Supreme Harem God System

The order was given and then—

It happened.

The entire Universe came to an abrupt halt, the gates that had been opened to the entire Universe for trade for trillions of years began to close.

And its impact—

It was huge.

The border worlds had it the worst, they were the ones who were most active when it came to trading outside the domain of Light.

It had become the reason they thrived.

But now—

That trading was banned. The outbound travel was suspended. Orders to turn away foreign ships were given.

It had become obvious.

The Light Worlds were now in complete lockdown.

The outsiders that were in the Light Territories were offered seventy-two hours to leave, and if they did not leave in the given time, force would be used.

Light made it very clear.

And the rule was the same regardless of who you were or what you belonged to, be it the Eternity Faction, Darkness Faction, the Balance Faction, or even those who didn’t belong to any Faction.

Light Worlds were completely isolated, and the worlds they could now interact with were… those who were part of the same faction.

It affected business, reputation, and anything or everything related to Light.

The Light called it a ’purification of borders,’ but the Universe—

They only saw the truth, the truth that Light was trying to hide its wounds behind curtains.

The Light Borns who implemented these rules did not ask for permission from the worlds, they didn’t need to.

They simply sent their men to every single Light World, making sure their words were received and properly understood.

And with that—

The same order was given to every single world, at the same time.

“Henceforth—

All outbound travel is forbidden.

All inbound travel is forbidden.

All trade must remain internal only.

All foreign contracts must be suspended.”

There were more, several more in fact.

The talks about making Light independent of the Universe, making the Universe realize the importance of Light, making Light self-sustaining, making Light ’filth-free,’ and more.

It was clear that the Light Borns were given a direct script, a script written with the intentions of fooling the World Leaders.

And the World Leaders knew that—

They knew that this was nothing more than Light’s attempt to take more control. Of course, it was no different than what happened most of the time; all of Light’s actions, in one way or another, were taken to benefit Light.

This, however, was a bit too obvious; it could even be called desperate.

So much so that even the Leaders of the Lower Level Worlds could sense it.

But…

Did that change anything?

No.

The Worlds complied.

The reason was simple—an absurdly strong enemy was after them and they had no plans of being left alone in the Universe in that state.

Not to mention…

Rejecting the beings of Light that were sent to their worlds didn’t seem a wise choice.

After all, the moment they said anything, it wouldn’t be long before they were marked and labelled traitors. A label not a single one of them wanted.

The general people, on the other hand, had a surprisingly different reaction. Maybe it was the script the Light Borns were given working—

The people were… relieved.

They had been living with fear for years,

Fear of the Anomaly.

Fear of rumors.

Fear of being accused.

Fear of their… own minds.

But the moment the ’purification seal’ was announced—

The people felt… hope.

They didn’t know how this was going to help, they just felt a strong sense of hope simply because they could finally see Light making a move.

And since Light itself had moved, then it meant they would now be safe.

At least, that’s what they believed in their minds or… wanted to believe in their minds.

Cities held mass prayers, streets were filled with kneeling crowds. World Leaders saw it all happen from their rooms, watching their people foolishly chant the words that had been ingrained into them—

“Light protects us.”

“We are loyal.”

“We are clean.”

But of course, the World Leaders could see it as well—

This wasn’t going to end well, there was no way.

And soon, it began.

The newfound relief and hope… began to fade away, just as most of the World Leaders expected.

The ’purification seal’ soon stopped feeling like a lockdown, and started to feel like a prison itself.

It had started to feel like a cage.

Merchants panicked when they realized they could no longer sell outside; entire dynasties depended on neutral markets. Families depended on routes that ran through Balance or Eternity.

Ships sat in docks forever.

Port workers lost jobs.

Trade cities grew quiet.

Then another, much bigger problem appeared—

Merchants were different from the rest; these were the beings who had spent their entire lives roaming around, setting up branches throughout the rest of the Universe. These were the people who spent more of their lives outside than back in their own homes—

And they were expected to just… sit down and never leave their world again?

It was impossible.

And these people felt… suffocated.

Many of these people had family outside Light Territory; those beings were completely cut off.

Almost all mercenaries living off foreign contracts were finished.

It was… hell.

And not just for the merchants or the people directly affected by the changes—even the other people who weren’t directly affected started to feel… strange.

And it wasn’t because of the economic collapse.

While implementing the change, Light ensured that did not happen; the resources they had gathered for trillions and trillions of years were now being used extensively to ensure the change was smooth.

But…

The suffocation was still there.

With the suffocation, the frustration rose higher, and every time the frustration became stronger, the beings of Light arrived—

For their monthly memory scans.

Leaving people with no choice but to swallow their frustration—no, they didn’t just swallow it; since they knew their memories were about to be scanned—

They… erased their frustration and arrived before Light, clean.

…

Outside the Light borders, the Universe reacted in waves.

Neutral worlds laughed first, some even mocking Light openly.

That looks… desperate.

I pity them.

Such words spread throughout the Universe.

And the worlds that belonged to the other three Supreme Factions?

Their reaction was even more extreme.

They not only openly mocked Light, they now felt… superior. Because Light was clearly failing at whatever they were doing.

Of course, they too took the brunt of Light Worlds leaving the economic market, but that was nowhere close to being caged inside their own homes.

It was clear that no force in the Universe thought highly of Light’s decision. People even began comparing Infinities; words about Seraphielle’s incompetence began to spread.

Yes, for the first time in the Universe, an Infinity was being insulted openly, even looked down upon.

After all, with Light Worlds out of the trade, prices changed everywhere, many trades collapsed, many forces took the brunt and fell.

The frustration became higher—not just in the worlds inside the Light Territory, those could still be controlled since Light now held all the information—but the rest of the worlds in the Universe?

Their worlds couldn’t be controlled.

And they…

They got even louder.

“If Light has nothing to hide? Why act like this?”

“Nothing to hide? Have you not seen the recordings? It’s obvious those hypocritical bastards are lying, they always have.”

“Hypocrites. I am so glad our world didn’t join the Light’s faction, to be so rotten while representing peace.

Even the Darkness Faction is better than that, at least they are honest about what they crave.”

These talks became normal, people who never once dared to call out any of the Supreme Factions were now openly bad-mouthing Light, louder than ever.

How could they not?

According to them, no being from the Light Worlds was around them; they could say whatever they wanted and Light wouldn’t know.

And what ruined Light’s reputation even further was—

That even after all this, even after Light Worlds had to face a complete lockdown and all the economic and emotional backlash that came with it—

The Anomaly’s attacks hadn’t stopped.

Even now, every single week, the Universe trembled, a Light World disappeared, and the recording was shown throughout the Universe.

It had almost become a ritual.

An open ritual where Light was humiliated in front of the entire Universe and its powerlessness was mocked.

The only difference was that before, the Light Worlds only learned about which world had perished after some time through the merchants or traders, and now, those worlds have no way of knowing.

The entire Universe was pitying Light Worlds, and the Light Faction itself?

It was… blacklisted by the people, fallen to a level where people cursed their enemies to become part of the Light Faction.

It had become a form of an insult.

And then—

More and more news began to travel—

News that… made a lot of sense.

In the past two weeks, five Light Worlds… had left the Light Faction.

Yes, it was happening.

The Light Worlds—

The pressure finally became more than what they could handle.

And everything—

Everything was falling apart.
