Pampering Discarded Heroines Triggers My 10,000x Rebate System

Monday morning.

Evren stood in a fitted charcoal henley and dark trousers by the floor-to-ceiling glass of the Crown Penthouse study, watching the early sun illuminate the skyline of Veridia Metropolis.

In his field of vision, the translucent red countdown timer blinked its final seconds:

[00:00:03]

[00:00:02]

[00:00:01]

DING!

A soft chime echoed in Evren’s mind. The red warning window vanished, and in its place appeared the familiar, glowing gold interface:

[48-HOUR SYSTEM LOCKDOWN EXPIRED]

[ALL BANKING RESTRICTIONS AND COMPLIANCE OVERRIDES LIFTED]

[CURRENT LIQUID BALANCE: $168,597,542.50 RESTORED]

[NOTE: System Multiplier remains locked at 10x Baseline Penalty Tier. Continue genuine investments in heroines to earn multiplier progression milestones.]

BZZZZT.

Evren’s phone vibrated in his palm with an official priority text from Apex National Bank:

ALERT: Post No Debit (PND) administrative restriction has been fully removed. Your VIP Sovereign Black Card and all outgoing transfer channels are now 100% active.

A faint, satisfied smile crossed Evren’s lips.

The broke weekend was officially over.

Evren leaned against the desk, taking a slow breath as he organized his plan for the day.

First, he needed to head to Sector 1 and repay the five-million-dollar bridge loan to Director Gus. Releasing the DashExpress corporate deeds and keeping an unblemished record with the Umbra Syndicate would ensure his business and reputation remained clean.

Second, he would coordinate with Mikay to hire and deploy a full estate staff to prepare the 50-acre Imperial Crest Manor on Victoria Hill.

And third, by afternoon, he would bring Amber to their permanent sanctuary.

With his mental checklist set, Evren pulled on his dark coat, stepped into the private VIP elevator, and headed down to make his way to Sector 1.

—

Inside the Shadow-Bazaar, Evren walked through the reinforced titanium doors of the Umbra Syndicate executive office.

Sitting behind a massive desk carved from solid obsidian was Director Gus, sipping a cup of dark roast espresso while reviewing underworld trade ledgers.

When Gus heard the door open, he looked up, his eyes widening slightly in genuine surprise.

”Chairman Evren,” Gus chuckled softly, setting his porcelain cup down. ”You’re early. Our forty-eight-hour bridge loan agreement still has plenty of time on the clock.”

”I don’t believe in waiting until the last minute,” Evren replied calmly, pulling out his phone. ”Give me your central syndicate routing terminal.”

Gus raised an eyebrow, a grin spreading across his rugged face. He slid a secure brass terminal across the polished stone desk.

Evren typed in the transfer protocol and authenticated the transaction with his biometric thumbprint.

BEEP.

A bright green confirmation banner flashed across Gus’s desktop monitor:

[METROPOLIS CENTRAL CLEARING: $5,500,000.00 USD RECEIVED]

[PRINCIPAL: $5,000,000.00 | INTEREST FEE: $500,000.00]

[SENDER: APEX CONGLOMERATE / CHAIRMAN EVREN]

[STATUS: FULLY CLEARED & IRREVOCABLE]

Gus stared at the glowing green screen for three silent seconds.

In the underworld, borrowers constantly stalled, begged for extensions, or vanished into thin air. Yet here was a young billionaire who arrived well ahead of schedule, paying back five and a half million dollars without batting an eye.

”Clean, fast, and on the dot,” Gus murmured in deep admiration. ”You really are an extraordinary young man, Evren.”

Gus unlocked a steel safe behind his desk, retrieved the original, gold-embossed corporate ownership certificates for DashExpress and Apex Logistics, and set them gently in front of Evren.

”Your collateral is fully released,” Gus said.

Then, Gus reached back into the safe and pulled out an octagonal medallion carved from dark obsidian. Engraved on the surface was the silver skull and crossed daggers of the Umbra Syndicate.

Gus slid the medallion across the desk beside the corporate deeds.

”Take this,” Gus said in a serious and deeply respectful tone. ”This is the Umbra Sovereign Medallion.”

Evren picked up the cool stone token, inspecting the intricate runes. ”What does it do?”

”It marks you as a premier sovereign ally of the Umbra Syndicate,” Gus explained with a wide smile. ”With this medallion, you have permanent VIP access across all black markets in the four sectors of Veridia. Zero trade tariffs, guaranteed underworld confidentiality, and unconditional protection from any syndicate mercenary in the city.”

Gus leaned forward, his sharp eyes locking onto Evren’s. ”The Umbra Syndicate values men of discipline and honour above all else. You’ve earned our full respect, Chairman.”

”Much appreciated, Gus,” Evren said with a faint nod.

With a slight flick of his fingers, Evren stored the corporate deeds and the obsidian medallion into his Spatial Storage Ring, turning and walking out of the office.

Upon returning to the Crown Penthouse, Evren dialed a priority line on his phone.

The call connected on the first ring.

”Chairman Evren!” Wealth Manager Mikay answered with excitement. ”I just checked the central terminal; your accounts are completely green! The compliance hold is officially history!”

”Good,” Evren said smoothly, walking into the kitchen to pour a glass of cold water. ”It’s time to execute the move-in.”

”I have everything standing by, Chairman!” Mikay replied eagerly. ”What are your orders?”

”First, authorize a two-million-dollar wire to the Horizon Plaza VIP Concierge,” Evren instructed. ”Hire and fully vet a sixty-person premier estate staff for the Imperial Crest Manor. I want top-tier private chefs, groundskeepers, housekeeping specialists, and a dedicated team of medical physical therapists ready on site.”

”Understood, sir!” Mikay said, typing furiously on his terminal.

”Second, contact Apex Logistics & Security,” Evren continued. ”Have our executive transport division prepare a discreet, custom armored luxury vehicle with smooth air suspension and a security escort for this afternoon. We are moving our residence to Victoria Hill.”

”Consider it done, Chairman! The motorcade will be in formation, and the entire estate staff will be lined up at the manor gates to welcome you and Miss Amber!”

Evren ended the call.

DING!

A golden system prompt flashed in Evren’s mind:

[SYSTEM REBATE TRIGGERED!]

[INVESTMENT TARGET: Amber Sterling (Permanent Sovereign Estate Staffing & Medical Comfort)]

[QUALIFYING EXPENDITURE: \$2,000,000.00 USD]

[ACTIVE MULTIPLIER TIER: 10x (Penalty Tier)]

[CALCULATED REBATE: $20,000,000.00 USD]

[FUNDS DEPOSITED INTO APEX NATIONAL BANK VIP BLACK ACCOUNT!]

[NEW LIQUID BALANCE: $181,097,542.50 USD]

Evren chuckled softly.

Even at the restricted 10x penalty tier, the investment return on Amber’s comfort instantly covered his expenses and generated a massive twenty-million-dollar profit.

By early afternoon, all preparations were complete.

Evren walked into the master bedroom.

Amber was sitting in her wheelchair, dressed in an elegant emerald-green wool wrap coat over a soft cream silk blouse, with her dark hair neatly pinned back. Her cheeks held a rosy, excited flush.

Beside her, two small travel bags sat on the bed.

”All packed?” Evren asked with a warm smile.

Amber looked up at him, her dark eyes shining with anticipation and complete trust. ”Everything we need is right here.”

With a subtle wave of his hand, Evren swept the bags directly into his Spatial Storage Ring.

He then walked behind her, gently gripping the handles of her wheelchair. ”Our broke weekend is officially over, boss lady. Let’s go see our new home.”

Amber let out a soft, joyful laugh. ”Lead the way, Chairman.”

They took the private VIP elevator down from the 80th floor, descending directly into the underground executive parking courtyard of Apex Tower.

The elevator doors slid open.

Waiting outside were two midnight-black vehicles bearing the subtle golden falcon crest of Apex Security: a custom armored luxury transport van with tinted one-way privacy glass and specialized air suspension, alongside a security SUV standing by.

Standing at the front of the receiving line was the General Manager of Apex Tower, dressed in his formal gray suit.

When the manager saw Evren pushing Amber off the elevator, he immediately stepped forward, bowing with utmost reverence.

”Chairman Evren, Miss Sterling,” the General Manager greeted them. ”On behalf of the entire Apex Tower management, it has been our greatest honor hosting you both.”

The manager handed Evren an engraved golden VIP concierge card.

”The Crown Penthouse will always remain cleaned, heated, and reserved under your name whenever you visit downtown. We look forward to welcoming you back anytime, sir.”

”Thank you, Manager,” Evren nodded with a friendly smile, taking the card.

The lead security driver stepped forward, activating the vehicle’s automated, smooth wheelchair ramp and bowing respectfully. ”Chairman Evren! Miss Sterling! The convoy is secured and cleared for transit to Victoria Hill!”

Evren gently wheeled Amber up the ramp into the plush, heated leather interior of the luxury transport, smiling down at her as the vehicle’s silent electric engine hummed to life.

”Let’s go, Miss Sterling.”
