Picking Up a Gorgeous CEO for a Wife

Chapter 1454: Chapter 1454: What’s the situation?

Qin Yu smiled. “What’s there to be afraid of? Cheng Sheng and I are both horse lovers, even if he has opinions about me, he wouldn’t take it out on Little Red.

Besides, Little Red doesn’t have the capability to win first place anyway, no one would be foolish enough to sabotage her!”

“In that case… Thank you, Mr. Qin!” At that moment, Cheng Sheng even felt that Qin Yu wasn’t so detestable.

“Please proceed.” Qin Yu led Little Red off the track and into the prep area.

Cheng Sheng rubbed his hands, unable to contain his excitement—this was Qiqi’s horse, Little Red! The only regret was that before him, Qin Yu had already ridden her.

“Cheng Sheng, what are you thinking about? Hurry up; you have less than five minutes,” Qin Yu said, the corners of his mouth curling into a cold smile.

“Oh, oh.” Cheng Sheng snapped back to reality and took the reins of Little Red from Qin Yu’s hands.

Little Red was confused. What was its owner doing? Why was he handing it over to someone else? Before Little Red’s limited intelligence could figure it out, Cheng Sheng had already mounted!

“Giddy up!” Cheng Sheng was overwhelmed with excitement; he felt a bit feverish, almost as if he wasn’t sitting on a saddle.

Rage built up inside Little Red! This jerk, how dare he ride her? And worse, he was twisting and turning!

Little Red violently charged toward a nearby fence!

This scene shocked everyone around, oh God, was Little Red going mad? A satisfied smile spread across Qin Yu’s face—well done, Little Red!

Scare this shameless jerk!

Dare to compete with me for a girl? Fed up with living, huh? Dare to torment me? You’re still too green!

True to his name, Cheng Sheng remained composed amidst the chaos, stomping hard on the stirrups and pulling fiercely on the reins, yelling, “Whoa!”

Unfortunately, despite Cheng Sheng using all his strength, Little Red’s speed only increased, closing in on the fence—five meters, three meters, two meters! He was about to crash into the fence!

Cheng Sheng’s face turned green with fear! Cheng Sheng could do nothing but resign to his fate, closing his eyes, waiting to be battered and bloodied!

Just as Little Red was about to hit the fence, she abruptly stopped her steps, her hind legs shooting up high! Little Red’s body almost made a ninety-degree angle!

Suddenly, Cheng Sheng was flung off!

With a crash! Cheng Sheng’s body hit the fence hard!

Already injured, this crash nearly knocked the breath out of him! With a gag, Cheng Sheng spewed a mouthful of fresh blood!

“Cheng Sheng, what happened to you?”

“Cheng Sheng, are you alright?”

The horse tamer and staff were shocked! They hurried to Cheng Sheng’s side, looking at him anxiously.

…

In the VIP lounge, Cheng Sheng’s minions were looking toward the resting area because they saw Cheng Sheng standing with Qin Yu.

Han Laiyu laughed, “Boss, your uncle and our brother Cheng are in the same group. It seems like Little Red is going to have a tough time!”

“You’re thinking too much, how could my uncle be tormented by that loser Cheng Sheng? If anyone’s going to torment, it would be my uncle tormenting that loser Cheng Sheng.” Duan Feng responded disdainfully.

“Eh? Look everyone, what’s happening? Why did the boss’s uncle hand Little Red over to brother Cheng?”

“I guess, that Mr. Qin person wants brother Cheng to help him tame the horse?”

“Hahaha, this is hilarious! Handing over his racehorse to someone else for a trial ride just before the competition, what a joker!”

…

Listening to the young scions mocking, Diana looked coldly at Qin Yu, launching a new round of accusations: “Mr. Mo, Qin Yu has gone too far!

How could he hand over Little Red to Cheng Sheng?
