Global Lords: Me and My Calabash Kiddos

Looking again at Yi Tian’s left arm, he raised and lowered it with a certain aura of power.

Just looking at it made your back tingle—a blast of blade intent shot straight into your skull.

This isn’t an arm, it’s basically a knife!

Scared the cat half to death (^･ｪ･^)!

There’s actually a ruthless guy in this territory! Even my Yin Yang Panda Fist can’t beat him!

Just as the Yin Yang Giant Panda was about to run off, Yi Tian pulled out a bamboo shoot and pointed it at the panda.

The Yin Yang Giant Panda suddenly couldn’t move its legs, staring longingly at the Celestial Heart Bamboo Shoot, tears involuntarily dripping from its mouth.

”Giant Panda, everything in this territory—High Mountain Purple Bamboo, and the 100,000 premium bamboo saplings down the mountain—they’re all mine! And this bamboo shoot, the Celestial Heart Bamboo. In the future there’ll be even more high-level bamboo shoots and bamboo leaves.” Yi Tian suddenly changed the subject: ”Wanna eat?”

”Bap bap!”

The Yin Yang Giant Panda’s head bobbed up and down like a drumstick.

”Acknowledge me as your Lord, and I’ll let you eat Celestial Heart Bamboo Shoots.”

Hearing Yi Tian’s words, the Yin Yang Giant Panda hesitated.

Bears never submit!

All for one bamboo shoot, to sell out my bear pride—would that really be worth it?

But what fun is bear life without bamboo?

What if the Lord kicks me out (´•༝•`)?

What if the Lord guts me (#ﾟДﾟ)…

Can’t beat him anyway!

”It’s not just bamboo shoots. From now on, any bamboo in the territory—you can eat however you want. Plus, I’ll give you SSS-level spirit fruits to boost your strength. To sum it up: food and lodging covered. All you have to do is help me attack any enemies who invade!” Yi Tian saw the panda making all kinds of dramatic faces, so he seized the chance to add.

Spirit fruit!

They’re not super tasty! But with such a high level, they’re probably decent.

The Yin Yang Giant Panda suddenly thought, food and housing included, actually sounds pretty good.

It’s been wandering for days, never finding a stable home.

Mama always said, our clan serves the nation—back the country, and when the nation prospers, only then can we ascend to Divine Beast.

This nation’s not bad, everywhere is bamboo, and all top-tier too. The heavens aren’t even this good.

”Detected addition of SSS potential member to territory, territory points increased by 5000. Current territory points: 4162150.”

”Congratulations Lord, your territory has gained a Yin Yang Giant Panda. Luck +50%, Spiritual Power +50%.”

Yi Tian was stunned for a second. So that’s it, he’s tamed already?

A few words and he’s loyal—where’s the pride?

He hadn’t even activated Beast Taming or claimed his SSS-level spirit reward yet!

Tame S-level potential Little White, reward: 30 Spiritual Power.

Tame SS potential Little Moon, reward: 50 Spiritual Power.

If you tame SSS potential, if not a hundred, it’s gotta be at least eighty!

Seeing the Yin Yang Giant Panda swaggering toward him, Yi Tian first passed the last Celestial Heart Bamboo Shoot to the panda.

The Yin Yang Giant Panda beamed as it grabbed the shoot, skillfully peeling it.

”Activate Beast Taming Skill LV.5.”

Yi Tian checked—the panda’s loyalty was just barely passing.

As long as loyalty is below eighty, you can use Beast Taming Skill.

Yi Tian didn’t hesitate to use the skill at all.

His spirit linked with the Yin Yang Giant Panda, and left a brand in the panda’s Sea of Consciousness.

It’s different from the Lord Contract.

With the Lord Contract, if the Lord dies, the contractor dies too.

With Beast Taming, if the master dies, the beast just goes unclaimed again.

But the master can control their beast pet with Spiritual Power so it can’t betray them.

The Yin Yang Giant Panda was licking its bamboo shoot, totally not caring about anything.

”Detected Yin Yang Giant Panda loyalty 60. Use Beast Taming—success rate increased by 60%. Current success rate: 100%.”

”Beast Taming successful!”

”Congratulations, Lord! Successfully tamed SSS-level potential Yin Yang Giant Panda, Spiritual Power +100, current Spiritual Power: 550.”

Yi Tian felt refreshed after this little blessing. Looking at the panda’s loyalty again—it was already up to 90. No way it’s running off now.

No idea what extra luck does, exactly.

But Yi Tian could clearly feel the Spiritual Power in the territory getting richer.

”Let’s go! Heading home!”

Yi Tian put the Celestial Heart Bamboo on the Yin Yang Giant Panda and had it follow him home.

Yi Tian walked ahead, noticing the panda constantly poking him in the back with the bamboo twig.

Yi Tian was speechless—once or twice is fine, but you’re obviously doing this on purpose.

He stopped and turned to look at the panda.

The Yin Yang Giant Panda looked at the Celestial Heart Bamboo Shoot Yi Tian was holding.

”This is the last one today! Slow and steady. After you finish, what do you expect—a Celestial Heart Bamboo magically sprouting more shoots?”

Yi Tian sighed, tossing a bamboo shoot to the panda.

Gotta divide up the bamboo shoots when we get home; can’t let it eat the whole lot.

Eating so much isn’t even useful, is it?

But Yi Tian knew this: this is a gene-level hobby, nothing you can do to change it.

The Yin Yang Giant Panda happily nodded.

Of course, it understands ”slow and steady.”

But the master got one thing wrong: Celestial Heart Bamboo Shoots really do just magically grow. A few days ago, there weren’t any, and suddenly, here they are.

Same with the leaves.

Back to the villa!

Yi Tian had the kiddos welcome the newcomer.

Except for Second Child, who already knew them, all the other kids were curious and kept patting and poking the panda all over.

Fourth Child and Seventh-Child even jumped on its head and tugged its ears.

Only Little White sulked—not black, not white, seriously ugly!

But soon as Little White heard Yi Tian’s next words, it jumped up.

”From today on, it’s called Big White!”

Yi Tian patted the panda’s shoulder and introduced it to everyone with its new name.

The Yin Yang Giant Panda was cool with it; didn’t care about names. As long as there’s daily bamboo, even ’Big Black’ is fine.

”Roar!”

Little White gave a low growl, not happy. Why is it Big White, and I’m just Little White?
