Daily Intelligence System: Don't Kill Me, Honey!

Chapter 270: Chapter 128 Zheng Chuan: What, Fifth Brother has found me?_3

The woman just hung there, eyes rolled back, face turned purple, even urinating involuntarily...

The two children witnessed the process of the woman being hanged to death.

They let out cries that moved everyone.

But the man did not, he looked at the little boy and girl with their eyes open and said, ”Hey, why aren’t you being good? Didn’t we say not to open your eyes?”

Whimpering...

The two children could no longer hold back their tears.

”You see, we had an agreement, and you broke the rules, so there’s no choice now, you have to be punished.”

”You’re called Cui’er, right?”

The man looked at the little girl, who trembled all over, looking at the man with immense fear.

The man showed an innocuous smile and said, ”Cui’er, do you like your little brother?”

”I like, like him.”

”Do you want your little brother to die?”

”No, I don’t want that.”

”But you opened your eyes just now.”

”We wanted to see Mom.”

”It doesn’t matter what you want to do, but you opened your eyes.”

The girl fell silent.

”Opening your eyes means you have to be punished. That’s the rule of the game, so Cui’er, who will be punished, you or your brother?”

At this point, the girl was shaking like a sieve.

The man said, ”Who will it be? Tell brother, okay?”

”Cui’er, Cui’er will be punished!”

”Ah, such a good child.”

”Come on, look how nice your brother is, I made this noose so long for you, step up, yes, just like your mother.”

”Come on, put your head in!”

”Big sister... I’m scared...”

”Xiao Bao, don’t be scared, close your eyes, don’t open them, never open them!”

...

The little boy tried hard to close his eyes, absolutely not allowing a single ray of light to enter.

Tears streamed down his face, yet he didn’t dare to wipe them away.

After a while, he felt someone tapping him.

He slowly opened his eyes?

And saw Uncle Scarred Face, with his harmless appearance.

”I didn’t open my eyes~”

Xiao Bao said with a trembling voice.

Scarred Face said, ”Hmm, you’re really good, but the rule of this round is that you must keep your eyes opened, you closed them, right.”

”I... wh-what...?”

”Don’t cry. Be brave, like a man. Oh well, you’re just a kid. I’ll help you.”

Scarred Face then took Xiao Bao in his arms and slipped the noose over him...

Eh eh...

Xiao Bao struggled in agony, while the man watched as if admiring a beautiful scene, and at this very moment, a voice came from outside the yard: ”Is anyone home?”

”Xiao Bao? Cui’er?”

”Where has everyone gone?”

”Mom, eh?”

”Why is there nobody here?”

Wang Dafa searched the entire yard and noticed the large wooden basin for washing clothes was still there, with some unwashed clothes inside.

He was still wondering where they had gone.

Inside the house, Xiao Bao was not yet dead and heard his father’s voice, desperately trying to make a sound, his hands also scratching forward.

The man then said, ”Xiao Bao, your dad’s back.”

Eh...

Xiao Bao seemed to hear it and also seemed not to.

And just then, the door suddenly opened, and sunlight shone into the room.

At that instant, Wang Dafa stood frozen in place!

He saw, from left to right on the beam of his own house, one noose after another. And hanging from the nooses were his dearly beloved family members.

Mother, wife, daughter, even his five-year-old son.

At this moment, they all hung neatly from the beam, faces soy-purple, tongues sticking out, clothes fluttering with the breeze.

And then, there stood Wang Dafa, looking up at the corpses of his closest kin.

For half a day.

”Ah~ Ah~”

He opened his mouth wide, his hands uncontrollably grasping, tears flowing freely... but he was unable to utter a single word.

At that moment, his entire world had collapsed.

”Yo, just got back, huh? Come on, hurry up, I left a spot for you, I’m pressed for time!”

Little Knife saw Wang Dafa return and spoke with a relaxed, teasing tone.

It was as if these lives meant nothing to him, utterly insignificant.

It was then that Wang Dafa saw Little Knife and said with full hatred, ”You, you killed them!”

”Don’t get excited, they hung themselves, it has nothing to do with me.”

”I’ll kill you!”

Wang Dafa lost control of his emotions and charged at Little Knife like a madman. Little Knife let out a chuckle and said, ”Seems like you don’t like to volunteer.”

Then he quickly pulled out a rope and expertly made a noose.

Wang Dafa charged at him and threw a fierce punch at Little Knife, who easily dodged and slipped the noose over Wang Dafa’s neck.

Wang Dafa threw another punch, and Little Knife tossed the end of the rope over the beam.

He then grabbed the rope and pulled hard.

Eh...

In an instant, Wang Dafa felt the noose tighten around his neck, then his hands desperately tried to untie it.

But it was no use, and he was suddenly lifted off the ground.

Then Wang Dafa kicked wildly, his neck being squeezed so tight he couldn’t breathe, his face turning bright red.

Yet he kept screaming, ”Why, why...”

Little Knife smiled and said, ”Because you did something you shouldn’t have.”

”I, I just listened to you all, why are you still killing me...”

Little Knife: ”Heh, who said that just because you listened to us, we can’t kill you? Don’t struggle, it only makes it more painful. Wouldn’t it be better to die quietly? Everyone neat and tidy, I really envy you~”

Eh...

Wang Dafa was nearly suffocated, his legs still kicking feebly.

Little Knife held the rope with one hand, simply watching, waiting for him to die.

But just then, a group of people burst through the door.

”Save someone!”

A voice shouted loudly, followed by a whoosh, a long spear flew straight from the doorway, heading for Little Knife’s chest.

A matter of life and death!
