Chapter 2068: Chapter 2068: Still Missing

Tang Jung Wen immediately contacted Tang Jang Qin, Tang Jin Wei and Tang Qin Hao. Tang Jang Qin was the first to come over. His room was not far from Tang Jung Wen’s room. So, he arrived first. Then, Tang Jin Wei and Tang Qin Hao also arrived at the room.

They were surprised that Tang Jung Wen called three of them. He was also called Tang Qin Hao.

”Dad, why are you calling us here?” Tang Jin Wei asked.

”Do you see Yu Qi today? One of you?” Tang Jung Wen asked.

”What? Little Sis? I do.” Tang Jin Wei nodded.

Tang Jung Wen became triggered. ”Where is she right now?” He grabbed Tang Jin Wei’s shoulder.

”Huh? Well, she clocked out around 8:15 a.m. this morning. She is probably at her home right now.” Tang Jin Wei said.

”She drove her car today?” Tang Jung Wen asked again. This time, his voice was asking.

”Probably.” Tang Jin Wei nodded. He frowned. ”Dad, what is going on? Why are you asking about Little Sis?”

”Tell us, Brother.” Tang Jang Qin said.

Tang Jung Wen began to explain the situation to them in a shaking tone. They were shocked to hear this. Even the quiet Tang Qin Hao began to speak.

”Are you sure that car is hers?” Tang Qin Hao asked.

”The police confirmed it was Yu Qi’s car. But they needed to confirm if it was really true that Yu Qi was driving that car. So, that is why we need to get in touch with Yu Qi.” Tang Jung Wen said.

”Have you tried and call her?” Tang Jang Qin asked.

”Father did, my wife also did but no answer.” Tang Jung Wen shook his head.

”Wait. Let’s call her research center, and ask if she is there.” Tang Jang Qin said.

”Yes... That’s right. Let’s call it.” Tang Jung Wen nodded.

He grabbed the phone and called the research centre. Yu Qi gave the number to him before this. Someone picked up the call. He immediately asked for Yu Qi. However, the answer that he got was disappointment. Yu Qi was not there at all.

”Dad, what if it is her who drives the car?” Tang Jin Wei said with trembling lips.

”Don’t jinx your sister like that.” Tang Jung Wen smacked Tang Jin Wei’s head.

”Let’s return home first.” Tang Jang Qin suggested.

Everyone agreed. Even Tang Qin Hao agreed to follow them to go home for today. They arrived home.

”Have you found her yet?” Ming Yue asked her husband as she saw her husband.

”No. She is not at her research centre too.” Tang Jung Wen.

”How is her company? Do you ask them?” Su Xiao asked.

”Hmm... I don’t know who to call.” Tang Jung Wen shook his head.

”Wait a minute. I think I have her secretary’s number.” Grandpa Tang said.

Butler Hang went and grabbed Grandpa Tang’s phone and handed over it to Grandpa Tang. Grandpa Tang scrolled his phone looking for Yu Qi’s secretary’s number.

”Found it.” Grandpa Tang said.

He immediately dialled the number. One ringing, the call had been answered. He clicked the button ’loudspeaker’ for everyone to hear Lei Yingtai.

”Yes, Elder Tang, what can I help you with?” Lei Yingtai’s voice could be heard greeting Grandpa Tang.

”Do you know where Yu Qi is?” Grandpa Tang asked.

”Hmm... Nope. Ms Yu Qi did not contact me today.” Lei Yingtai answered. Then, she asked. ”Why?”

”I tried calling her multiple times. But she has not answered my call.” Grandpa Tang said. ”Miss Yu Qi probably is busy doing her experiment and put her phone on silent.” Lei Yingtai stated.

”I see... Well, then, thank you...” Grandpa Tang said.

”Why are you not telling her that Little Sis has gone missing?” Tang Jin Wei asked.

”The police said it was a planned murder. We need to be careful in case the information leaks to the culprit.” Grandpa Tang said.

”Oh... I see.” Tang Jin Wei nodded.

”Have you called Long Hui?” Tang Qin Hao asked.

”Yes... But he also has not answered his phone.” Su Xiao said.

”Yu Qi told me two days after that Xiao Hui is going on his mission. He would not be back until next week. If no delay.” Ming Yue said.

”Little Sis... Where are you?” Tang Jin Wei said in frustration.

....

”The work is completed.” A person said to his phone.

”Are you sure about that?” The person on the other side asked.

”Yes. I confirmed it. After the car fell into the ravine, it exploded and burned. There is no way that she would survive in this incident.”

”Are you sure she is driving the car?”

”Of course, we follow her from the hospital. We see clearly that she entered the car and drove

it.”

”But why did she drive to the mountain road?”

”I don’t know about that. But we see the opportunity to finish her there. However, a car coincidentally passed that area.”

”What?”

”But there is no need to worry about that. That person could not identify us. We also used the fake registration number on the cars. We also already disposed of the cars. No one will track

us.”

”Hmm... If that’s the case, the good job.”

”When will we get the balance of the payment?”

”I will wire you later.”

”I hope you will not lie to us.”

”Don’t worry. I will pay.”
