I Love Destroying Worlds' Plot

Chapter 404: 9.23 Second Blue Star - Meeting the Protagonist Gong

While enjoying the festival made by the ghosts and supernatural entities at the boundaries of life and death in the Han River. The Ghost King and the Fox God were having such a good time eating and playing around with their lovers that they ignored most of everyoneʼs eyes on them regardless of whether they were from ghosts, demons, or humans they didnʼt care about. Until one courageous human young man tried to block their way and kept one looking at their partners which is the Xue Brothers.

Once the words like Fox God and Ghost King came out from Feng Houʼs mouth, most ghosts within the festival kowtowed in Xie Moʼs presence. Leaving only humans standing with a shocked expression on their faces. Among the humans, within the group, Lou Clanʼs disciple led by Lou Lan witnessed the whole scene. Lou Lan was shocked to see that the infamous Ghost King whom his clan feared was an extremely captivating handsome man like the figure before him. Seeing that his disguise was peeled off, he could only reveal his real form.

Long obsidian hair flowing behind him. A pair of silvery orbs that shows arrogance and disdain to those he looks down upon. The proudness and nobility of a dragon as his domineering aura spread around him putting everything around him under his overbearing presence.

Everyone could feel the pressure of his aura and almost most of them, humans, ghosts, and other creatures, were forced to kneel before him. At this moment the Fox God, Hu Yue envelopes Xue Yan with his aura protecting him from the pressure the big boss is emitting beside them. He could feel that Xie Mo lessening his pressure on their side and giving much more aura towards the rude human who destroys their fun. With only the Fox couple standing, only Xue Hua didnʼt feel anything different even when he saw that almost everyone suddenly kneeled when his husband showed his real form.

Feng Houʼs thoughts at the moment, ”Whatʼs with this heavy aura!? Is he that much stronger than me!?” Even he the youngest descendant of Feng Clan was forced to kneel in the presence of the angry Ghost King.

Seeing that things are going badly and noticed his husbandʼs bad mood. Xue Hua could only make his move and pulled his husbandʼs sleeve while looking sad at the moment.

Xue Hua holding Xie Moʼs robes, ”Arenʼt we here to enjoy the festival? Donʼt get angry, Fujun.”

Once Xie Mo heard his wife calling him Fujun, his bad mood instantly dispersed. The domineering aura he spreads suddenly disappears as his features soften when he looks at his wife who was looking sad at the moment. He could only move his arms and wrapped them around his wifeʼs slender waist pulling him over towards him. He gently caresses his wifeʼs wrinkled brow, smoothing them.

Xie Mo coaxed, ”My Qizi. Donʼt be sad. Fujun isnʼt angry anymore. Smile okay?” kissing Xue Huaʼs forehead.

Xue Hua who got coaxed successfully held his husbandʼs hand and revealed a smile behind his veil. ”Un. But Iʼm tired. Can we rest somewhere not noisy, Fujun?” said Hua to his husband.

”I have a pavilion near here. Letʼs rest there and watch the stars instead.” Replied Xie Mo.

Xue Hua, ”How about brother?” he asked as he looked at Xue Yan.

Xue Yan nods his head and said, ”Weʼll buy some drinks and snacks. After that, I and AʼYue will join you. Donʼt worry, Xiao Hua.”

”Donʼt worry. Iʼll protect your brother, My Lady.” Said the Fox God respectfully. Ever since that day he almost got himself killed. Hu Yue had treated Xue Hua like how he treated his own Lord.

”Okay. Take your time.” Said Xue Hua with a smile as he wrapped his hands around his husbandʼs waist. Before disappearing with the Ghost King like a mist.

Feng Hou wanted to stop them, ”Ah! Wait!!!” but the couple already disappeared before them.

It took a moment before the rest stood up from the ground and resumed what they were doing. Some of them left in the hurry to report about the Ghost Kingʼs Consort and everything that happened that night. Feng Hou on the other hand, who was left behind, was throwing an angry tantrum at the moment.

Feng Hou exclaimed in anger and envy. ”Fuck! Why!? Why did someone with the purest golden soul get married to the Ghost King!? I donʼt believe this!?”

”Stop embarrassing yourself. If you want to know why my brother ended up marrying the Ghost King you should ask our clan. After all, they were the ones who brought my little brother as the substitute sacrificial bride for the Ghost King.” Said Xue Yan as he moved his gaze to the pale Xue Bing and his group as he removed the veil on his face and the illusion spell put on him by the Fox God faded.

Lou Lan was shocked to see Xue Yan standing before him. He was already envious to death seeing how much the Ghost King is spoiling Xue Hua. Why would someone who is supposed to be dead be here and he is even together with a Fox God? The other disciples and elders with them instantly recognized him.

”Y-You! Xue Yan! Why are you still alive!?”

”Arenʼt you supposed to be dead!?”

”Did you just say your brother married the Ghost King!?”

”Is that Young man just now, Xue Hua!?”

”Explain properly to this old man!”

When an elder tried to grab Xue Yan, fox servants who appeared out of nowhere block them from approaching while Xue Yan is tightly protected within the Fox Godʼs protection.

”Mere humans dared to harm this Godʼs bride? Do you wish to die!?” Fox God yelled as he revealed his aura as a demigod giving the crowd a second round of scare like how the Ghost King got angry just now.

People of Xue Clan all kneeled in fear,

”Donʼt dare! Donʼt dare!”

”Please calm your anger, Fox God.”

”We vow to never harm your chosen bride!”

”Mercy. Please spare us~”

”Only this once.” Said Hu Yue as he held Xue Yanʼs hand and was about to leave the area. ”You shouldnʼt bother the Lord… The Ghost Kingʼs Consort if you donʼt wish to die. The Ghost King loves his wife very much. I had warned you, Thereʼs always been the unsaid rule of never angering that King of hell.”

Once the other couple disappeared within the crowd the elders that were escorting their scion and their young disciples were in panic. They have never expected that the illegitimate children of their Clan Leader would become the Ghost King and Fox Godʼs wives.

With how they treated the two especially the Ghost Kingʼs Consort who was beaten first by their scion and thrown to the Ghost Kingʼs Palace as a substitute sacrificial bride, they now realized the reason for the deadly curse bestowed on their scion and those youngsters before. It was because they harmed Xue Hua, his chosen bride that the Ghost King bestowed a death curse on them.

Lou Lan within the crowd wore an envious expression on his face that when Feng Hou observed him from the corner that he could only feel disgusted towards the young man with a soul of slight highlights of gold. If he hadnʼt seen the light gold soul of the Fox Bride or the pure golden soul of the Ghost Kingʼs Consort, Feng Yan would definitely be attracted to this young man with an innocent face.

Feng Hou averted his eyes and moved to one of the elders within the group and formally introduced himself. He spoke to one of the elders in front of him.

”Elder. I am someone of Feng. The youngest and strongest shaman of Feng Clan. Feng Hou. I would like to ask a few things with regards to the young men who were with the Ghost King and the Fox God. According to your conversation just now. It seems both of them are members of the clan. This Feng would like to know the details.”

When he spoke of these words he was secretly observing the people of this group gauging their reactions. As he expected most youngsters had an ugly expression when he finished speaking but the elders scolded secretly not allowing him to see through more of the clanʼs affairs.

An Elder of Lou Clan gave him an amiable smile, ”Of course! We are glad to share information with an esteemed young lord like you. If possible please come back with us to Lou Clan. Our Clan leader will do the honor to exchange words with the young lord.”

”That would be a great idea, but I would like to finish a few tasks first. I shall visit your Lou Clan by tomorrow instead.” Said Feng Hou who took his leave after saying those words.

Seeing things are getting out of hand, the elders decided to end this mission as they found the person they have been wanting to meet. They also have to report to the Clan Leader about the two illegitimate young masters, Xue Yan and Xue Hua. In the end, their scion failed to make the Young shamanʼs pay any attention to him. Their group left instantly.

That night despite the events that happened beyond control like the Ghost Kingʼs appearance as well as the Fox Godʼs presence, the news about their brides spread like a wildfire within the world of Yin and humans. Special clans like Feng and Hua heard that the Ghost King had been really married to a human. But only Feng Clan knew more about the Ghost Kingʼs bride.

The news of the Ghost King and the Fox God appearing in the ghost festival while pretending to be ordinary ghosts just to spend some time with their wives had spread in both the human and supernatural circles. The current leading Sect of Celestial Master, the Lingshen Mountain Sect, was informed about this event. No one expected that the notorious Ghost King would suddenly wake up one day and marry a human boy. Plus with the Fox God on his side who is interested in the brother of the Ghost Kingʼs Consort would definitely stand with them making their side the strongest group with only one deviant Ghost King, a Fox God, and two human beings.

These rumors had long spread all over the Celestial Masterʼs Circle and even with the other sects.

”Did you know that the Strongest Ghost King in history had woken up!?”

”Fuck! Didnʼt they say that the Ghost King is said to possess power that could even slay Gods and Deities!?”

”I thought they said he died a long time ago? How can I suddenly get married to a human more or less.”

”Whatʼs weird is that the Fox God is staying with them? They say his bride is the elder brother of the Ghost Kingʼs Consort?”

”Doesnʼt that mean the Ghost King and that Fox God would be on the same side thanks to their wives!?”

”Watch your words! Donʼt be a Jinx!”

At some pavilion within the territory of the Lingshen Mountain Sect, Lou Ye is entertaining a guest. This guest is unexpectedly Ou Ya who is currently enjoying the tea and snacks served to him. Theyʼve been here long enough that they overheard the rumors spreading within the sect.

Lou Ye asked, ”AʼYa, did Huahua really get married to that Ghost King of the Ancient Palace?”

While savoring the tea in his mouth Ou Ya took a while before he answered, he did this to tease this dead fish-eyed childhood friend of his. As expected despite his languid demeanor this Lou Ye is astonishingly a short-tempered person.

”Speak, else Iʼll throw you out of the mountain!” threatened Lou Ye.

Ou Ya clicked his tongue and said, ”Tsk! You still canʼt take a joke. Itʼs real. Huahua is indeed married and Yanyan would as well with that Fox God in the rumors. I told you last night to come with me to enjoy the ghost festival. I would have introduced you to them. Who told you to be busy?”

”Why... didnʼt Huahua invite us to his marriage?” said Lou Ye with a gloomy expression.

Ou Ya spoke, ”About that it is not that he didnʼt want to invite us, the marriage itself is done on the spot due to the contract of Lou Clan with that Ghost King. If that Contract isnʼt implemented on the same day something bad would happen to everyone connected to Lou. This includes you and me.”

”Does this means that Huahua was forced to marry that Ghost King?” said Lou Ye as his expression turned even darker when he thought that his savior was being forced to do something he didnʼt want to do.

Ou Ya smiled at this moment and said, ”I thought so too from the beginning but when you meet them yourselves you would understand.”

”I will make some time this month. Go with me to meet them,” said Lou Ye.

Ou Yaʼs smile widens even more and said, ”Sure~ As you wish Young Lord~”

”Shut up!” rebuked Lou Ye.
