Great Xia Empire.

For one hundred and twenty years, Nuan Shu and the various Demon Lords, strictly following Lin Yuan’s instructions, governed the Five Domains in an orderly manner.

And thus, they established a vast empire.

Named the ‘Great Xia’ Empire.

The ‘Xia’ here is taken from the word ‘Xia’ in Xiahou Yuan’s surname.

Great Xia Empire.

...
Imperial Palace.

Nuan Shu rubbed her brow, her expression revealing weariness.

The Great Xia Empire had no Emperor, only twelve ministers assisting the state, led by Nuan Shu, formerly under the command of Demon Venerable Xiahou Yuan.

“The concentration of Heavenly Earth Vital Energy is increasing again?”

Nuan Shu walked to the window, murmuring to herself.

Over the years, she too had stepped into the Ninth Realm and with her keen senses, she had naturally noticed that across the entire mainland of the Five Domains, the Heavenly Earth Vital Energy was slowly becoming more concentrated.

“In the future, the Heavenly Earth Vital Energy will continue to increase until fifty years from now when it recovers to the environment from hundreds of thousands of years ago.”

Just then, a deep voice suddenly sounded.

Startling Nuan Shu.

When Nuan Shu turned around and saw the owner of the voice, her eyes immediately began to redden.

“My lord.”

Nuan Shu immediately knelt down, speaking excitedly.

“Rise.”

Lin Yuan shook his head.

“These ten Tokens contain the power I have left behind.”

No sooner had Lin Yuan’s words fallen than ten wooden Tokens floated in front of Nuan Shu.

“In the future, should you face an insolvable predicament, you may shatter a Token, and then the power within the Token will grant you temporary strength of the Thirteenth Realm…”

Lin Yuan said indifferently.

This was also the safeguard Lin Yuan had left for the Great Xia Empire.

Even if hundreds of thousands or millions of years passed, the power of the Thirteenth Realm would still be able to sweep away and crush everything.

“Yes…”

With some hesitation, Nuan Shu couldn’t help but ask, “My lord, are you leaving us?”

The words Lin Yuan said had led Nuan Shu to an unsettling speculation. With Lin Yuan’s strength, why would he need to leave Tokens as a last resort if he were still in the world?

“Where in the world is there no separation?”

Lin Yuan shook his head, clearly consenting.

“Then where are you going, my lord?”

Nuan Shu gathered her courage to ask.

“Where to?”

Lin Yuan pondered for a moment.

“From whence I came, there I shall return.”

Lin Yuan’s figure vanished.

Leaving behind only Nuan Shu still kneeling on the ground, her face a portrait of confusion.

…

Southern Domain.

In the midst of a dense forest.

The figure of Lin Yuan appeared.

“Hm?”

Lin Yuan glanced.

He noticed at a distant mountain village, Xiao Huo, Shen Lang, and Yang Bixin, disguised as commoners, were playing with children there.

“Ah, the children of destiny…”

Lin Yuan sighed.

If it weren’t for him, Xiao Huo, Shen Lang, and Yang Bixin would probably have become the most dazzling trio in the Five Domains Mainland.

After all, these three were favored by the World’s Consciousness, intended to be the principal force to resolve the Eye of the North Sea.

But now, these three were clearly stricken hard by Lin Yuan, directly retreating to live in seclusion in a remote forest.

…

Western Domain.

In the midst of a desert.

Lin Yuan sat cross-legged on the sand.

“It’s time to leave.”

Lin Yuan let his thoughts wander.

This moment was only a short while away from the end of his time here.

“Martial Tao….”

Lin Yuan’s perception spread infinitely, faintly feeling the force of life carried by the Martial Dao Cultivators spread across the Five Domains Mainland.

“If one day.”

“The Martial Tao Cultivation System disappears from this world…”

Lin Yuan suddenly murmured to himself.

“Then a second Eye of the North Sea will appear.”

Lin Yuan’s thoughts flickered slightly and the ‘Eye of the North Sea,’ fine as a strand of hair, appeared before him.

Then he swallowed it in one gulp.

Next, he began sinking into the desert.

Sinking continuously.

Without end.

Meanwhile.

On the other side of the desert.

Heavenly Earth Vital Energy coalesced.

Forming a figure.

This figure had eyes of pure gold, lofty and aloof, cold and unfeeling.

It glanced at the spot where Lin Yuan had sunk in, then its form once again turned into Heavenly Earth Vital Energy and disappeared on the spot.
