Shota's Isekai NTR Adventure

Once I put the last item on, there was a click sound that rang out before the ground began to rumble.

Klein and the royal guards once again came forward as if they wanted to protect me, but I couldn’t help giving a sigh when I saw this.

”You’ve already seen this so many times, shouldn’t it already be expected?”

Still I didn’t care about what they did as I focused on the door that had appeared.

This was a door that appeared right behind the altar and opened up to reveal a separate room.

There wasn’t anything in this room other than a passage forward and a statue.

But the moment that I saw this statue, I couldn’t help revealing a strange look.

I had already been expecting it, but seeing it was completely different.

After all, this statue was different from what I had remembered.

In the game, it was just a small detail and not something that had been explored deeply.

That was why it was surprising seeing this statue now.

”It’s excessively large, isn’t it?” That was the first thought that came to mind when I saw this statue.

In the game, this was a room that was quickly passed, so it wasn’t as if this statue received that much screen time. But now that I was here in front of it, I could see that it took up most of the room.

It really seemed like whoever had created this had deliberately made it this big...

At the same time, now that I was here in front of it, I could see that some of the details were also excessive. It seemed that they put a lot of effort into this statue for this thing.

As for what the statue was, it was a statue of the Wind Spirit King Sylph.

The one thing that I didn’t tell Klein and the others was that this place was actually a temple that was dedicated to worshipping the Wind Spirit King Sylph.

The winged people were those that had lived under Wind Spirit King Sylph’s protection, which was why they had worshiped them.

As for why the Wind Spirit King Sylph protected them, it was because they lived near his castle at the very peak.

So it was more that he was protecting his own territory than protecting them.

This was also the reason why the winged people disappeared in the end.

The Wind Spirit King Sylph just protected them from outside danger, but when it came to internal danger like plagues and such...the Wind Spirit King Sylph didn’t care about these winged people.

As such, there was nothing that they could do and that was how they had all turned into skeletons like this.

In the end, even time wasn’t able to stop the collapse of a powerful society.

Once I was done ’admiring’ the statue, I made my way to the passage that was behind the statue.

This statue was created for this passage since it was the one that led up to the castle at the peak of the mountain. In that castle was the Wind Spirit King Sylph waiting for those that came.

Since the Wind Spirit King Sylph was a spirit, they were basically immortal.

So even if the winged people died, that didn’t mean that anything would happen to the Wind Spirit King Sylph.

But before making our way to the peak, there were a few stops that I had to make.

The path that the winged people made to the castle at the peak was something that was guarded by them. Unless one received permission to take this path, they would never be able to find it.

However, since the winged people were gone...

The path was still filled with different things that needed to be collected to have an audience with the Wind Spirit King Sylph.

It wasn’t that the Wind Spirit King Sylph trusted them to look after this place, it was just that they didn’t want to be bothered. That was why this path was created so that people would struggle to reach it.

But for me who had knowledge from when this world was still a game, I was able to gather all of these things quite easily. Even when all of the winged people were dead and no one knew about this anymore.

Klein and the others were naturally suspicious of why I knew all of this, but I didn’t tell them anything other than, ”I read about it from the different books that I found along the way.”

They really couldn’t say anything since they didn’t understand the language that those things were written in. Since they couldn’t read it for themselves, they had no choice but to trust that I was telling them the truth.

Still, they couldn’t help feeling doubtful since it wasn’t just one or two places that we visited along the way. There were quite a few places that I made stops to pick up things that we needed.

During this time, they were able to see quite a bit left behind by the winged people.

I just ignored all of these things since they were things that I had seen before in the game and only picked up the things that I was interested in. These were the things that would open the castle that was at the end of the path after all.

But to make it seem like I was getting information from these things, I had to stop from time to time and pretend I was reading a few things.

Once I finished gathering all of these things, I didn’t hesitate to push forward for the end of this path.

As we went up higher, Klein and the others revealed worried looks.

Even if they didn’t have the same power as me, they could still feel the pressure that was coming from in front of them.

A Spirit King would naturally have a powerful presence and that was what they were feeling even though we were still far from it.
