Rebirth: A Cinderella's Counterattack

Chapter 1394: Chapter 1374: I Am An Hao’s Older Sister

After receiving some ’guidance’ from Luo Qianqian, An Hao stopped making a fuss. He consistently refused to get too close to any of the kids in the class, maintaining a calm and quiet demeanor, much to the relief of the principal.

Although it’s unclear what this family does, they live in the best part of the entire neighborhood, and with such a parent, that sister doesn’t seem to be raised in a typical family environment.

The main point is that this child lacks the arrogance and domineering nature often seen in spoiled children.

Furthermore, his clothes are very low-key, all affordable for regular families, nothing too flashy. The only peculiar thing is that every day he refuses to drink the water or juice at the kindergarten, even freshly squeezed ones. Once he finishes what he brought from home, the family must bring more, lucky that they live nearby; otherwise, they would be quite troubled.

So later, when An Hao went to school, he carried two thermos bottles in his backpack, both filled with juice.

An Hao’s uniqueness in Class Two also caught the attention of kids in other classes around the campus.

He’s good-looking and, unlike typical little kids, he doesn’t cry easily, which naturally attracts more attention.

This day at the kindergarten, an assignment was given, and An Hao came back home looking glum. He Wenyu and Elvis both looked worried, since Luo Qianqian had specifically instructed them that this little young master shouldn’t be bullied.

”What’s wrong, An Hao? Did someone bully you?” He Wenyu’s face was filled with anxiety.

Elvis also took his small backpack, his face full of concern.

”To be honest, we were asked to draw our pets, but we don’t have any pets at home. Xiao Tian and the little kitten aren’t around...” An Hao looked dejected, pointing to the nearby vacuum robot: ”Should I just draw this?”

In the beginning, An Hao actually treated this little gadget as a pet; he thought it was looking for food whenever it moved. So, he often threw some food in front of it. Later, he found it wasn’t fun since it followed a fixed path every day, and he lost interest.

”A pet? We do have one!” Elvis quickly waved his hand, face full of excitement: ”Finally, Little Brother Shijin has a use. Wait, I’ll find him for you in a moment.”

”Divine Beasts, indeed.” He Wenyu chuckled: ”Just draw that, what’s interesting about regular dogs and cats?”

Xiao Tian is not a dog, not a dog!!

An Hao wanted to rebut He Wenyu, but his interest in Shijin prevailed over that matter.

So, shortly after, Shijin was brought back. Specially fed and trained, Shijin was considered a well-trained alpaca.

”What’s this?” An Hao’s eyes lit up when he saw Shijin, looking at He Wenyu: ”Sister Xiao Yu, can I sit on it?”

He Wenyu looked at Elvis; Elvis looked at the keeper; the keeper looked over An Hao’s size and gently nodded.

Then Elvis gently lifted An Hao onto Shijin’s back: ”Be careful, don’t grip too hard.”

”I know, I’ll be gentle.” An Hao said cautiously...

But the next day, An Hao faced criticism.

”An Hao, what did you draw? A horse or a giraffe?”

”No horns, is it like a mini horse like a little teacup pig?”

”Liar, big liar!”

An Hao’s reputation for being smart and pretty was replaced by a single word: liar!

An Hao felt very upset, looking at his painting, even though Sister Xiao Yu and Brother Elvis had praised his work!

”I didn’t, Sister said it was a Divine Beast!”

...Well, in a sense, it was a Divine Beast.

When someone pointed at An Hao’s nose and called him a liar, An Hao tightly clenched his little fists and, without a word, stubbornly shook his head: ”I am not!”

”If you have a Divine Beast, I have Sun Wukong!”

”Then I have Zhu Bajie.”

”Then, then I have a Nine-colored Deer!”

Little boys and girls gathered around An Hao’s drawing, chattering on and on, while the teacher also whispered among themselves.

”An Hao’s drawing looks like a horse, doesn’t it?”

”Do you keep horses as pets?”

”I think it does, or maybe an alpaca?”

”An alpaca?”

At this moment, a somewhat robust arm extended among the kids, reaching out to An Hao. Taken by surprise, he fell backward, catching himself with his hand, which lightly grazed a small cabinet at the back of the classroom. By some unfortunate chance, a fine cut appeared on his tender palm, with blood quickly seeping out and dripping onto the floor.

Seeing the blood, some children around began to cry.

An Hao calmly looked at the blood on his hand, blinking his eyes, muttering to himself: ”I didn’t start it this time, right?”

Speaking of which, a smile appeared at the corner of his mouth. He stood up, ignoring the marks already left on the cabinet and floor, and directly clenched his fist, delivering a hefty punch to the boy who extended the arm.

All these years, the morning exercises at Nine Heavens Pavilion weren’t in vain. Though insignificant among adults, this little strength made him quite outstanding among children, whether in strength, awareness, or amazement.

Under the guidance of all his brothers, he knew well where to hit for pain without leaving a mark.

It was a skill frequently needed when the brothers were playing around.

He never thought he’d use it here...

When Luo Qianqian arrived at the kindergarten, she saw a flamboyant military vehicle at the entrance, and sneered immediately.

Calmly allowing He Wenyu to hold Shijin at the kindergarten gate, she entered calmly.

”Hello, I’m An Hao’s guardian.” Luo Qianqian knocked on the door and entered the principal’s office calmly.

But upon seeing the mix of white and crimson on An Hao’s palm, her pupils couldn’t help but contract intensely.

In two strides, she hurried to An Hao’s side, cautiously inspecting his hand: ”What happened? Does it hurt?”

An Hao had been sitting quietly in the principal’s office, not affected by the accusations from the other parent’s side, quietly lowering his head as the principal bandaged his wound, remaining indifferent.

However, seeing Luo Qianqian’s anxious demeanor, he could no longer hold it in; large tears plopped down onto his clothes, and in the next second, he threw himself into Luo Qianqian’s arms, aggrievedly calling: ”Sister...”

”There, there, don’t cry, Sister is here. Is your wound hurting? Let Brother Yan take a look at it, okay?” Looking at the bright red, Luo Qianqian felt her heart pounding hard.

”I, sob, originally didn’t want to cry, but, sob, seeing, Sister, I couldn’t control it, the tears, just fell... sob sob sob.” An Hao’s face was full of embarrassment, clearly promising Sister that boys don’t cry easily.
