1974 Chapter 1974: Went To Rescue Grandpa Mu

”Are you sure that she can save Chairman Mu?” The assistant asked.

”Yes, Jiang Man... I mean Doctor Tang also had been kidnapped earlier. And now he is already rescued by her. She is the one who tells me about the kidnapping. Someone called her telling her that they might kidnap her grandfathers. She probably has a method to save Guang Qi.” Grandpa Sang said to the assistant.

”Okay. But I only will wait at most two hours. If there is no news about Chairman Mu, I will go and make a report to the police.” The assistant stated.

”Okay. I will inform Yu Qi about this.” Grandpa Sang said.

Grandpa Sang immediately called Yu Qi back and informed her about this. Yu Qi thanked Grandpa Sang and immediately worked on her method.

Yu Qi used a spirit tracker to track Grandpa Mu. She used her cultivation power to activate the spirit tracker. It activated and started to find Grandpa Mu’s location. After searching for a while, the tracker finally found Grandpa Mu. Grandpa Mu’s location was currently at the warehouse near the harbour. 20 kilometres from Yu Qi’s location. It was quite close.

Yu Qi got out of the hotel and reached for the taxi. It was almost midnight. She was lucky to spot a taxi right away at a time like this.

”Mister, please take me to Jingju Habour.” Yu Qi said.

The taxi driver just smiled and nodded. He started driving.

”Hmm... Please drive faster.” Yu Qi said.

”I can’t, Miss. I don’t want to get a ticket from the traffic police.” The driver said. Yu Qi did not say anything after that and kept looking outside. However, she could see that the driver seemed not to focus on driving but kept checking on Yu Qi in his rearview mirror.

Yu Qi took out her phone and checked the path to the Jingju Habour. This taxi driver seemed to take a different path.

”Mister, are you sure this is the road to Jingju Habour?” Yu Qi asked while smiling. ”Miss, I notice that you are not someone from here. You probably did not know that. This road will also take us to the Jingju Habour.” The taxi driver smiled wanting to trick this young girl.

Yu Qi did not have time to play. ”Mister, you better take me there immediately if you don’t want to die.” She pointed a gun at the taxi driver’s head.

The taxi driver was startled. He could feel the cold metal pressing his head. He was wrong. He should not do something like this.

”Miss... Miss... Please don’t kill me.” The taxi driver begged for Yu Qi’s mercy.

”Then, drive fast to the Jingju Habour.” Yu Qi stated still did not move the gun from

the taxi driver’s head.

Fearing that he would lose his life if he did not follow the order, the taxi driver quickly changed the path and headed toward Jingju Habour. The harbour scenery slowly appeared.

”Miss, I can not drive past this.” The taxi driver said in fear.

”Stop the car.” Yu Qi ordered.

The taxi driver stopped the car.

”How much?” Yu Qi asked.

The taxi driver shook his head while waving his hands. ”No need... No need. You don’t have to pay.” He did not dare to ask this woman to pay.

Since the taxi driver said so, Yu Qi got out of the taxi. The taxi speeded off so fast. The taxi driver was relieved that he was safe. However, he lost some petrol money. He was kind of angry.

He suddenly remembered that the taxi driver had a camera recording everything in his taxi. The camera must record that young pointing a gun at his head. He could send this recording to the police station.

He would file a lawsuit against that woman too. He remembered that a citizen could not own a gun. So, the police would definitely be going to arrest him.

He checked on the camera. However, the camera was not turned on. He was confused. It was working at the same point earlier. How could it be broke now?

Never mind, he would ask someone who knew about this matter. He wanted that woman to pay for treating him like that.

He did not know that Yu Qi also asked Neko-chan to destroy the recording. Even if the taxi driver asked someone expert, he might not be able to recover the recording at all.

Yu Qi walked to the harbour. She was tracking Grandpa Mu. It led her to a warehouse. It looked quite old. However, she could hear some voices and noises coming from this warehouse.

Yu Qi did not want to alert the enemy. She jumped up climbing the wall. She snuck into the warehouse. She could see her grandfather directly.

He was tied to a chair. He also seemed to be beaten little bit. Seeing this makes Yu Qi’s blood boil. How dare you beat my grandfather?

Yu Qi jumped down. Those people there were surprised to see the beautiful girl suddenly appear out of nowhere.

Grandpa Mu was also surprised. He recognized the girl even though he only faced the girl’s back. How could she be here? How did she find out?

The men just wanted to talk but the girl suddenly made moves on them, attacking them. One by one, the men fell to the ground after being attacked by the girl.
