New Age Of Summoners

’I will choose the second quest.’

Once Ajax checked all three quests, he selected the second quest without any hesitation.

Ajax already knew how useful the special demonic energy was because he had already experienced it.

With the help of it, Ajax received a ‘Demonic form’ which would not only temporarily increase his battle prowess but it would also temporarily upgrade all his skills.

So, Ajax thought if Westin could learn how to ultilize the special demonic energy properly, then the Purple stone world would gain a good asset.

’Anyway, the important thing is I have to save him first before thinking of helping him control that special demonic energy.’

Ajax came out of his thoughts and started planning the important thing right now and it was to stop the special demonic energy from completely overtaking Westin’s body.

Even though Ajax didn’t know exactly what he had to do to stop the special demonic energy from taking over Westin’s body, he had a couple of plans on saving Westin from the special demonic energy.

’Let’s check whether my plans can work or not?’

With a serious look on his face, Ajax rushed towards Westin despite knowing the fact that it was very dangerous.

Other than the system mission, Ajax had another reason to save Westin because from his perspective, Westin seemed to be a good subordinate candidate who could help him in future.

’Even though it seemed like he didn’t have a good background, he had undergone many things in his life and he could make wise decisions in the future.’

Ajax didn’t have a good opinion on the powerful sects and the families and according to him, Westin was a better candidate to become his subordinate because Westin became a King realm cultivator on his own even when he was mocked and bullied by everyone around him.

’Die’

’Slash’

’Swoosh’

Once he decided to execute his plan, Ajax didn’t waste any time as he rushed towards Westin while killing all the demons in his path.

Mostly, he swung his inheritance swords to kill the demons; however, whenever he saw a low-level demon king, he would use his grade 5 sword dao before releasing a sword wave.

’My sword dao is becoming more and more refined.’

Looking at the corpse of the low-level demon king, Ajax revealed a slight smile on his face because not only was he getting a lot of essence of nature by killing the demons but his skills and techniques were also refined.

Currently, he could kill a regular low-level demon king with the help of his sword technique and the grade 5 sword dao.

’Can I kill mid-level demon kings without using bloodline or demonic form?’

Ajax continued to rush towards Westin and thought about his battle prowess; however, in the next second, he got the answer to his question.

”Looks like you are a special one.”

All of sudden, Ajax was stopped by a mid-level demon king who stopped Ajax’s sword with his demonic sword.

That was the answer he got for his earlier question because the mid-level demon king easily chopped Ajax’s sword wave as though it was nothing.

’Clash’

’Swoosh’

Moreover, that demon king even slashed his demonic sword at Ajax where Ajax barely stopped it before jumping back to sword the demonic sword.

”Huh? You are able to dodge that?”

That mid-level demon king was already surprised at Ajax’s battle prowess which could kill low-level demon kings; however, when he saw that his attack was dodged by Ajax, he was compelely shocked.

’Regular mid-level king realm cultivators will find it a little difficult to dodge that but he was able to do that with a level 2 elite general realm cultivation.’

He looked at Ajax and suddenly thought of something, ‘If I can make him my slave, then I can bask in his glory.’

Someone who could kill the low-level demon kings with a cultivation of level 2 elite general realm would definitely become useful for someone like him.

Even if Ajax was unable to become a Emperor realm cultivator, with his ability to kill the cultivators from higher realm would be greatly useful for that demon king. So, he was thinking of making Ajax into his slave.

’Human, if you can become my suboridinate, I will help you raise your cultivation quickly.’

After thinking for a moment, the demon king finally made an offer to Ajax through the voice transmission.

Of course, he wanted the deal between him and Ajax a secret from the eyes of other demon kings and the human cultivators.

Also, even though he said ‘Subordinate’, he would eventually turn Ajax into his slave because using word ‘Slave’ right away would definitely not work on Ajax or other humans who love their freedom.

’Huh? An offer to become your subordinate? In your dreams.’

Ajax was not at all surprised with the sudden off made by the mid-level demon king as he was expecting to get a lot of such offers today after showcasing his battle prowess.

However, Ajax didn’t have any plans to become someone’s subordinate, not to mention becoming a subordinate of a demon king.

It is never going to happen, even in the dreams.

”Damn you. I am trying to offer a good life for you and you dare look down on me.”

The demon king saw the look on Ajax’s face and became agitated. With Ajax’s rejection, that demon king no longer bothered to keep the offer as a secret.

Soon, he rushed towards Ajax with a face full of rage.

’Since you rejected my offer, I will not let you live anymore.’

He was not going to let Ajax live anymore because not only Ajax mocked him but he was worried that he might be recruited by the other powerful demon kings.

Even though Ajax seemed to hate demons, the demon king knew that humans are greedy to the core and if a powerful demon promised some tempting rewards, the humans would not hesitate to betray their own race.

For that reason, he had to kill Ajax at any cost.

’Looks like I no longer need to hold back.’
