New Age Of Summoners

The Golden City was surrounded by huge volcanoes that seemed to form some connection with the Golden City and didn’t show any signs of erupting.

As its names suggest, the entire city was gold in colour and emitted a golden halo even from a distance.

The city was not huge. In fact, its size was far from Ajax’s imagination of the grand city that was acting as a medium to the Heavenly Bestial Realm.

’Despite being small, the Golden City looks magnificent.’

From the distance, Ajax noticed the Golden City and could not help but marvel at the buildings inside the Golden City.

Each building inside the Golden City is unique, making it a perfect royal city.

’Ding,

The host has entered a Quasi-Divine City.

’Ding,

The system has detected a portal in the city that connects to a particular location in the Heavenly Bestial Realm.

As soon as Ajax entered the Golden City, he received the system notifications, making him pleasantly surprised.

’You found it? Where is it?’

Before entering the Golden City, Ajax was worried about where exactly he had to look for in the entire Golden City to communicate with the Ascended Cultivator from the Heavenly Bestial Realm.

However, with the system notifications, Ajax heaved a sigh of relief and asked the system about it.

’Wait a second…weren’t you undergoing an upgrade? Did you complete it already?’

At the same time, Ajax remembered that the system should be in the middle of an upgrade and according to the system, it won’t communicate with him until it finishes the upgrade.

So, Ajax could not help but ask the system about it.

’Ding,

No, I am yet to complete my upgrade.

’Ding,

Since I detected an item related to the Heavenly Realms, I have to stop my upgrade in the middle to help you.

The system explained to him why it was able to communicate with him even before it finished its upgrade.

[Even though entering the Golden City is easy, it won’t be an easy task to find out how to use it to communicate with the ascended cultivators from the Heavenly Bestial Realm]

On the side, the light orb informed Ajax and continued, [If you start looking for it, it would take at least a year to find it]

[Of course, if you want, I can help you find it in an instant]

Suddenly, the Spirit of the Floating Island said that it didn’t mind helping Ajax.

’Ding,

Please enter the third-tallest building in the city. ’Ding,

There is a mirror in the main hall of the building and it is the power source of the entire Golden City and the medium to connect with the Ascended Cultivator from the Heavenly Bestial Realm.

However, Ajax had already got the information about the medium from the system, making him smile at the light orb before flying into the third tallest building in the city.

’Swoosh’

Without wasting any time, Ajax directly entered the building and stood in front of the Golden-Edged Mirror.

[Y-you…how did you know this mirror is the medium to the Heavenly Bestial Realm?]

The Spirit of the Floating Island beside Ajax was shocked by Ajax’s action and asked, [Don’t tell me, you already knew about the Golden-Edged Mirror]

”Haha”

All Ajax did in response to the words of the Spirit of the Floating Island was to laugh and think in his head, ’I didn’t know but I will know now.’

’System, since you have stopped your upgrade, can you appraise the Golden-Edged Mirror in front of me?’

From the looks of it, the Spirit of the Floating Island seemed to know about the Golden-Edged Mirror and how to use it.

However, Ajax preferred the system’s information over someone else’s.

Of course, if the system had not stopped its upgrade in the middle, he would have relied on the Spirit of the Floating Island.

Now, there was no reason for Ajax to rely on the Spirit of the Floating Island when he had his partner.

’Ding,

Item Name: Golden Mirror of Exchange.

 Item Grade: Quasi-Divine.

Effect: An artifact that can let someone from the Earth Realm exchange one thing per activation with a particular cultivator from the Heavenly Bestial Realm.

Earth Realm Cultivator: None. (Previous Cultivator is dead).

Heavenly Bestial Realm Cultivator: Unknown. (The host needs to find it on his own)

Information: A cultivator needs to inject his Essence of Nature into the Mirror to activate the mirror. The quantity of the Essence of Nature depends on the quality of the Cultivator’s Essence of Nature.

More Information: Once the mirror is activated, it lets the cultivator communicate with the cultivator on the other side.  Note: The duration of the communication is limited and once that time is up, the cultivator once again needs to pour the Essence of Nature into it to activate.

Soon, the system showed Ajax the full information it had in its database regarding the Golden-Edged Mirror.

’Interesting.’

After reading the entire information about the Golden-Edged Mirror, Ajax felt it was an interesting item.

It could let the cultivators from both realms exchange one thing: every time they activate the Golden-Edged Mirror. So, of course, it was interesting.

’But, I wonder what kind of things someone who has already ascended to the Heavenly Realm would want?’

Ajax felt that it wouldn’t be an easy thing to exchange things with an Ascended Cultivator before everything in the Earth Realm was trash in their eyes.

’Anyway, before let’s know what kind of reaction he will have when he sees someone other than Aveline activating this Golden Mirror of Exchange.’

With that thought in mind, Ajax started injecting his Divine Essence of Nature into the Golden Mirror of Exchange.

’Swoosh’

’Swoosh’

’Ding,  The host has injected 10000 units of Divine Essence of Nature.

’Ding,  The host has injected 10000 units of Divine Essence of Nature.

In just a matter of seconds, the Golden Mirror of Exchange absorbed 20000 units of Divine Essence of Nature, making Ajax a little bit shocked.

However, he continued to pour more units of the Divine Essence of Nature and when the amount reached 100,000 units, the Golden Mirror of Exchange finally shone.
