My Youth Began With Him

“You look like a sweet cone.”

Huo Mian punched Zhixin on the head and quickly closed the door.

“Such a violent older sister, I wonder if she’ll ever get married…”

Zhixin looked at his sister’s room door and sighed. However, reality proved that Zhixin was overthinking things.

Not only would Huo Mian get married, but she would also be very popular.

She played till late on Friday, so on Saturday morning, Huo Mian slept until 10:30 AM.

Her mother was afraid that she was too tired from studying, so she did not wake her up.

When Huo Mian woke up, the house was empty.

As usual, there was rice left in the pot.

Zhixin must have gone to play soccer with his friends, and their mother must have gone to the nearby mountains with her neighbors to pick some mushrooms and wild vegetables.

After Huo Mian got up, she washed up and quietly ate.

Apart from the rice, there was also her favorite steamed egg and a plate of stir-fried meat with garlic.

Halfway through dinner, she received a call from Zhu Lingling.

“Mian… what are you doing?”

“I’m eating.”

“Damn… it’s ten o’clock. What kind of meal are you having? Breakfast or lunch?”

“Both are fine.” Huo Mian smiled.

“Gao Ran took you back last night?”

“Oh…”

“Did anything romantic happen between the two of you?”

“No.”

“Pfft, I don’t believe you… That guy is so perverted, did he say any romantic lines to you?” Zhu Lingling was unwilling to give up, so she continued to ask.

Huo Mian ate while holding her phone.

“Gao Ran has a high standard for looks… He doesn’t like my type in the first place… He likes pretty girls… The type that is gorgeous… Oh, right, someone like you.”

“Don’t talk nonsense… I won’t like him, a pervert.”

“How is he perverted?” Huo Mian couldn’t help but laugh.

“He’s so lecherous… He’s always trying to act cool… I heard that all the pretty girls in Class Eight were teased by him… He even called them his first wife and second wife…”

“Oh, if that’s the case, then if you’re with him, wouldn’t you be the Thirteenth Mistress? Haha… in short you will be Thirteen Missy.”

Huo Mian suddenly thought of Huang Feihong’s Thirteen Mistress and laughed happily.

“D*mn… Can you not be so imaginative? Let’s not talk about this. What are your plans for today?”

“No plans.”

“I’ll take you out to play…”

“No, I’m a good kid.”

“Do you want to play billiards? It’s really… fun… I just learned it from someone last week… There’s a pool hall near the school… It’s really cheap… You can play for a day with 20 yuan…”

“I’m not going. 20 yuan is so expensive.”

“I will pay the money.”

“Not even then.”

“Aiyo… Why are you like this? I’ll come to your house to look for you… If you don’t come with me, I’ll eat and drink at your house.”

Then, before Huo Mian could say anything, Zhu Lingling hung up.

Huo Mian felt helpless…

It was true that Zhu Lingling liked to play. She had been like this in high school.

She would often go to nightclubs or KTV, but this did not affect their friendship.

Huo Mian didn’t like places like that, but she would go with Zhu Lingling.

Huo Mian said she wasn’t going to play billiards, but she could not win against Zhu Lingling’s pestering.

She still went. She just didn’t expect to run into some trouble at the pool hall this time.

Many of the billiard halls near the school were owned by hooligans.

At that time, it was not that strict when it came to their membership. There were many young hooligans who dropped out of school in their teens and followed young hooligans in their twenties. By calling them big brother, they would think that they were the bosses.

Zhu Lingling had heard from her classmates that billiards here was cheap, but she never thought that this was a place for hooligans.

Therefore, they were targeted the moment they entered.
