Just Came Into Wealth, Now Renting with Three Flight Attendants

179: Helicopters vs. speedboats, a clash is imminent!Su Mei instinctively felt that those three lights were approaching the Tianhe Cruise Ship.

Although she didn’t know their identities, they were definitely not here for any good; they were certainly not good people.

”What’s wrong?”

Hearing her exclamation, the Captain looked bewildered.

”Captain, look quickly.”

Su Mei pointed out the window, ”There seem to be three speedboats on the sea. Zhang Yu... the heavenly river might be in trouble.”

”Let me see!”

Upon hearing this, the Captain immediately became highly tense.

He then looked towards the sea.

The sea was pitch black, save for the lights emanating from the body of the heavenly river.

There were only a few bright spots in the distance, moving rapidly towards the cruise ship.

As for who was on these speedboats or what equipment they had, it was completely unknown.

”Captain, we must go back and assist them!”

Su Mei said hurriedly.

”But, the enemy’s strength is unclear... we should request instructions from our superiors first...”

The Captain hesitated slightly.

After all, the helicopter was not under their jurisdiction.

Furthermore, the helicopter’s mission was to bring the criminal back.

If they returned to assist the heavenly river now, they might not only fail the mission but also risk crashing the aircraft and losing lives.

”Hahaha, you’re done for! They will kill everyone on that ship!”

The person captured in the cabin laughed maniacally at this moment.

”Shut up!” The Captain felt irritated seeing him act so arrogantly.

”It’s so late now, going through layers of requests for instructions will be far too slow!”

Su Mei became anxious.

”The people on the ship are important figures from all walks of life, and there are many foreign guests. This cruise ship belongs to our country; if something happens, the international public opinion will likely be terrible!”

”But...”

As the leader, the Captain couldn’t make up his mind at this moment.

”We must go back as soon as possible, I will bear all the consequences!”

Su Mei had already made her decision.

”Alright then!”

Looking at the situation before them, the Captain and the personnel on the aircraft could only reach a consensus.

Now that they had encountered an emergency situation while out, they had to take emergency avoidance measures to protect the safety of the personnel on the ship.

The helicopter turned around and flew back towards the cruise ship.

Inside the helicopter, Su Mei discovered a sniper rifle.

Her eyes lit up instantly.

”Can I use this gun?”

She asked.

The crew members all knew Su Mei’s identity.

Not only was she Director Su’s daughter, but she was also an outstanding graduate of the police academy.

She graduated at the top of her class in all subjects, which included shooting and sniping.

It’s just that after graduation, she surprisingly went to the Traffic Police team.

It wasn’t until recently that she joined the ranks of the Criminal Police Officer.

Seeing her wanting to use the sniper rifle, the crew members immediately felt a sense of respect.

”Officer Su, I will be your spotter later!”

In the night, sniping was clearly a greater challenge, and at such a height, one also had to consider the influence of wind speed.

Just thinking about this task, it seemed very arduous.

Yet Su Mei was determined to step forward and try.

Watching her, a sense of heroism rose in the Captain’s heart.

”Let’s go for it! As a man over forty, can I be any more cowardly than a woman!”

Thinking this to himself, he pulled the bolt of the gun a few times.

The other personnel on the aircraft, except for the pilot and the person guarding the wanted criminal, were all prepared for battle.

The helicopter roared, returning at full speed towards the direction of the heavenly river.

”Faster.”

Su Mei was anxious in her heart.

On the ship at this moment.

The night was deep; Zhang Yu walked across the deck, preparing to return to his guest room.

Then he cast a glance and saw three lights appearing on the sea ahead.

Vaguely, he could also hear the sound of speedboat motors running at full speed and cutting through the water.

Visually estimating, those bright spots were no more than 200 meters away from the cruise ship.

The outlines of the speedboats were also vaguely visible.

”Bang bang bang!”

Suddenly, a burst of gunfire came over.

Bullets struck the ship’s body, emitting a crisp metallic clanging sound.

It was not a drill.

It was not a hallucination.

This was real, the sound of bullets striking!

”Why is there the sound of bullets? Is someone watching an action movie? It’s so loud!”

In the room, Pan Yuyao and Sasha also heard this sound.
