After finding a cave, Lin Feng rushed inside, carrying Yun Yun in his arms.

He gently placed her on the stone bed within the cave, not even pausing to catch his breath.

Without delay, Lin Feng hurriedly took out some feces from a rank four magic beast and scattered them around.

He had stolen these using his Purple Cloud Wings from the nest of a rank four magic beast.

By spreading them at the cave entrance, most magic beasts wouldn’t dare approach.

After finishing all this, Lin Feng finally had the time to observe the beautiful Sect Master of the Yun Lan Sect up close.

As he carefully examined Yun Yun, a sense of amazement gradually welled up in his heart.

Describing her with words like ”features as delicate as a painting” and ”skin like jade and ice” seemed entirely appropriate.

What astonished Lin Feng the most, however, was her noble aura.

His gaze swept over Yun Yun’s near-perfect face before stopping just below her jade-like neck.

There, he saw several claw marks. Her plain robe was torn, and the wounds continued to bleed fresh red blood.

Even in her unconscious state, Yun Yun’s delicate brows were slightly furrowed, a hint of pain visible on her cheeks.

Such an expression didn’t quite match her usual demeanor, yet it made her appear even more delicate and pitiful.

”I should apply some medicine first.”

With that thought, Lin Feng took out several jade bottles and placed them beside the stone platform.

After a brief hesitation, he reached out his hands, preparing to treat Yun Yun’s wounds.

Just as his hands were halfway there, he suddenly remembered—according to the original story, Yun Yun should wake up soon.

The hands that had just extended began retreating.

Unfortunately, at that exact moment, Yun Yun, whose eyes had been tightly shut, suddenly opened them.

Her cold, angry gaze locked onto Lin Feng’s hands, which were still frozen in mid-air.

”Uh… you’re awake?”

Seeing Yun Yun suddenly open her eyes, Lin Feng was startled and quickly took a few steps back.

Feeling the awkwardness of the situation, he raised the small jade bottle in his hand and explained, ”Uh… I was just trying to help treat your wounds, nothing else. But since you’re awake now, you should do it yourself.”

As he spoke, he placed the jade bottle beside her and took a few more steps back.

In his heart, however, he thought, Your injuries are severe enough that you probably can’t move. In the end, you’ll still have to ask me for help.

Seeing this unfamiliar man step back, Yun Yun finally let out a small sigh of relief.

Her gaze toward Lin Feng also became less hostile.

However, when she tried to move on her own, she discovered that her entire body was paralyzed.

After struggling slightly, Yun Yun slowly closed her eyes. A moment later, she reopened them, biting her lips and whispering angrily, ”That damn beast… it even knows sealing techniques.”

Lin Feng, meanwhile, stood in the corner of the cave, watching Yun Yun struggle but remain unable to move.

Yet, he made no move to assist her.

Instead, he remained in place, silently waiting for her to ask for help.

That way, treating her wounds wouldn’t raise her suspicion as easily.

After several unsuccessful attempts, Yun Yun ultimately gave up on treating herself.

She turned her head, her beautiful eyes scrutinizing Lin Feng, carefully assessing him.

Thinking back to when she was unconscious, this young man hadn’t done anything improper to her. He likely wasn’t a threat.

Moreover, given the current situation, she couldn’t afford to delay any longer.

Letting out a light sigh, Yun Yun reluctantly spoke in a soft voice, ”Little brother, could you help me treat my wounds?”

Her voice was melodious and pleasant to the ear. Yet, perhaps due to her noble status, it carried an unintentional dignity.

”Me?”

Hearing her request, Lin Feng lifted his gaze and looked at the stunning woman lying on the stone bed.

He stated in advance, ”I can help you, but let’s be clear first—your wounds are in a rather sensitive area. If I accidentally touch somewhere inappropriate while treating you, you can’t get mad at me.”

Hearing Lin Feng’s words, Yun Yun was momentarily speechless.

We’re in the middle of the wilderness, and I can’t even move—shouldn’t I be the one worried about you losing control and doing something indecent?

”I’m not so petty. As long as you keep your hands in check and don’t deliberately take advantage, I won’t treat my savior as an enemy.”

Still, the thought of an unfamiliar man treating the wounds in such a sensitive area made Yun Yun blush.

She shut her eyes in embarrassment and softly said, ”Go ahead.”

With her assurance, Lin Feng finally stepped forward.

His gaze swept across her stunning face before he cleared his throat.

Reaching out, he gently moved her outer robe aside.

Beneath it was a faint blue metallic inner armor.

Seeing the rippling, water-like glow across its surface, it was clear this wasn’t an ordinary piece of equipment.

The inner armor bore five deep claw marks, with fresh blood seeping out from them.

”So this is that… what’s-it-called… Sea something inner armor? As expected of a piece made from a rank six magic beast’s hide. If not for this protective gear, the Amethyst Winged Lion King’s attack would have torn her upper body apart.”

Looking at the faint blue armor whose name he had already forgotten, Lin Feng marveled in his heart.

”Ahem… you saw it too. The wound is beneath your inner armor. If I need to treat it, I’ll have to move it aside. So, what do you say?”

Lin Feng looked at the expensive light-blue inner armor, then at Yun Yun, whose face was slightly flushed.

As for thefourth-tier healing medicine he had in his storage ring—or the fifth-tier one he took from Hai Bodong—

Well, excuse him. Please forgive his temporary blindness and amnesia.

After all, he had already saved her and offended that Rank 6 magic beast, the Amethyst Winged Lion King.

If he didn’t find a way to win over this stunning beauty to make up for his losses, then wasn’t this whole trip a waste?

If he calculated it this way, he’d be losing everything—down to his underwear.

Although he wasn’t shameless enough to use that kind of drug, he certainly didn’t mind using some strategic tricks.

From what he remembered of the original story, Yun Yun had never gone through anything like this before.

After such an ambiguous experience, if Yun Yun wasn’t a completely cold-hearted person, she would surely find it hard to forget.

By then, it would be much easier for him to win her heart.

When Yun Yun heard that she needed to remove her inner armor, her body trembled slightly. She cast a somewhat shy glance at him.

Ever since she could remember, this was the first time she had been so intimately close to a man.

Taking a deep breath, she slowly closed her beautiful eyes again.

Her long eyelashes quivered slightly as she suppressed the strange emotions in her heart and whispered, ”Go ahead… Sorry to trouble you.”

Hearing her response, Lin Feng helped her sit up, turning her back to him as he began to treat her wound.

As he adjusted her clothing, his fingers occasionally brushed against her soft, fair skin.

Each time that happened, he could feel her body tense up instantly.

Clearly, Yun Yun was extremely nervous.

Even the noble Sect Master of the Yun Lan Sect couldn’t remain completely indifferent in such a situation.

For Yun Yun, suddenly being this close to a man she barely knew made her heart race with unease.

At the same time, as a Dou Huang-level female expert, her snow-white skin gradually took on a faint, rosy hue.

”You better not try anything!”

Being this intimately close to a man for the first time made Yun Yun—whose dou qi was currently sealed—feel extremely insecure. She warned the young man in front of her.

After hesitating for a moment, Lin Feng eventually took out a large black robe from his storage ring.

He carefully draped it over her delicate body from behind.

Only then did he gently turn her around again, laying her back on the stone bed.

Now facing her directly, Lin Feng finally noticed—

Yun Yun’s stunningly beautiful face was tinged with a captivating blush.

The wary look in her eyes had almost completely disappeared.

It was obvious that his earlier gesture—covering her to ease the awkwardness—had significantly improved her impression of him.

”I’m going to clean and disinfect the wound now.”

After a brief pause, Lin Feng reminded her.

Then, he slowly pulled down the front of the black robe.

He only stopped once the wound was fully exposed.

Taking out a clean towel from his storage ring, he poured some medicinal liquid from a jade bottle onto it.

Then, he carefully wiped away the fresh blood surrounding the wound.

As Lin Feng’s hands moved gently, perhaps due to the pain from the wound, Yun Yun’s delicate body kept tensing up.

The reaction was especially intense whenever his fingers accidentally brushed near the injury.

However, Yun Yun also understood that it was inevitable at such close proximity, so she didn’t make a sound.

Still, after all the movement during the treatment, her high and noble phoenix hairpin had loosened slightly, causing some strands of her hair to cascade down.

She no longer looked just elegant and dignified—there was now a touch of feminine laziness to her beauty.

Opening her beautiful, slightly embarrassed eyes, Yun Yun gazed at the young man before her, who was intently focused on cleaning her wound.

A hint of gratitude flashed in her gaze.

After carefully cleaning the wound, Lin Feng took out another jade bottle and looked at Yun Yun. ”This might sting a little. Try to endure it.”

”Mm, it’s just a little pain. I can handle it. Thank you for your trouble.”

Yun Yun gave a slight nod and replied in a crisp voice.

Hearing this, Lin Feng uncorked the bottle and began sprinkling medicinal powder onto the wound.

As the medicine took effect, closing the wound, a stinging pain followed.

Yun Yun’s delicate brows furrowed, and from time to time, she let out soft, pained whimpers.

Seeing this, Lin Feng quickened his movements.

Before long, the medicinal powder was fully applied.

Then, he took out some bandages, sprinkled them with another type of medicine, and carefully wrapped her wound.

Of course, while wrapping the injury, Lin Feng kept his eyes from wandering—

But his peripheral vision, well, that was another story.

”Alright, this is all I can do for you. As for your seal, I can’t do anything about it. You’ll have to figure out how to break it yourself.”

Clapping his hands, Lin Feng took a step back and smiled.

”Thank you.”

Lying quietly on the stone bed, her body still tinged with a soft blush, Yun Yun suddenly smiled at him.

That smile—utterly breathtaking.
