The First Store System

Chapter 1505: Breezeʼs Decision!

”I donʼt have an issue if she sells the stone to you, but I wonʼt act as the guarantor for the deal,” Aakesh understood what Katrina had in her mind.

He had no issues with Breeze selling the Mother Stone to Katrina since the borrowing function was only introduced for customers who had resources but not monetary situations.

Breeze couldnʼt help but further hesitate after hearing Aakesh. If the store owner stepped out as the guarantor, she wouldnʼt be able to do anything, even if the woman refused to pay her back. Since the woman had a seat, it was clear that she was extremely strong and had a powerful identity. She didnʼt think the city would dare to fight someone like that for her money.

Katrina, on the other hand, couldnʼt help but smile upon hearing Aakesh. If Aakesh refused, she wouldnʼt purchase the stone, but since he had no issue, she had ways to make Breeze trust her.

”You would need to leave the store to complete the trade,” Aakesh expressionlessly informed Katrina and Breeze after they came to an understanding.

Katrina didnʼt take advantage of Breeze in the deal since it happened in front of Aakesh, so she decided to purchase the Mother Stone for seven million ultimate Sacred stones.

Katrina would pay the sum using installments since she didnʼt have that kind of money with her, but the way of payment between the two went differently. There wasnʼt a fixed interval for payment. It depended on Breezeʼs needs.

If Breeze required money, she would inform Katrina about it, and Katrina would need to pay a part in three days at most after receiving the information. The payment can not be less than one thousand ultimate Sacred stones. In addition to that, Breeze would get the protection of Katrina until the payment was complete.

The protection didnʼt require Katrina to act as Breezeʼs bodyguard but to help her immediately after the request. Katrina added a condition to that. She would only protect her as long as she stayed within the borders of Thorr City. Anywhere outside the city, the protection was simply up to Breeze.

Breeze readily accepted Katrinaʼs condition. There was no need for her to go outside the city when everyone was thronging inside the city due to the store.

Katrina and Breeze had no choice but to leave the store.

Once they reached outside the store, Katrina snapped her fingers, and the next moment, an opaque barrier surrounded the two of them.

Katrina couldnʼt take the risk of a new customer walking into her purchasing the Mother Stone. It had a significant use for her, and that was why she made so many concessions for the trade.

Breeze didnʼt even notice the opaque barrier and looked around her. Once she saw there was no third person other than the two of them, she gently and respectfully took out the Mother Stone.

She had a slight hint of hesitation in her heart as she handed the stone to Katrina. Once it left her hands, an empty feeling struck her. She felt as if she had lost something extremely dear to her. Her eyes turned wet, almost on the verge of crying.

Katrina suddenly tapped on Breezeʼs forehead, and she immediately returned to normal. It was the effect of the Mother Stone.

Katrina felt a warm rush of energy flowing through her body immediately after touching the stone. She controlled herself and stored the stone in her inner world.

Katrina then took out thirty thousand ultimate Sacred stones from her store card, and when she was about to hand them to Breeze, she stopped.

Breeze didnʼt have the space ring capable of storing an ultimate stone, and neither was her inner world stable enough to hold it.

”Here is your store card,” Aakesh handed the Ultimate Store Card to Breeze after Katrina paid for it.

Breeze nodded as she took the card with shaking hands. Before coming to the store, she didnʼt even know about the ultimate grade of the stones, and now she was holding a card worth that much wealth.

”Store owner, tell me about the store products,” Breeze asked Aakesh. Her tone was still underconfident, but it was better than before.

The wealth she had received in just one installment of the many helped her regain some confidence. She was no longer poor and had gotten an opportunity that was bound to change her life for the better.

”The store currently sells six products. They are, pills, weapons, skills, cultivation arts, beasts, and Panagea…” Aakesh introduced the six products and their basic details to Breeze.

Breeze wanted to enter Panagea, but the spots had already been booked for the day, so she wasnʼt eligible for a spot. She then purchased the required pills, and once it was done, she went to the cultivation arts room to purchase an art for herself.

She had lived in poverty, so she didnʼt own a cultivation art. After several minutes, she exited the room after finding the best possible cultivation art for herself. It was an expensive product, which would force her to cry earlier. But things changed after learning about the Mother Stone. Despite it being the most expensive product she had ever purchased, it wasnʼt even worth a particle of sand in the enormous desert if compared to her wealth.

After completing the purchase of the cultivation art, she walked toward the skill room. Breeze held no hope for the beast at the moment since she needed to win the taming battle. Her condition didnʼt allow her to survive against a beast of the same level, let alone win, so she decided to postpone it to the time when she would have enough strength.

After walking into the skill room, she looked around and was awed as usual by the numerous murals painted across the wall. She then walked to the counter for Divine Transformation cultivation.

She immediately reached into the last shelf at the bottom row and pulled out a God level attacking type skill. Since she had the money, she only wanted the best for her. There was no value to money if it didnʼt help her grow stronger. After living in poverty for so many years, she knew the value of the power.

Her fortunes changed because she found a Mother Stone after the destruction of her house. But what if there were no Mother Stone?

In that situation, her already ugly situation would turn even worse, and she would even lose the shelter she had over her head. That was one of the many lessons she had learned over the past several hundreds of years.

Time flew by, and minutes passed in the blink of an eye.

Breeze reached to the last shelf in the third row and pulled out the God level movement type skill. It was her thirtieth attempt at finding a suitable skill.

A/N: Sorry, only one chapter once again. I have gotten cold, so I am only writing one chapter. I am counting the chapters I am missing. I have missed four chapters over the month and will make up for them before the end of February.

I wonʼt promise anything for the past months, and once I regain my rhythm of writing, I will announce the date of mass releases to make up for them as well.

Thanks for supporting the book!
