Madame is Pretending to be an Academic Slacker Again!

”Reporting to the Chairman, the total sum of the two transactions is approximately 12 million.”

”Reporting to the Chairman, this amount of transaction, without your signature, constitutes unauthorized selling of company assets by the handler, which should result in a sentence of more than five years.”

The subordinate quickly provided an answer.

Qin Wenrou and Mrs. Qin felt dizzy from hearing this.

Isn’t this the Qin Family’s company? Why take it so seriously?

Spending the family’s own money, why are there so many rules and restrictions?

Qin Xin said coldly, ”A company has its own rules, money isn’t something you can just take anytime you want. If you don’t properly study the ’Company Law’, you’re just a stupid and malicious thief.”

The shareholders present listened to this analysis, and each of them glared angrily at Mrs. Qin and Qin Wenrou.

At this moment, the old uncle reacted the most intensely, ”Damn, you actually sold so much, 12 million, and still kept crying poverty in front of me? With the company in turmoil recently, how much have you embezzled in total? This must be thoroughly investigated!”

Even though Mrs. Qin was his cousin, he couldn’t tolerate it anymore.

With the old uncle taking the lead, the other shareholders chimed in one after another, filled with righteous indignation, questioning Mrs. Qin on why she sold the company assets behind everyone’s backs.

Mrs. Qin was forced into a cold sweat, looking towards Qin Xin as her last hope: ”Xin’er, you know it’s not like that, the group really lacks money, without cash flow the group can’t operate, that’s why we sold the subsidiaries. Xin’er, you must say something...”

Qin Xin glanced at Mrs. Qin, who was still making excuses.

She had frequently asked Qin Xin for money, clearly stating the reason, which was for Qin Wenrou.

Qin Wenrou needed the most expensive heart surgery.

Qin Wenrou wanted to hire the most expensive private piano tutor.

Qin Wenrou wanted to hold a concert in the most prestigious music hall.

The money was not for the group’s benefit at all, it was purely for Qin Wenrou’s personal interests.

Now, she was expected to speak on Qin Wenrou’s behalf, what was she thinking?

Did she think Qin Xin was an idiot?

Qin Xin sneered, her lips barely moving, ”Send them to the police station for handling.”

Mrs. Qin collapsed back into her chair, ”Xin’er, you can’t...”

Qin Wenrou’s pupils constricted, ”Qin Xin, you’re actually sending us to the police station, do you have no humanity left?”

Qin Xin raised an indifferent eyebrow, ”Don’t want to go to jail, right? Then I’ll give you another option — hand over all your shares.”

Qin Wenrou hadn’t grasped the deep implication of this sentence, but Mrs. Qin’s breath halted.

The shares in the hands of Qin Wenrou and Mrs. Qin amounted to ten percent together, while Qin Xin held twenty percent. If they handed over their shares, Qin Xin alone would have thirty percent.

Moreover, Qin Xiaoshuang, who had always stood by Qin Xin’s side, also owned five percent of the shares, giving Qin Xin control over thirty-five percent.

In a company, having one-third of the shares makes one a major shareholder with tremendous power, with Qin Xin calling all the shots from then on.

From now on, the Qin Family would have only one person in charge — Qin Xin.

Neither Mrs. Qin nor Qin Wenrou could meddle in the company’s affairs, and more importantly, without shares, they could no longer receive dividends.

Even if the Qin Family became prosperous in the future, all the billion-dollar deals discussed today would not yield them a single penny in profit.

Mrs. Qin’s heart almost stopped, trembling as she asked, ”Xin’er, do you really have to be so ruthless?”

Qin Xin’s eyes remained cold, ”I’m giving you two options, and you’re still not satisfied? If you don’t want to choose, then see you at the police station.”

Stealing and selling company assets, it’s a punishment of more than five years.

Do you want money or prison?
