My father sold me to the Mafia King

Chapter 183: 183/The Virgin’s Curiosity

Chapter 183

Max’s Point of View

I sat there, frozen in place, my face etched with total bewilderment at the strange questions that had suddenly started pouring over me. ”What do you mean ’what’?” she asked, narrowing her eyes with dead seriousness. ”I’m asking you... do you find me attractive?”

”What a ridiculous question!” I replied, shying my gaze away from her as I tried to process the situation.

She exhaled in frustration. ”Fine, I’ll change the question. Imagine a group of girls walking in right now which one would attract you?”

”You’re trying to figure out the type of women I’m attracted to,” I said, crossing my arms over my chest, trying to read what was going on in her head.

She nodded enthusiastically. ”Exactly! Come on, tell me!”

I sighed, finally surrendering. ”Thin, with a beautiful smile, long hair... and cute.”

”Cute?” she interrupted with disapproval.

”Yes.”

”Alright, what else?” she asked, tilting her head. ”For example, do you prefer her brunette, blonde, or what?”

”To be honest, I’m quite attracted to blondes,” I answered frankly.

Her eyes widened with a strange eagerness. ”What? Why?”

”What do you mean ’why’?” I asked in surprise. ”That’s just my taste!”

”And what about my hair? What should I do with it?” she said, clutching a strand of her hair. ”Should I dye it?”

I looked at her in disbelief. ”Dye your hair? What would you gain from that?”

”Ugh, Max!” she groaned. ”I’m asking you because I want to see if I can attract men.”

”Just because I prefer blondes doesn’t mean every man is like me, by the way,” I said, trying to calm her sudden obsession. ”Who is this person you’re trying to attract?”

She looked away, visibly flustered. ”No one specific, I’m just asking.”

It was obvious someone was on her mind, and I was certain she was attracted to Robert but was denying it.

”Julie...” I said seriously, ”every man has his preferred type. Maybe I won’t be attracted to you, but someone else will.”

”I don’t think I’m his preferred type,” she replied, the disappointment evident in her tone.

”Who is he?” I asked quickly.

”No one,” she answered curtly.

”Admit it, Julie,” I said, trying to pressure her.

”Let’s change the subject,” she said, evading me.

I shook my head. ”Fine, as you wish, you liar.”

She looked at me suddenly and said in a low voice, ”I’m not a liar... now, you know that I’m a virgin.”

”Yes, Julie, I know,” I said, feeling the conversation heading down a dangerous slope.

She continued, rubbing her hands nervously, ”I want to ask you about the first time... is it painful? I mean, when doing ’that thing’...”

I interrupted her with a muffled shout, putting my hand over my face. ”I get it, I get it! But I don’t understand why you’re asking me this question!”

”Who else should I ask?” she said with an infuriating innocence.

”Julie, are you aware that I am a man?” I said, gesturing to myself emphatically. ”Asking if it’s painful is something you should ask a girl!”

”Since you’re a man, I want you to teach me,” she insisted with a strange persistence.

My eyes widened in shock. ”Teach you what?”

”What should I do the first time?” she asked with complete seriousness.

I backed away in terror. ”Stop, please! This conversation is going to a very distant place.”

”What’s wrong with you? Why are you acting like this?” she asked, stepping closer.

I scrambled up from the floor, dusting off my clothes. ”Why are you acting like this? Did a rock fall on your head today?”

She stood up too, standing before me with sheer audacity. ”Why don’t you want to teach me?”

I reached out to feel her forehead. ”Are you in your right mind? Did they give you something at the university? Drugs or something?”

”Of course not,” she said, brushing my hand away in annoyance. ”I don’t understand why you refuse to help me.”

”Am I a sex therapist?!” I shouted in despair.

”You’re overreacting,” she replied calmly. ”All I’m asking is for you to tell me what the steps are.”

”You’re starting to scare me!” I said, feeling a chill run through my body.

”I’ll ask you one more question,” she said in a tone that made the blood freeze in my veins, ”but I don’t know how to say it.”

”Then don’t say it, Julie!” I snapped. ”It’s obvious it shouldn’t be said!”

But she didn’t stop. Instead, she spoke with a boldness that stunned me: ”I wonder... if the dick is very large, would that be difficult for a virgin girl?”

I stood rooted to the spot, feeling as if a bolt of lightning had struck me. I couldn’t find anything to say; I just stared at her while she waited for my answer with a coldness as if she hadn’t just asked me the most bizarre and embarrassing question imaginable.

”Stop!” I said, my voice trembling with a mix of anger and embarrassment. ”I mean it... stop! And I’m warning you, if you say one more word, I will never speak to you again.”

I turned and headed toward my room with stumbling steps. She followed, trying to finish her nonsense.

”Julie, I’m warning you!” I said, placing my hand on the doorknob.

Then I slammed the door in her face. I leaned against it, breathing heavily, and thought to myself: My God... this surely isn’t Julie! Maybe a demon has possessed her body... how could she say those things to me? My ears actually hurt!

Julie’s Point of View

I stood before Max’s closed door, staring at it in disbelief for a few seconds. He actually slammed it in my face! I couldn’t believe he did that. Why does he refuse to answer my questions? And who else am I supposed to ask if he’s my only friend here?

I exhaled in frustration and went upstairs with angry steps because I hadn’t received any answer to satisfy my curiosity. I entered my room and went straight to take a shower to relax my strained nerves. When I came out, with a towel wrapped around my body and water still dripping from my skin, I froze.

I found the dinner cart as usual, but this time, there was something extremely strange.

I approached slowly, curiosity gnawing at me, only for my eyes to widen as shock coursed through my veins. I found pizza and a hamburger! I felt my heart leap from its place and whispered breathlessly, ”My God... did Robert buy this for me because I mentioned them to him?”

At that moment, a massive, wide smile spread across my face, nearly tearing my cheeks apart. A warm shiver ran through my body. I placed my hand over my heart, which began to beat violently, and thought helplessly: How can you not be impressed by this man, Julie? How?

But I quickly regained my focus, gripping the edge of the table firmly as a new look of determination sparked in my eyes. I decided that I would carry out the plan to attract him tonight, no matter the cost. I shook my head decisively and said aloud:

”Tonight... I’m applying the Google tips!”
