A Sorcerer’s Journey

Chapter 1283: Chapter 1284: Pumpkin Tower

Spiritual power shapes a tangible world!

Just entered the Wisdom Teapot World, Green felt an incredibly familiar sensation, it was the grotesqueness of the Tower of Decay when the Black Tower Stigma Sorcerer had not fallen, where the Heisota Sorcerer Academy once stood.

Dots of light floated in the gray sky, slightly brighter than the dark sky, and beams of searchlights came from the distant towering Pumpkin Tower.

Drip-drop, the gloomy rain in the sky creates a feeling of oppression.

”Damn it, my spiritual power world, why so sad and oppressive!”

Xiao Ba shook off the feathers on his body, colorful and magnificent, the water droplets flicked away, but were soon covered with a new layer of mist. Green silently added a Protective Barrier to Xiao Ba.

”The Fool Elder likes this kind of rainy day, it makes it easier for him to settle down and think.”

Valley Bay had a round belly, humming a strange tune, walking step by step towards the far mountain peak where the towering Pumpkin Tower stands, splashing through puddles with his tiny feet, devoid of any Dominator’s majesty, simply like a child.

Green floated silently with both feet, following Valley Bay, drifting towards the Pumpkin Tower emitting beams of searchlights.

”Oh oh oh oh, little rainy day, big rainy day, I am thunder, I am storm, oh oh oh oh...”

Crackle!

A peculiar pale green lightning bolt shattered the sky, illuminating a white-robed scarecrow flying around the Grimace Pumpkin Tower, singing to the gloomy rainy sky, drinking rainwater with intoxication and gulping down mud, like a lunatic.

Within the brightly-lit Pumpkin Tower, shadows of scarecrows occasionally pass by, atop the tower hovering a dark green flame, inside a grimace emits a sense of oppression and foreboding.

Suddenly.

With a ”whoosh”, before Valley Bay’s Sky-crafting Trickster, a large area of dark green flames ignited, and then a clay figure, a water figure, and a tree person slowly stood up, surrounded by green flames.

”Is this creature brought by you, Sky-crafting Trickster?”

”Wa-gwa-gwa-gwa-gwa, he is the Trickster’s friend, called Oblivion Sorcerer, from a world named Wizard, I brought him to see the Fool Elder, to help him find the way home.”

After the Sky-crafting Trickster’s acknowledgment, the three Guardian Giants dispersed, such a simple lifestyle left Green and Xiao Ba astonished.

Inside the Pumpkin Tower, a warm breeze blew and automatically dried the water vapor from Valley Bay. Led by Valley Bay, Green and Xiao Ba followed into the opening and closing pumpkin mouth.

Ding!

Da-la-la-la-la...

Just as he entered, a spinning Gold Coin rolled to Green’s feet. Urged by Valley Bay, Green quickly stepped aside, only to see a scarecrow crawling on the ground, following the Gold Coin off into the distance.

Gurgling...

Several palm-sized Turtle Shells spun as they fell, recorded by a scarecrow, cleverly collected and then thrown into the sky again, falling into different patterns, recorded again by the scarecrow.

Gulp, gulp, gulp...

In a black jar, unknown broth was simmering, emitting a pungent smell.

A scarecrow ran over nervously, opened his mouth ”wow”, and a frog was spat out, falling into the jar.

The frog was submerged in the black solution, struggling with a scream and then silent, followed by a hazy yet persistent mist forming in the air, the scarecrow who spat out the frog eyed the mist with enthusiasm, waited for it to almost dissipate, then opened his mouth and inhaled it sharply, exchanging something with some distant scarecrows before returning shortly thereafter, once again opening his mouth, ”quack”, and spat out a frog.

”Is this how you research communication with the Dimensional Mystery?”

”Creak”, ”creak”, treading on the wooden staircase, Green asked Valley Bay ahead, as the hall gathered thousands of scarecrows, Xiao Ba curiously looked around.

”Wa-gwa-gwa-gwa-gwa, this is their enlightenment education, follow me, the Fool Elder is at the top.”

After passing through dozens of such halls, Green followed Valley Bay past two library floors, and the original noisy sound quieted down, only able to hear the outside raindrops, thunder, and the strange singing of the white-robed scarecrow through the window.

Creak, creak, creak, creak...

Just as he went up the stairs, Green saw a huge weaving machine weaving cloth, only for the woven cloth to continuously be chewed by the wide mouth river horse on the other side, the space inside its belly seemingly endless.

Aside from that, the entire room was empty, a blackened scarecrow wearing black-rimmed glasses sat silently, seemingly in a trance, unaware of what he was pondering.

”Fool!”

Valley Bay walked over with a round belly, the blackened scarecrow came to his senses, seeing Valley Bay shook his head, smiled saying, ”Valley Bay, weren’t you assigned to the Ironblood World Cluster, how come you have time to visit me?”

The Fool stood up slowly, then noticed Xiao Ba on Green, stared dazedly for a while like he hadn’t fully woken up, then asked, ”Who are you?”

”This is an otherworldly friend I met in the Ironblood Cluster, hoping to find a way home through you.”

Valley Bay explained, introducing Green.

Green felt somewhat uneasy, took a step forward.

”Honorable Sky-crafting Trickster, I am an Oblivion Sorcerer from the Wizard World, hoping to find my way home through your guidance.”

”Wizard World? Never heard of it.”

The Fool took out a smoking pipe, ”plop”, and ”plop”, puffing, smoke forming various shapes in mid-air, after a while continuing, ”How about the neighboring world clusters?”

”Chaos world cluster.”

The Fool shook his head, kept puffing on the smoking pipe, Green gritted his teeth: ”Earth Vein World Cluster.”

As if the Fool saw Green had no more world cluster experiences, he flicked the ashes, saying, ”Tell me about the special Dominator life forms you know.”

Uh...

”World Tree?”

”Mountain Giant King?”

”Eye of Destruction?”

Green shared his understanding of the Endless Dominators as much as possible, paused after a long list, a silent while later suddenly thought of another one.

”Eternal Spring!”

”Woo-hoo-hoo-hoo, found it, turns out it’s over there.”

The Fool stood up, reached for the cloth in front of the weaving machine, suddenly took out scissors and tore off a strip of cloth fiercely.

”Go, this is the Dimensional Mystique Beacon, in the Void Meteorite Great World hunt six targets of the Dimensional Mystique Beacon, I will send you to the Eternal Moon, which will then take you to the Eternal Spring.”

Saying that, regardless of whether Green agreed, the Fool directly handed the torn strip to Green.
