2015  Chapter 2015: Don’t Judge The Book By It’s Cover

Chang Family had some name in the business world. Chang Chunhua who often handled business matters also appeared in public. So, some people might already know her. ”Sister-in-law, forgive me this time, please. I promise I will never do it again.” Shi Jiaying begged Chang Chunhua.

People kept their ears open. They really wanted to know what actually happened. However, there was no way that Chang Chunhua would announce their family matter in public.

”You should go home. We will talk about that later at home.” Chang Chunhua said. Bai Weimin pulled Chang Chunhua’s hand and went to the private room where he was having dinner with his colleagues. He told them that Yu Qi had returned. He also told them what Yu Qi asked Hi to tell them. They were happy to hear that. So, they decided to go and enjoy the drink at Rose Nightclub. ....

Yu Qi had nothing to do. So, she called Qin Xia asking him if he had time to meet up. Of course, Qin Xia had time for her junior sister. He agreed to meet Qin Xia. They decided to meet up at Exquisite Teahouse. It was a shop which specialised in making tea. Qin Xia had a similar taste as their master, Tang Moting which they both liked to enjoy the tea. It was Yu Qi’s first time coming to this kind of shop. When the staff saw Yu Qi’s clothes, she showed a disdainful look on her face. It was obvious that Yu Qi should not come to this kind of shop wearing this kind of clothes. ”Miss, you should leave.” The female staff scoffed.

”What?” Yu Qi raised her eyebrow.

”Your kind do not belong to this place.” The female staff looked at Yu Qi up and down. ”Our shop just accommodates upper-class people. Most of our customers are rich people.” It was obvious that the female staff looked down on Yu Qi based on what Yu Qi had worn today. ”In that case, she is qualified to be here. She is a Chairwoman of Qinyue Group.” Someone spoke behind Yu Qi.

Yu Qi did not need to turn around to see who spoke on her behalf. She also knew. It was Qin Xia.

”You should read useful news instead of gossiping all today.” Qin Xia scolded the female staff again. The female staff looked shocked. Yu Qi did not know why the female staff was shocked about whether because of Qin Xia’s presence or Yu Qi’s true identity. The female staff recognized Qin Xia. Qin Xia was a regular customer here. However, he never paid the bill. The owner of the Exquisite Teahouse never got angry about that. So, the female staff assumed that Qin Xia probably had some shares in this establishment.

”Let’s go to my tea room.” Qin Xia said.

”Sure.” Yu Qi nodded.

They left the front desk. The female staff was relieved that Qin Xia and that woman did not condemn her. However, the manager came over. ”You!” The manager pointed at the female staff. ”You are not suitable to work at the front desk. Go to the kitchen and work as the dishwasher.”

The order made the female staff tremble. ”Manager Zhu... I know I am wrong. Please don’t send me to the kitchen.” The female staff begged the manager. She did not know to leave this position because she liked this position. When she was in this position, she could see a lot of rich and powerful people. ”You should never judge by their clothes.” The manager sighed.

The female staff knew it was because of the previous incident.

”I will go and ask her for the forgiveness.” The female staff said.

”Stop. If you go and disturb the customer, you will get fired immediately.” The manager stated.

The statement made the female staff freeze. She was trembling now.

”You should go to the kitchen and do your work. I will help you return to your position.” The manager patted the female staff’s shoulder.

The female staff went to the kitchen. She was hoping she could return to her earlier position. ”You better remember this lesson. Don’t assume that the customers are worse than us.” The manager reminded the other female staff. ”Yes, Madam.” The manager nodded.

As for Yu Qi and Qin Xia, they walked side by side to Qin Xia’s private tea room. Yu Qi did not know that she was spotted by someone that she knew. Huang Lan Guan and Lin Ming Shu watched Yu Qi and Qin Xia enter the room. Huang Lan Guan frowned when he saw the situation. Lin Ming Shu seemed to know what her husband thought right now. ”Don’t think negatively.” Lin Ming Shu patted her husband’s hand.

”But...” Huang Lan Guan wanted to talk about something.

”I know you are worrying about Hui but you should not think negatively. Her fiance and that man are probably just friends. Or they are a business partner. You should know that Yu Qi is a businesswoman too.” Lin Ming Shu comforted her husband. ”Yes... I forget about that.” Huang Lan Guan nodded.

Not to mention, Yu Qi’s business was large. She had many sectors under her. It was possible that she was having a business meeting with that man. ”I don’t think Yu Qi is a bad girl. She loves Hui so much.” Lin Ming Shu added again to calm her husband down. ***Thank you, from, your shameless author, ZerahNeko***
