New Age Of Summoners

’He is really excited to join the fight.’

With a slight smile on his face, Ajax shook his head as he looked at Westin who rushed out of the devourer eagle king’s protection.

’I wonder whether Westin could have his own demonic form?’

The real reason why Ajax wanted to take Westin as his follower was because he was hoping Westin would use the demonic form.

So, he wondered whether Westin could use it to fight against the demons.

According to Ajax, demonic form is a very powerful trump card to have and it could be very useful against invasions like the current one.

’Anyway, it’s time to take my level 2 demonic form.’

With a thought, a holographic screen with full information about his upgraded demonic form appeared in front of Ajax.

’Ding,

Skill name:- Demonic Form (level 2)

Effect:- Increases the battle prowess of the user by mid-level king realm cultivator or one whole major realm in the user’s cultivation for 10 minutes.

Note:- The lowest battle prowess between the two cases will be chosen.

Special effect:- All the regular skills of the user will contain Dark/ Demon attributes.

Special demonic space:- 1000 units / 5000 units.

’Storage capacity of the special demonic energy is upgraded from 1000 units to 5000 units. Excellent.’

The first thing that caught his eyes was the ‘Special demonic space’.

Initially, he thought it would be upgraded to 2000 units only. So, after seeing it upgraded to 5000 units, Ajax was pleasantly surprised and excited.

’I don’t know how much time it will take to fill these 5000 units of space, but it is still not enough.’

Ajax knew he was being greedy; however, what he said was true.

Since there were countless demons outside, it would not take much time for Westin to fill his special demon space.

The problem was, Ajax still had not found a way to spend his special demonic energy.

The essence of nature is used to execute skills and cultivation techniques, the sacred astral energy is used to heal the physical and soul injuries.

Unlike the other energies, which could be depleted by doing something, Ajax had not found a way to spend the special demonic energy yet.

Even though he thought using his demonic form, it would not consume the special demonic energy at all; instead, the more special demonic energy he had, the more powerful his demonic form would be.

Once his special demonic space is filled, he would have no choice but to order Westin to stop killing the demons.

’At the time, I can’t even extract the special demonic energy from his body as my special demonic space will be completely filled. If I can’t extract, Westin’s loyalty would decrease.’

Just thinking about that possibility made Ajax a little anxious.

’System, why don’t you just tell me how I can spend this special demonic energy?’

He had already asked the system about the special demonic energy in the past; however, the system said that he had only 100 units of the special demonic energy.

It also said that he needed 100 units of the special demonic energy to use his skill ‘Demonic form’.

’Ding,

Since the host has a good source for the special demonic energy, the system will reveal a method to spend the special demonic energy.

’Really? Good.’

Ajax was surprised for a moment before becoming happy and waiting for the system to reveal the method.

’Ding,

The host can use the special demonic energy to upgrade the ‘Demonic form’.

’Upgrade my ‘Demonic form’?’

Ajax raised his brows as he thought, ‘If I can upgrade the demonic form, then why didn’t you show it when I viewed the information on the demonic form?’

From the beginning the system used to show the ‘Upgrade’ option below the skill or cultivation technique; however, after learning that he could upgrade his demonic form, Ajax felt the system intentionally hid it.

Because the system didn’t show it, by default, Ajax thought he could not upgrade it.

’Damn it…why do I feel like the system has returned to its old self where it likes to toy with me.’

Ajax shook his head and hurriedly thought of upgrading his level 2 ‘Demonic form’

Without even upgrading the demonic form, Ajax could guess what kind of benefits it would give him.

’The special demonic space will be upgraded for sure. The limit of my battle prowess might be increased.’

Ajax silently thought to himself as he waited for the system notification.

’Ding,

The host needs 10000 units of the special demonic energy to upgrade his ‘Demonic form’ from level 2 to level 3.

Note:- The host can even pay in instalments; however, the upgrade will be finished only after paying the full payment of 10000 units of the special demonic energy.

’10000 units? No problem.’

Right now, the special demonic energy is the only thing he was lacking.

He didn’t have the problem of spending even 20000 units of the special demonic energy to upgrade his demonic form.

Because all he wanted right now was a way to spend his special demonic energy in order to not turn crazy.

’Anyway, I only have 1000 units for now and it will take some time for Westin to accumulate the special demonic energy.’

Ajax was not worried much as he knew he could upgrade his demonic form today.

’Wait a second.’

All of a sudden, Ajax thought of something and hurriedly asked the system, ‘System, show me the full details on Westin’

Since the system was hiding things from him, Ajax decided to check everything carefully.

’Ding,

     Name:- Westin

     Age:- 48 years

     Skills:- …..

     Cultivation techniques:- …..

Special demon space:- 23 / 500 units of the special demonic energy.

’It’s not here.’

Soon, Ajax got the information about Westin and he didn’t find what he wanted to find.

’Hold on’

After checking the holographic screen, Ajax was disappointed a little; however, he realized something.

’Now, I understand what I have to do.’

With an excited smile on his face, Ajax realized what he had to do.
