The First Store System

Chapter 364 – A New Day!

Chapter 364: A New Day!

After gaining six levels and thirty thousand ordinary soul stones from Ethan, Aakesh left in search of another target.

Time flew by.

[Host, the sun is about to rise in Visteerna.]

The system responded in its usual emotionless and mechanical voice, breaking Aakesh out of his concentration.

He was currently watching over his selected participant.

Seeing the situation on the screen, it could be inferred that there was still quite a time left for the selected person to gain something. Aakesh also didnʼt know just how big of a fortuitous encounter he would witness, so he decided to exit.

And, he had also gained quite a lot today. Putting aside a large number of soul stones, he had gained seven levels, one from Ethan and the other from someone else.

Aakesh was Level 50. He was standing at the peak of the Rare-level lifeform and was only a single level away from becoming an Epic-level lifeform.

Since Aakesh had already made his decision, he didnʼt wait. He deactivated his skills right away, and soon, the screen showing the scenery of his selected participant disappeared.

The next moment, he also disappeared from where he was in Panagea and appeared in the portal room inside the store.

Time flew by.

The sun rose in Visteerna. With it, it brought the augment of another day into the lives of the citizens of the Anga continent.

Several people felt excited at the prospect of what was to come, while similarly, several dreaded the future. It all had nothing to do with Aakesh.

He was currently stepping down the stairs after taking a bath and changing into a new set of clothes. Since he liked to wear light red dhoti, it was still red, and the streak of wearing the same colored dhoti for the past tens of thousands of years continued.

After Aakeshʼs feet touched the hardwood floor, completely made of Ashamba, the stairs and the door of his room disappeared.

Aakesh ignored it and took a step forward in the direction of the door. Since it could only be opened manually, he could only do the labor.

Aakesh reached the door, grabbed the handle, and slid it.

The next moment, the door of the store opened and welcomed another day in the life of the store.

As usual, there was a large crowd waiting at the door for the store to open.

Many turned solemn, seeing the door had opened. The most significant part has now arrived.

Aakesh, as usual, after opening the door, turned around and went to the chair while the customers outside the store poured in like a raging river.

In no time, the overcrowded street returned to normal.

The first 150 customers to step foot inside the store found a golden transparent light surrounding them. Excited expressions appeared on their faces, while those who didnʼt get a spot in the first group couldnʼt help but sigh in disappointment.

”Greetings, senior,” Maria smilingly greeted Aakesh since it had become her daily schedule.

Since Maria lived next to the store, she was always the first to enter the store, and now that all the members of her organization, Skylord, lived in the building, they also daily got their spots in the first group.

Aakesh only nodded in response to her greetings. Similarly, the other customers also came and greeted him. He had the same response for everyone.

After Aakesh ordered the customers to enter, those who owned cards entered, while those who didnʼt own it paid the amount to Aakesh and then entered the portal room.

Many customers, seeing the group of Pento, also bought mental healing pills, ate one, and then entered their respective portals.

A few minutes later, the store turned silent. The majority of those who had gotten spots in the second or third group sat down for meditation. The remaining went to the weapons room.

Since there were no new customers, Aakesh began his first relaxation session for the day.

Time flew by, and around an hour had passed.

Aakesh was comfortably relaxing on his chair when he heard the sound of footsteps. He didnʼt open his eyes as if the customer wanted his help; they would approach him.

Soon, he had no choice but to open his eyes as the footsteps approached him.

Aakesh looked at the owner of the footsteps, only to find a duo approaching him.

One in the duo was familiar to Aakesh as he had only met the man yesterday. It was Sarbal, the Fire Dwarf.

The other person was also a Fire Dwarf, but his height was smaller than Sarbal. Similarly, their build was also different.

If Sarbal were to be considered an adult, the other Dwarf would be thought of as a child, but Aakesh could see that the Dwarf with the smaller build was the older one in the group.

It was the duo of Sarbal and his teacher, who had arrived in the store to check whether what his disciple said was correct or not.

If Sarbalʼs yesterdayʼs statements were to be proved a lie, the teacher would punish him, as he would have wasted the time in a journey, the time he could have used in his Smithing.

”Hello, store owner,” Sarbal smilingly greeted.

His tone was completely different from yesterday. Yesterday, he talked with Aakesh as if he was conversing with a senior, but today, his expressions and tone said that he was talking to his equal. The sense of confidence came from his teacher.

His teacher wasnʼt only a peak Demigod(Level 11 fire mage), but he also belonged to one of the top five organizations of the Primal dimension.

Aakesh didnʼt care for the change in Sarbalʼs tone, so he expressionlessly nodded in response to his greeting.

”Store owner, he is my teacher, Odred,” Sarbal then introduced his teacher.

Aakesh, similar to the last time, only nodded and took a glance at the Odred standing next to Sarbal.

”Store owner-”

”Store owner, I want to test the weapons sold by your store.” Sarbal began stating his purpose for coming here, but his teacher, Odred, put a hand on his shoulder and gestured to Sarbal to let him speak.

Aakesh, in response, told him to go ahead and pointed his finger in the direction of the weapons room.

Odred thanked Aakesh and then went to the weapons room while Sarbal silently followed his teacher.
