Possessive & Addicted: The CEO Could Never Let Her Go

Chapter 474: Chapter 474: Devoted

Shao Jue thought for a moment: ”No, he is much more devoted than your Sixth Brother!”

”Oh, you acknowledge where your shortcomings are?” Mu Anhan teased him.

”In front of my little sister, there’s nothing to hide,” Shao Jue laughed, ”But you don’t like him...”

Mu Anhan said, smiling especially blissfully and gently, ”Sixth Brother, after going through some things, perspectives always change! When you shoot a movie, isn’t there also a part where love develops over time? Two people inevitably have a process from not loving to loving each other, right?”

”Alright then!” Shao Jue nodded, ”For the sake of you becoming more and more beautiful, I won’t hold it against him.”

He also knew that only when her husband treats her well, she’ll keep looking better.

If all day long you’re entangled in mundane affairs, emotions become a tangled mess, couples are always arguing, and one’s complexion won’t look good.

”Alright, I’m leaving!” Mu Anhan didn’t linger, ”Take a good rest when you return to the Imperial City!”

”I’m going skiing tomorrow, want to join?” Shao Jue may not excel in business, but he’s good at leisure activities.

Mu Anhan listened, ”Sure! But let me ask my husband if he wants to bring the kids along?”

”Tsk!” Shao Jue looked disdainful, ”You’ve got no initiative now, everything has to be discussed with his opinion?”

”I want to play with him, and the kids are in kindergarten now, so we can play together on the weekend!” Mu Anhan hummed, ”Let’s invite Third Brother, shall we?”

”Okay!” Shao Jue nodded.

Mu Anhan went back to the Emperor Building and immediately ran to the CEO’s office to ask Gu Xiaozhan: ”Hubby, do you want to go skiing tomorrow?”

Gu Xiaozhan looked up from the files, thinking it had been a long time since he’d taken her out for fun, ”Sure!”

”Sixth Brother’s organizing it, I’ve invited Third Brother, Yao Yao, and Yu Er to join.” Mu Anhan said.

Gu Xiaozhan’s face suddenly turned cold: ”Why play with him?”

He’s still bothered about the young hunk!

”Oh come on, once at the ski resort, he’ll do his thing, we’ll do ours; it’s livelier with more people!” Mu Anhan clung to his arm, acting coquettish, ”I heard it’s very exciting! I’ve done my research, besides skiing, there’s snowball fights, riding motorcycles, bicycles, and kids will love the animals pulling sleds...”

Seeing her talk so energetically, Gu Xiaozhan agreed.

”With your agreement, I’ll go talk to Third Brother.” She kissed him on the cheek and ran off.

Mu Anhan went to the IT Information Department, ”Third Brother...”

She talked about the skiing plan, ”After your leg injury, you haven’t gone anywhere, right? Let’s go out together, unwind a bit!”

”Organized by Old Six?” Mu Shaochen’s eyes lit up, ”Alright.”

...

Tianqin Residence.

That evening, Gu Yao and Gu Yu were excited to learn they’d be playing with their dad, mom, and two uncles the next day, bouncing around not wanting to sleep.

”Hubby, see how happy the kids get just talking about playing!” Mu Anhan stood next to him in the living room.

Gu Xiaozhan put his arm around her shoulder, ”From now on, let’s take more time to take them out.”

”Make sure you keep your word!” Mu Anhan gazed at him with a smile.

”When did I not keep my word?” Gu Xiaozhan chuckled, ”But what about you... have you fulfilled everything?”
