’t even sure if he could release it next time.

There was no way he could teach someone else.

However, this sparring match gave Raynor some understanding of his own Haki.

When he encountered a Logia-type fruit user later, he would be able to fight them.

”Hey, Raynor, I’m so hungry.”

Just then!

Luffy’s voice interrupted Raynor’s thoughts.

”There’s a fishing rod on the ship, we can catch some fish to eat.”

Saying that, Raynor turned and walked towards the cabin.

”Hehe, no need to trouble ourselves, let’s eat this.”

Raynor turned his head in confusion, only to see Luffy stretching out his arm, ”Gomu Gomu no～Rocket!”

With a ”whoosh” sound, Luffy flew into the air.

Raynor looked up!

He saw a pink bird, bigger than a person, flying by.

Who knew that Luffy, this idiot!

Actually had his head caught by the bird’s beak.

”Raynor, Zoro, help!”

Luffy shouted!

”This idiot.”

Zoro quickly unfurled the sails and adjusted the direction.

Raynor also quickly grabbed the helm and chased after the direction the big bird was flying in.

According to the plot!

Luffy would be in a town where the mayor is named Boodle!

And would meet his navigator - Nami!

And would also encounter the man with the best luck in One Piece!

One of the future Four Emperors, Buggy the Clown.

And when Raynor and Zoro arrived at the town, as expected, Luffy had already been tricked by Nami and locked in a cage.

And at this time, Buggy was holding a welcome party for Nami’s joining!

However!

When Raynor and Zoro appeared at the party!

Everyone quietly looked at them!

”Who are you two?”

”This is my great self’s party, how dare you barge in, do you not want to live?”

Buggy slowly walked out of his tent, his body filled with anger.

”Pfft, hahaha.”

Although Raynor had seen Buggy’s image in the manga and was mentally prepared.

But upon seeing the real thing!

He still couldn’t help but laugh.

”Sorry, sorry, I really couldn’t help it, your red nose is much bigger than I imagined.”

Hearing this, Buggy gritted his teeth in anger, his face so gloomy that it seemed like water could drip from it.

”Who exactly are you? How dare you laugh at my great self.”

”Minions, prepare the special Buggy Ball, I’m going to blow them up.”

With Buggy’s order!

Several underlings quickly pushed over a cannon.

Then!

They placed a red colored!

Shell with a clown pattern on it inside.

Buggy laughed coldly twice and said:

”Kid. It’s useless even if you beg for mercy now. Let you taste the power of the special Buggy Ball!”
