The Urban Medical Martial Immortal

138: Chapter 134 I Haven’t Made My Move Yet 138: Chapter 134 I Haven’t Made My Move Yet On the martial arts platform, Zhao Riji watched Cheng Huan approaching, his expression gradually growing serious.

But he still scoffed, “A defeated underling, yet you still have the courage to step up!”

The approaching Cheng Huan, with a gloomy expression, remained silent.

In the past,

Cheng Huan and Zhao Riji had faced each other several times.

Although their strengths were similar, both at the Initial Stage of Inner Strength, Cheng Huan more often lost than won.

Zhao Riji practiced not only karate but also various National Martial Arts, his strength was astonishing.

Still, despite this, Zhao Riji took Cheng Huan very seriously.

When the strengths were similar, fights between masters could often be decided in just one or two moves.

“Come on, let’s fight, no need for idle talk!”

Cheng Huan assumed his stance, his fists clenched tight, his whole body poised like a tiger ready to pounce.

His major focus was Baji Fist, supplemented by Xingyi Boxing; he was known for his fierce and ruthless attacks aimed at vital points, and with the incorporation of Xingyi Boxing, his moves were unpredictable, often deviating from the typical routines of his own style.

“Watch the fist!”

Zhao Riji did not waste words either, opting not to use karate but unleashing a fierce Cannon Fist instead.

His martial arts practice was diverse, including karate and several styles of boxing and hand skills, yet his strength was not diminished.

Bang!

In an instant clash, the two were evenly matched, each retreating several steps.

However, in the next moment, their fists flew like lightning, fiercely striking at each other.

At that moment, Zhao Riji’s speed suddenly changed, his fist turning into a hand skill, and he appeared on Cheng Huan’s other side as if he had moved instantaneously.

“Not good!

That’s a technique from Japanese Ninjutsu!

Zhao Riji is truly talented, blending Japanese techniques into both Bagua Palm and Long Fist!” Yang Ji couldn’t help but exclaim from down below.

Hearing this, the faces of everyone else from the National Martial Arts Academy turned pale, knowing trouble was imminent.

Just as Zhao Riji’s palm was about to hit a fatal spot on Cheng Huan’s neck, Cheng Huan suddenly revealed a smile; his aura dramatically changed, and his fist sped up several times, blasting Zhao Riji off the platform with a bang.

“You…”

Falling to the ground, spitting out blood, Zhao Riji was slightly injured, but he was in no state to care about his wounds, he stared incredulously at Cheng Huan, “You broke through to the Peak of Inner Strength!”

“Just by luck!”

Cheng Huan replied with a cold smile, “It seems you need to call on your Japanese friends now!”

“We won, we won…”

At that point, the students of the National Martial Arts Academy couldn’t help cheering.

They had been feeling extremely frustrated from being continuously defeated just moments before.

However.

Their smiles soon faded.

Because they still needed to defeat Ashida Chishi and Man without underpants.

With Zhao Riji defeated, the imposing, tall Ashida Chishi stepped onto the martial arts platform.

“Ashida Chishi, please enlighten me!”

Ashida Chishi bowed to Cheng Huan, offering his respects.

After exchanging greetings, the two began their match.

But, contrary to expectations of an evenly matched bout, it was a one-sided crushing.

Cheng Huan was directly smashed off the platform by a fast and furious punch from Ashida Chishi, breaking several of his ribs and blurring with blood.

“Master!”

The complexion of everyone from the Martial Arts Academy changed dramatically.

“These Japanese beasts are really cruel, delivering such heavy blows clearly intending to take lives!” Tang Qianqian cursed angrily, her temper flaring.

The others also erupted in angry shouts, glaring at Ashida Chishi on the platform.

“Huaxia’s, all are weaklings, the sick men of East Asia!”

Ashida Chishi ignored the angry shouts, simply extended his thumb and then turned it downwards towards the crowd.

“Too much bullying!”

Liang Yuan, a master skilled in Bagua Palm and high in Inner Strength, roared in anger and suddenly stood up.

But Yang Ji stopped Liang Yuan, shook his head, and said, “Cheng Huan’s cultivation is almost the same as yours; you going up there would not be a match either!

Let this old man have a try with him.”

Yang Ji stepped forward onto the martial arts platform, leaving Liang Yuan behind.

At that moment, Ashida Chishi’s arrogant expression changed, and he stared at Yang Ji with a solemn gaze.

As a grandmaster of Huaxia Martial Arts, Yang Ji was proficient in various styles of boxing, hand skills, and footwork, including Bagua Palm, Baji Fist, Long Fist, Yong Chun Boxing, and Xingyi Boxing, among others.

But he rarely adhered to the rigid forms of these styles; he had integrated them into his own fluid style, and each movement he made was capable of unleashing terrifying power.

The two quickly engaged in combat.

Ashida Chishi’s techniques included not only karate but also various bizarre Japanese skills, fierce and domineering.

However, Yang Ji’s technique was soft yet firm, firm yet soft, slow yet fast, and with each transition, he stably neutralized the opponent’s force, pressing him down tightly.

In less than five minutes, Ashida Chishi on the martial arts platform had already started to lose ground.

Boom~~

A muffled sound echoed as Ashida Chishi was forced back several steps by a punch from Yang Ji, the connection between fist and flesh creating a chilling sound.

While Ashida Chishi steadied himself, he found himself unharmed.

But as he prepared to strike again, a sweetness surged in his throat, and he couldn’t help but spit out a mouthful of blood.

“I lost!”

Ashida Chishi bowed and stepped down from the platform.

Below, the crowd at the National Martial Arts Academy cheered again, seemingly seeing a hope for victory.

“Truly worthy of a Huaxia National Martial Arts Master, he indeed has some real skills!”

At that moment, Man without underpants finally stood up.

He took off his outer kimono, clad in a tight martial arts uniform, and gradually stepped onto the martial arts platform.

“You only have one chance to strike!”

Man without underpants, with a calm gaze, spoke lightly to Yang Ji, as if he was discussing an inconsequential matter.

“How arrogant.

Watch the fist!”

Having defeated Ashida Chishi, Yang Ji now overflowed with confidence; he preempted, hurling a fist towards Man without underpants.

But the next moment, a bizarre and terrifying scene unfolded.

Standing in place, Man without underpants turned into a series of afterimages that were impossible to capture.

“Not good!”

Yang Ji’s face changed drastically, and he was about to retreat, but the next moment he felt his throat clutched fiercely.

On the martial arts platform, Man without underpants, somehow having grabbed Yang Ji’s neck, lifted him high and then harshly threw him down toward the platform.

Boom~~

Following the loud thump was the sound of Yang Ji coughing violently; he then involuntarily spat out blood, and in horror, looked up at Man without underpants, “You…

you are a Japanese Guardian!”

Yang Ji’s words went unheard, as the martial arts hall fell silent.

The defeat meant they had to leave Wulin Street.

More importantly, they had lost to Japan!

“So, this is Huaxia Martial Arts?

Ridiculously weak!”

Man without underpants scoffed coldly, “A bunch of sick men of East Asia, defeated at a single blow!

There’s no point for the Huaxia Martial Arts Academy to exist anymore!”

However.

Saying this, he paused, his gaze seemingly unintentionally falling upon Xu Tangge and Tang Qianqian, saying, “Of course, if those two beauties are left to me.

Then I can open a karate martial arts academy here, and you could continue to stay and practice martial arts!”

Man without underpants’ words turned everyone in the martial arts hall ashen.

Xu Tangge and Tang Qianqian’s pretty faces were filled with rage.

“Cheng Huan, what do you say?”

At this moment, Zhao Riji came over, looking at Cheng Huan with a mocking smirk.

“We lost!”

Cheng Huan let out a sigh, watching as the disciples helped Yang Ji and the others up, then sighed deeply to the crowd, “We…

let’s go.”

Even a grandmaster like Yang Ji had lost; what more could they do?

And today’s competition, having lost to the Japanese, was a huge embarrassment.

Their faces filled with defeat and reluctance.

Hearing Cheng Huan’s words, they all knew they had to leave, and the National Martial Arts Academy would no longer be a part of Wulin Street.

“Wait a minute!”

Just then, Lin Tian stepped forward from beside Lin Yiyi and the others, smiling as he spoke to the crowd, “Leaving like this?

I haven’t made my move yet!”
