Raising My Children With My Personal Spatial Ability

Chapter 3052: Chapter 3052: Are They Enemies? Sent by the Evil Dragon?

He suddenly widened his eyes and looked at the companion who had mentioned the fragrance earlier.

”I think I smell it too, it’s really fragrant, my Lord City.”

”Mm.”

The Lord of Fan City responded lightly.

He had smelled it too, but didn’t say anything because he thought he was imagining things out of hunger.

He didn’t expect it to be real; someone was cooking in the Cloud-Touching Forest. It seemed his guess was right—someone had made it to the Cloud-Touching Forest and disrupted the hidden hand manipulating the demonic beasts, giving Fan City a chance to breathe.

”Follow the source of the fragrance, let’s go take a look.”

He absolutely had to go and see such capable people; otherwise, it wouldn’t do justice to their significant contribution to Fan City.

”Yes, my Lord City.”

The guards responded and walked towards the direction where the fragrance came from.

Even though their formation looked decent, you could tell from their steps how eager they were. You couldn’t blame them; who would have thought that the current Cloud-Touching Forest would be in such a chaotic state?

Not only were there decaying demonic beast corpses everywhere, but even edible wild vegetables were nowhere to be found.

They had walked in the Cloud-Touching Forest for several days. Were it not for the strong endurance of the Beastmen, they would have starved. Now that they smelled cooked food, who could hold back?

...

”Looks like we need to cook more food.”

An Jiuyue sat not far from the three busy people. She was the most at leisure, so she was the first to notice a group approaching their location.

Upon hearing her words, Qian Jiyun looked up, and then immediately sensed it too.

”Someone is coming.”

How strange, they could sense people approaching, but not the presence of the Evil Dragon. It seemed there was an unknown connection between the Cloud-Touching Forest and the Evil Dragon.

”What, someone is coming?” Hong Tianxu was shocked.

This wretched place that even demonic beasts avoid, yet still, people were coming? Could it be someone related to the Evil Dragon?

”Are they enemies? Sent by the Evil Dragon?” he asked.

Upon hearing this, even Bai Yan rolled his eyes at his cousin, feeling quite speechless.

”Little Xu, you’re overthinking. If anyone came, they’d have been eaten by the Evil Dragon already. How could they move freely in the Cloud-Touching Forest?”

The Evil Dragon triggered the beast tide to gain control of Fan City for more varied food, right?

If people were nearby, how could he leave them alone till now?

”Big Brother Qian, Sister-in-law, do we need to cook more food?” he asked An Jiuyue.

”Let’s cook some more.”

Qian Jiyun said, then saw An Jiuyue take out more ingredients and a basket of fruits, placing them aside.

”Hong Tianxu, come cut some more fruits; the guests will arrive soon,” she said to Hong Tianxu, who was mostly not much help.

”Alright.”

Hong Tianxu responded quickly and ran over to grab the fruits.

He was helpless about being of little help. He was not like his cousin, who traveled and trained alone, whereas he had many servants with him.

All his needs were taken care of by the servants, so he never had to do anything by himself. That’s why he wasn’t good at cooking.
