Don't Burn Them! Even Witches Have Value!

Iyanna looked with a face full of confusion at Lynn, who was lying prone on the bed while drooling over a pouch filled with copper coins.

Although she was very curious why Lynn looked so much like her dad when he hugged her mom with his current appearance, mealtime wasn’t a suitable time for pondering difficult problems.

”My first pot of gold, hehe.”

Just as Lynn, who was wearing the expression of a pervert, was carefully sniffing the fragrance of money, a loud noise suddenly exploded.

Boom!

Lynn, who had been being lovey-dovey with his money pouch on the bed, watched in shock as the wooden door of his room flew in.

Seeing this scene, his first reaction was—

‘This is bad, they won’t make me pay for this, will they?’

Iyanna, who had been eating the packed leftover food on the floor, was so frightened that she jumped straight up on the spot and scurried onto Lynn’s bed.

At the same time, a low shout, piercing to the bone like winter frost, rang out.

”Damn filthy, lowly human! Die!”

Step, step...

As the oppressive footsteps slowly approached them, Lynn finally saw the appearance of the newcomer.

It was a female wearing a pure white robe, her height close to his. Through the outline of her clothing, one could vaguely see her proud bosom...

And a lower body that looked somewhat bloated for some unknown reason?

It was as if something was hidden under the hem of her robe.

”Ding.”

After the system’s prompt sound rang out, the familiar pop-up window shockingly emerged:

【Name: Ai’na Knut】

【Race: Dragonborn】

【Talent: B-Rank Wind Magic, B-Rank Water Magic, S-Rank Ice Magic】

【Magic Level: D-Rank】

【Stamina: S-Rank】

【Physiological Indicators: Experiencing Menstruation】

【Favorability: -50 (Filthy, lowly male bald monkey!)】

——————————————————

‘A triple-element witch? Why does she have so many talents?’

——————————————————

【Talent is determined based on the compatibility of the soul with elements at birth】

——————————————————

‘So there really are Dragonborn in this world?’

——————————————————

【Dragonborn are considered a type of demi-human, but the birth of the two is completely different】

——————————————————

‘What the hell’s with “menstruation”?’

——————————————————

【Menstruation refers to female organisms during...】

——————————————————

‘Alright, this one I know. The most crucial question right now is—’

‘Why does this person hate me so much?!’

——————————————————

【Favorability is based on the other party’s subjective evaluation of your words and actions in their perception. It is recommended to reflect on your own words and actions】

——————————————————

‘Why is the system scolding me too?! Was this all his fault?’

Lynn felt sweat pouring down his back.

The terrifying killing intent within those scarlet vertical pupils shot straight into Lynn through the semi-transparent system pop-up window.

He even felt that the other party could scrape off his flesh and blood with her eyes alone.

”This beautiful lady, do we have some sort of misunderstanding?”

He chuckled awkwardly, hugging his money pouch and slowly lifting his body from his prone position while the frightened Iyanna hissed at that mysterious woman from behind him.

”Audacious! To actually disrespect Her Highness!”

Lynn didn’t even see clearly what had happened. He only felt his vision blur before he was picked up by the collar by a burly man who had suddenly appeared in front of him, hoisting him into the air like a little chick.

Looking at that burly man with a pair of fierce, beast-like eyes, the familiar pop-up window appeared again.

【Name: Fenrir Bloodmoon】

【Race: Demi-human (Tiger Tribe)】

【Talent: A-Rank Warrior】

【Battle Aura Level: D-Rank】

【Stamina: S-Rank】

【Physiological Indicators: Healthy enough to kill you with one punch】

【Favorability: -50 (A lowly human who disrespected the Princess)】

——————————————————

*Princess? Demi-human? Dragonborn?*

In an instant, Lynn guessed the other party’s origins.

The Frost Kingdom was a kingdom formed by the union of many tribes, but they had a core royal tribe.

The previous royal tribe was the Snake Tribe, but because the Snake Tribe was too insidious, constantly plotting to murder and weaken other tribes, they aroused public indignation.

They were ultimately overthrown by a mysterious new royal family, and all of the Snake Tribe members were also expelled from the Frost Kingdom.

The new Frost royal family was rumored to be an ancient family from the Frost polar regions, but the finer details were unknown to outsiders.

Looking at it this way, this Dragonborn was highly likely a member of that legendary new royal family.

But then again, he didn’t remember ever provoking the Frost royal family, did he?

”I’ve finally found you... Come home with me.”

The Princess, who was wearing a white robe, slowly approached Iyanna.

”What are you going to do?! Put the Boss down!”

The wolf tribe girl felt the aura of the strong, and the ears beneath her hood had already flattened into airplane ears, but she still growled bravely at them.

Ai’na frowned, and then she looked at Lynn beside her with an even colder gaze.

This kind of situation had also appeared in slaves she had rescued previously.

Demi-humans who had been abused for a long time would develop a morbid dependence on the humans who tortured them.

She let out a soft breath, raised her right hand, and gently waved it towards him.

”Misunderstanding! It’s a misunderstanding... Ahhhhh!”

The next moment, Lynn was violently blown away by a sudden gale.

Boom!

His body crashed into the wooden wall behind him. Fortunately, because this place was cheap, the walls were extremely thin, so he smashed through it without taking too much damage.

The first sensation Lynn felt after falling to the ground wasn’t pain, but—

”It smells so bad!”

He raised his head and shockingly discovered that he had been thrown into the latrine next door to his room.

”Mishter Lynn!”

Seeing this, Iyanna was extremely anxious, but she was blocked by the tall, burly man.

”Answer me, lowly bald monkey, where did you transport the rest of my subjects?”

Ai’na’s face remained beautiful beneath the shadow of her hood, but at this moment, in Lynn’s eyes, she looked like a life-claiming Grim Reaper.

Looking at the Frost royalty walking toward him, he roughly understood why the other party was looking for him.

Clearly, the people across from him were the guys who had attacked Iyanna’s tribe!

Otherwise, it was very difficult for him to explain why the other party wanted to take her back and had even sought him out.

Iyanna was his precious Security Captain, and she had eaten quite a bit of his free food. He couldn’t just hand her over to them so easily.

Moreover, the other party also held killing intent toward him, clearly not intending to let him off.

Running away was his only option.

But, how could he run?

The other party were two existences given D-Rank evaluations by the system, whereas the Captain of the Guard at the Viscount’s mansion was only an E-Rank Battle Aura warrior.

Normal methods would absolutely be unable to help him here... Then he could only use abnormal methods.

The conditions required for their escape were very simple.

First, the other party must be unable to attend to him and Iyanna for a short period of time. Second, the other party must be unable to continue their pursuit.

Lynn looked around and had already planned out his actions.

This would be his only chance, so he needed an opening.

”Answer me, or do you need me to help you open your mouth?”

【D-Rank Magic Fluctuation, Blade of Frost is taking shape】

——————————————————

Watching the ice blade appearing out of thin air slowly extending from the other party’s right hand, Lynn, his left hand still hugging his money pouch, seized this opportunity.

He abruptly reached his right hand out to the side and grabbed a bucket.

Then, he violently splashed it toward the Frost Princess, who was condensing an ice blade.

In an instant, a terrifying stench and some indescribable things filled the air and swept toward Ai’na, who had opened her mouth once again.

The pure white robe was pure white no more.

Drip, drop.

As unknown droplets dripped from the cheeks of Ai’na, whose brain had already crashed, Lynn immediately roared.

”Security Captain! Jump down from the room’s window!”

After that, Lynn leaped down from the latrine’s window without looking back.

T/N - Eww, that’s gross. 🤮 Hopefully, nothing went into Ai’na’s mouth. With this, I feel like even if this misunderstanding gets cleared up, the grudges between the two probably won’t die off any time soon.

Also, how the fuck did the MC’s brain assume that the princess, a fucking dragonborn, was the one who attacked Iyanna’s tribe? Iyanna clearly said that her tribe was attacked by humans. I swear the MC’s head has too many screws loose.
