I Just Wanted to Teach Cultivation, But Goddesses Keep Coming!

Chapter 109: Chapter 109 How to Achieve Enlightenment While Eating Spicy Noodles

“To be honest, I’m a lewd and despicable man, Teacher Ning Xi,” Lin Feng said with a straight face.

“I came from the Upper Heavens and already have five trillion women in my harem. That’s why I descended to the Lower Realms to hide from them and, at the same time, create another eternal harem. This time, I plan to surpass my last record and reach ten trillion women! Since you’re a fellow teacher, I’ll spare you from the plague of my lust and won’t ruin your life with my dark desires. So you should stay as far away from me as possible, if you value your life and your chastity.”

He delivered the speech with absolute seriousness, as if it were a sacred confession rather than pure nonsense.

In his mind, this was foolproof.

No sane woman would hear something like that and not immediately run for the hills.

He waited.

And waited.

Seconds passed.

Then a full minute.

Nearly two minutes later, Ning Xi finally spoke and her answer shattered his expectations.

“I don’t care,” she said calmly, yet her voice carried a powerful, unwavering conviction.

“Love can move even worlds themselves and beyond. I know I can change you. No… I will change you, Lin Feng.”

Her words were filled with emotion and sincerity, like a vow sworn before the heavens themselves, the kind of promise that could last an eternity.

Lin Feng froze.

For a brief moment, his soul left his body.

Deep inside, all he could do was scream in utter despair.

“NOOOOOO!” Lin Feng screamed inwardly, his soul practically leaving his body.

He had completely forgotten that the woman laying on his bed was nothing less than a martyr… someone who would risk her life to save a sad, lost puppy on the side of the road.

And now, she would throw herself into flames even more willingly for a man she believed to be as extraordinary as Lin Feng.

What made things even worse was that Ning Xi carried the same dangerous illusion and audacity… she truly believed she could change a man who was already fully grown and set in his ways.

That kind of mission was nothing short of madness.

It was easier to hold the sun in one’s bare hands than to engage in and actually complete such a nearly impossible quest.

“…”

In the end, Lin Feng chose silence.

No explanations. No arguments. No desperate excuses.

He had finally realized that the more he spoke, the more ammunition he gave her.

The more he allowed Ning Xi near him, the stronger her attachment became, growing like an unstoppable vine that refused to be cut.

“I can’t let this dangerous woman get near me anymore!” Lin Feng swore inwardly, clenching his fists in determination.

“I’ll change my approach. I’ll be stricter. I’ll be colder. I’ll be better tomorrow.”

For now, however, exhaustion claimed him.

He closed his eyes, his mind still echoing with her words, and allowed himself to drift into sleep, seeking refuge in the comfort of his dreams where at least, for a few precious hours, Ning Xi’s unwavering devotion couldn’t reach him.

Morning came, and someone felt wronged.

“Ohhhhh…” Ye Jian slowly opened her eyes, letting out a long, satisfied breath.

She had never felt this rested in her entire life. Her body felt light, her mind clear, and her spirit refreshed to an almost unbelievable degree.

It was as if every trace of exhaustion, tension, and strain had been washed away overnight.

She looked around the room.

No Ning Xi.

No Lin Feng.

For a brief moment, she felt content, even peaceful until the memories of last night surged back into her mind like a sudden wave.

“Young Master Lin Feng?” she called softly, sitting up.

Receiving no response, she quickly rose from the bed and stepped into the courtyard, her eyes scanning the surroundings.

There was no sign of him not even the faintest shadow or lingering presence.

Her brows furrowed.

“Young Master Lin Feng…” she murmured again, this time with a hint of concern.

She didn’t hesitate. In just a few breaths, Ye Jian had changed clothes, her movements fluid and precise.

Then her figure blurred, her body turning into a streak of light as she crossed the distance.

In only three breaths’ time, she arrived outside Lin Feng’s classroom.

She could sense him inside.

Not only that… his class had already begun.

Ye Jian lifted her head and looked toward the sky. The sun was already high, its light pouring down in full brightness.

“It’s already ten in the morning…” she murmured.

At the same time, she became aware of something else… her body was overflowing with spiritual essence.

The energy circulating through her meridians felt denser, purer, and more vibrant than ever before, as if her cultivation had surged forward overnight.

Her eyes narrowed slightly.

“With this state… I can break through,” she realized.

“I’ll make my breakthrough first, then come back later,” Ye Jian decided without hesitation.

Her original purpose in staying near Lin Feng as his dao protector was no longer truly necessary.

With his strength, he could easily handle anyone in the city without her intervention.

And right now, her own cultivation was calling.

With a single thought, her body vanished once more, dissolving into light as she departed to seize this rare opportunity.

Ye Jian immediately entered closed-door cultivation to attempt her breakthrough, sealing herself away with firm determination.

At the same time, Ning Xi canceled her classes for the day as well, choosing to focus entirely on her own breakthrough.

Both women had reached a critical point in their cultivation, and neither was willing to miss such a rare opportunity.

When Lin Feng’s class finally ended at noon, he let out a quiet sigh of relief when he realized that he hadn’t been harassed by either of them.

“Being too spectacular a man certainly isn’t easy,” Lin Feng muttered under his breath as he watched his students’ retreating figures disappear one by one.
