Just Came Into Wealth, Now Renting with Three Flight Attendants

10: What are you thinking? Your aloof persona has crumbled.”Do you have someone you like?”

Wang Xiaocong was stunned for a moment, then let out a sneer. ”If I remember correctly, this is already the 20th excuse you’ve come up with. I don’t believe it. Can’t you come up with something that can actually convince me?”

”I really do have someone I like. Believe it or not, that’s up to you.”

Lu Hanxiao said.

”Who exactly is it?” Wang Xiaocong looked at her expression, unsure if she was telling the truth. He felt a bit triggered.

”As for that, I’m afraid I can’t say.”

”Lu Hanxiao, you need to think this through. I don’t have the patience to play games with you.” Wang Xiaocong looked at her. ”Even if you don’t care about yourself, don’t you care about your family? Our two families are family friends!”

”So what if we’re family friends? Did I sell myself to you?”

Lu Hanxiao smiled. ”Mr. Wang, the tea has been brewed. Please enjoy.”

At this point, it wasn’t appropriate to drag anyone else out as a shield.

Then, she turned and left the first-class cabin.

”How absurd!”

Wang Xiaocong clenched his fists. His face was flushed with anger.

”No matter who you’re talking about, if I find out, I will definitely make him pay! Dare to compete with me for a woman?”

Once back in Jiangcheng, he would have to track this person down.

”Flight Attendant Chief Lu, did Mr. Wang give you a hard time just now?”

As soon as she exited the first-class cabin, Di Xiaoba and Pan Yuyao walked up to her with concerned expressions.

”I’m fine.”

Lu Hanxiao smiled. ”This is a public place; he can’t do anything to me.”

”That’s good.”

Pan Yuyao said, ”We’re going to do a patrol. Flight Attendant Chief Lu, go take a break.”

With that, the two of them went off to work.

Lu Hanxiao watched the two girls’ pretty backs, feeling a warmth in her heart.

Working at the Airline Company, they were the only ones she could really talk to.

Suddenly, she realized something. She hurriedly called them both back.

”Flight Attendant Chief Lu, what is it?”

”I have a feeling I said the wrong thing just now.” Lu Hanxiao suddenly felt a bit uneasy.

”What did you say?”

”Just now, when Wang Xiaocong was pestering me, I said I already have someone I like.”

Lu Hanxiao’s face showed self-reproach. ”Although I didn’t tell him who it was, given the Wang family’s resources, what if they track it back to Zhang Yu? What should I do?”

”That shouldn’t be it. Zhang Yu is just our Landlord,” Pan Yuyao said, sounding confused. ”There’s no connection between you two.”

”But... Flight Attendant Chief Lu has never had any contact with any men. This young male Landlord might actually attract Wang Xiaocong’s attention!”

Di Xiaoba also vaguely guessed the situation.

Wang Xiaocong would definitely start with the places Lu Hanxiao frequented. Since Zhang Yu was the Landlord, it would be easy for him to be targeted.

”Then what do we do? Wouldn’t that be bringing innocent trouble to Zhang Yu?” Pan Yuyao’s expression showed she was anxious.

She had a crush on Zhang Yu.

”How about you make the fake relationship real and just give yourself to him?” Di Xiaoba suggested. It was unclear if she was being serious or joking.

Lu Hanxiao rolled her eyes at her. ”Nice theory, but keep it to yourself next time.”

Just like that, give herself to him? Isn’t that a bit too fast? She hadn’t even thought that far yet.

She didn’t have any special feelings for Zhang Yu right now. He was just like a stranger.

However, Di Xiaoba’s suggestion actually started to make Lu Hanxiao’s mind wander.

Zhang Yu was tall and handsome. And he seemed to have good prospects. If he became her boyfriend, that wouldn’t be bad. Subtly, it was actually quite exciting.

Ahem. What are you thinking?

Lu Hanxiao couldn’t help but scold herself internally.

Aren’t you the number one beauty and cold goddess that everyone at Airlines knows about? Didn’t you pride yourself on being unmoved by any man?

For so many years, her heart hadn’t had any ripples. How come after this Landlord appeared, suddenly...

Her mind was in chaos. Unknowingly, the plane had already returned to the skies above Jiangcheng.

The familiar city layout appeared beneath the clouds.

”We’re almost there!”

”We will be arriving at Jiangcheng Airport shortly. Passengers, please prepare for landing!”

Lu Hanxiao immediately returned to her work mode. Her standard, fluent bilingual announcement demonstrated strong professional capability. Her work ethic was impeccable.

No matter how difficult the passenger, they would eventually praise her dedicated attitude and solid work ability. Every year, she was nominated for the Airlines Best Employee award. And she won with a frequency of two out of three nominations.

”Sister Xiao’s work ability is truly enviable! If only we could be like her one day!”

Di Xiaoba and Pan Yuyao, even as women, were captivated by her charisma.

It was no wonder so many men were crazy about her. It wasn’t just those outside the company. Even within the Airline Company, many captains, tower management, and Flight Attendants had openly expressed their interest in her.

One wondered which man would eventually win over such a goddess-level Purser. Just thinking about it made one feel happy for that man.

The plane slowly touched down on the runway and taxied forward. They quickly entered work mode, guiding the passengers to leave in an orderly fashion.

After all the work was handled, the three of them left the airport and headed towards Binjiang Mansion together.

...At this time, Zhang Yu was in his duplex flat, organizing some items.

Now that he had such a luxurious house, he could move out of the rental property he had been living in before. Although the lease hadn’t expired, Zhang Yu felt no attachment to that ten-square-meter room that didn’t even have a window.

Besides, the soundproofing in the shared apartment was poor. Every time he was with Liu Ruyan, they didn’t dare make a sound. The bed frame was also loose and rickety, making for a terrible experience.

But now, the ex-girlfriend was a thing of the past. He didn’t need to huddle in that rental room anymore. Come to think of it, he should thank her. If she hadn’t asked for a breakup, he might not have activated the system.

Furthermore, witnessing Ding Kun being taken away by the police today could be considered revenge for being cheated on.

Just as he was tidying up, the door creaked open. Zhang Yu looked up and saw three Flight Attendants in uniform. It was the three tenants returning.

This was his first time seeing the three of them in uniform. Wearing small square caps, form-fitting professional suits, and black stockings with high heels, Zhang Yu couldn’t help but feel his heart race.

With such beautiful women living in the house, and more than one at that, who could stay calm? Especially when he was in his prime.

”You’re back?” Zhang Yu asked.

”Yes, we just got back to Jiangcheng.” Pan Yuyao replied, feeling her face burning. He was really handsome. Especially with the fine beads of sweat on his face, he looked even sexier.

Di Xiaoba also noticed Pan Yuyao’s thoughts. She was a total fan of good looks, and for Pan Yuyao to be so flustered in front of Zhang Yu, it was enough to show how attractive he was.

”I’m cooking noodles in the kitchen. Do you want some? I can make a few extra bowls,” Zhang Yu said.

Although he was rich now, his spending habits hadn’t changed that quickly yet, so he started cooking at home.

”Ah, Landlord, you’re cooking yourself?” Di Xiaoba was surprised. It was rare for someone so rich to cook for themselves.

”Yeah, is there a problem?” Zhang Yu said, shrugging.

”No, nothing.” Di Xiaoba looked a bit flustered at this moment. It was as if she had been struck by something invisible.

Lu Hanxiao, who had been silent, watched the two of them looking so flustered. They were still young, unable to hold it together when seeing a handsome guy.

So, Lu Hanxiao adopted a big sister tone: ”Zhang Yu, didn’t we agree on some rules...”

”Yes, but there’s only one kitchen. I’m the Landlord, I can use it, right?” Zhang Yu smiled.
