Journey to Planar World

With the World Will having completely surrendered and submitted, Charlie began freely tinkering with the vast expanse of information within the Akashic Record.

His spiritual consciousness moved like a conductor leading a new symphony of destiny for every living being in the Lower World.

”Magic, huh...”

After pondering for a moment, he gazed at the sea of unwritten data concerning the future, then began laying the foundation for a new power system.

”This world will eventually be based on the supremacy of magic as the determining factor for an individual’s social status, authority, and primary combat power.”

This idea would overthrow the Level-based dominance of Falna that had long been revered in Orario.

”Broadly speaking, the new power system in this world will be divided into several basic elements, spell tiers, special bloodlines, and the existence of several anomalous powers.” Charlie paused for a moment before lowering his head slightly. ”What do you think, Aishia?”

Of course, he had not forgotten to ask for the opinion and input of the spirit girl who was still comfortably resting in the warmth of his embrace.

Aishia raised her head slightly, gazing at Charlie’s Six Eyes and Senrigan with her usual calm, expressionless face.

”I have nothing to add. The plan is already very good.”

”All right. It’s decided.” Charlie said with satisfaction. ”Next are the basic magical elements.”

With an extremely high degree of caution, he began overhauling the old rules and injecting the new elemental laws directly into the world’s core source itself.

”Conventional magic in this world will revolve around the manipulation of natural elements. The majority of mages will only possess an affinity for one of these basic elements from birth.”

As he explained his thoughts, Charlie edited the laws within the Akashic Record line by line.

”Fire will be used for high-level destructive and offensive attacks.”

”Water and Ice will focus on manipulating cold temperatures and providing flexibility.”

”Earth will focus on physical defense, the creation of protective walls, and attacks based on solid rocky materials.”

”Lightning will provide immense destructive power as well as drastically increased movement speed for its users.”

”Wind will usually be combined with illusion techniques and agility, particularly by the Elves, who possess a high affinity for it.”

”And finally, Darkness, which is a much rarer and more mysterious magical element.”

Based on these basic elemental settings, Charlie deliberately used a standard RPG game system as his reference.

He was thinking realistically; if he made this new magic system too complex, complicated, and convoluted, he was deeply worried that the inhabitants of this world—whose intellectual capacity was not particularly remarkable and who were accustomed to the practicality of Falna—would instead have tremendous difficulty adapting to it.

Pausing his work for a moment, Charlie looked back at Aishia to make sure everything was safe.

”Mm.”

Aishia merely gave a small nod, indicating that she had absolutely no complaints about the power system.

”What else...” Charlie slowly rubbed his chin, trying to think of any supplementary details that were still missing.

”How about adding spell tiers?” Aishia suggested in her calm voice.

”That’s a very good idea, Aishia! As expected of my clever woman.”

With an affectionate smile, Charlie immediately rubbed his own cheek against Aishia’s soft cheek in an extremely intimate display of affection.

NPC: ”😡😡😡😡”

Several drunken passersby who happened to be walking outside the fence in front of the house and witnessed the intimate display of affection immediately ground their teeth in jealousy.

Annoyed and heated by the sight of the couple, the men suddenly changed their route home and decided to turn toward the Entertainment District right then and there.

As a result, Charlie’s spontaneous display of affection with Aishia on the terrace inadvertently increased the number of customers and the daily revenue of the brothels in the Entertainment District.

”The power of each mage’s spell will eventually be categorized into several clear tiers, based on the complexity of its magic circle and the destructive power it produces.”

Charlie was not merely spouting empty words. Every sentence that left his mouth immediately transformed into an absolute law, perfectly embedded into the structure of the Lower World’s new power system through the Akashic Record.

”Low-tier magic will be intended for beginners or used as basic utility spells.”

”Mid-tier magic will be the most commonly used type in standard day-to-day combat scenarios.”

”High-tier magic will be powerful spells that require the consumption of a massive supply of Mana from within the body.”

”Top-tier magic will be legendary spells accessible only to elite mages or those with extensive experience.”

”And finally, the highest and most destructive tier of magic, which will normally only be mastered by the strongest factions in the world.”

This time, Charlie did not stop. Amidst his consciousness being connected to the Akashic Record, he suddenly came up with another brilliant idea.

「Among the Big Three—One Piece, Naruto, and Bleach—bloodlines are extremely important.」

「Just look at Ichigo, with his Shinigami, Hollow, Quincy, and Fullbring bloodlines. Naruto, with the Uzumaki Clan bloodline, which is a direct descendant of the Otsutsuki Clan. Luffy, who is a descendant of the D. Clan.」

「There is no denying that bloodline factors play a huge role in achieving success in life.」

Humans were simply not born equal.

Some men might be forced to spend the rest of their lives without ever experiencing what it felt like to hold a girl’s hand even once.

Meanwhile, other men somehow managed to spend their time surrounded by rows of beautiful women!

As an adult man who had experienced plenty of life’s hardships, Charlie naturally understood this reality all too well.

”Bloodline Magic (Sique Magic)...”

Without wasting any time, he immediately acted to add a new setting to the world’s core according to his personal preferences.

”That is a type of exclusive magic directly bound to the bloodline of a particular family or clan. This magic can never be learned or imitated by outsiders through ordinary training, no matter how hard they try.”

”For example, the manipulation of internal lightning energy that channels lightning magic directly into the body (enchantment), allowing the user to engage in brutal close-quarters combat.”

”Then there is a special form of earth manipulation that allows its user to summon protective weapons directly from the ground.”

”And also... Blah blah blah...”

After completing those details, Charlie slowly raised his head, gazing toward Orario’s star-filled night sky from within Aishia’s embrace.

Within his Transcendent vision, he could already envision the form of a gigantic seal that would physically separate Heaven from the Lower World the following day.

”But... I won’t make the seal permanent.”

Hearing that, Aishia raised her head with a puzzled expression.

”Why are you doing that, Charlie? With your current power, creating a permanent and eternal seal to lock the gods in Heaven would be extremely easy.”

Charlie smiled faintly as he gently stroked the spirit girl’s hair. ”I did it deliberately so that future generations won’t become complacent.”

”If this world becomes too peaceful and completely free of threats, they will simply lose the motivation to continue growing stronger.”

”In the end, they will inevitably begin internal conflicts and wage war against one another to seize territory.”

Pausing for a moment, his eyes gleamed with strategic calculation.

”With the threat of a common enemy lurking behind the seal, they will be forced to continue working hard, training, and uniting in order to preserve the integrity of the seal for the sake of their own survival.”

Charlie had already devised an extremely well-thought-out long-term plan.

He intended to manipulate reality on a global scale after all the gods were exiled to Heaven.

Everyone in the Lower World, without exception, would undergo mass memory modification.

He would make the people forget everything about the gods. Instead, their memories would be altered so that they would regard the gods as terrifying extraterrestrial enemies who were constantly seeking to invade and colonize their world.

”And the people who will eventually be assigned to manage, guard, and maintain the cracks in the seal from generation to generation will be the strongest mages in the Lower World.” Charlie continued in a firm tone. ”They will become the absolute pinnacle of this new power system I have created.”

”Let’s call them... Magia Vander.”

”The power of a single Magia Vander is enough to annihilate thousands of monsters simultaneously with a single spell.”
