Beneath the Red Dragon

Chapter 389: Chapter 148: Sleeping Dragon (Part 2)

So, when White Dragon Camid emerged from his frost-made nest, he saw two giant dragons visiting together.

However, unlike Green Dragon Antajena, White Dragon Camid did not guard against the other dragons. This wasn’t because he had a good temperament, but because his two heads were busy arguing and fighting each other.

”Camid, you foolish creature, you ought to listen to me in the future,” the second head of White Dragon had some differences from the original head.

The white scales and fine scales on the neck and head had transformed into a dense visage and long hair, resembling young White Dragon Sloraka.

”You’re the idiot. Do you understand what being the boss means? Karon is my boss, I’m your boss, you should listen to me,”

Camid bared his teeth, growling lowly, then suddenly bit his newly grown head, clamping the long neck beneath it in his mouth.

He gargled Dragon Language in his throat and shouted, ”If you dare not listen to me, I’ll beat you to death! You nagging, annoying dragon thing!”

Initially, Green Dragon Antajena and Bronze Dragon Alina were quite interested in watching this farce, but when both heads refused to yield, they fought directly until they were both exhausted and gasping for air.

”Hey, Antajena, Alina, when did you arrive? You haven’t secretly eaten my frozen food, have you?”

Gasping, Camid finally looked at the two giant dragons boringly lying atop the mountain peak ice pile, asking with some suspicion.

The two female dragons exchanged a rather speechless glance, and ultimately Bronze Dragon Alina sighed, ”Forget it, Camid, come with us!”

So when Black Dragon Rosani awoke, he saw two silent female dragons and one white dragon fighting himself.

After this growth, Black Dragon Rosani’s head had become unlike any ordinary Black Dragon Species. The broad head had grown thick, long spines, extending along the cheeks and covering the entire face.

The chin was slightly narrower, and the spines had grown to varying short lengths, making it look particularly ferocious and scary. Especially the two dragon horns like face armor made it look like a Demon Dragon from Hell.

”Oh, seeing you makes me happy, but I’d rather greet a group of enthusiastic little mares,” Black Dragon Rosani poked his head out from the lake, carefully examining his appearance through the lake surface.

Raising imaginary ears, he wanted to hear the praises of his companions for his current form.

”You don’t look like a black dragon at all now, maybe you have other undiscovered bloodlines in you, but you are indeed mighty enough.”

Camid’s new head paused its argument and tactfully offered praise.

”Are you trying to say Rosani is not pureblood, but a hybrid dragon? I understand your meaning,”

Camid instinctively refuted the words of his other head.

The dragons looked at each other, but only Black Dragon Rosani was unconcerned, flapping his tail and emerging from the lake, proudly showcasing his new visage.

Only Blue Dragon Doss, this adolescent Blue Dragon differed from other giant dragons. Typically, after each giant dragon slumbers, their spirits become quite active, and the growth of their bloodlines makes them even more energetic.

Yet Doss appeared listless, slowly stepping out of his Dragon Nest. When he saw all the giant dragons gathered around his mountain peak nest, he couldn’t help but deeply sigh, uttering a mournful Dragon Language cry.

”Don’t tell me that I have to fulfill the responsibilities of a Giant Dragon Lord right after waking up. Even in my slumber, I kept dreaming of paperwork towering as high as a mountain pressing upon me. I feel like I haven’t slept enough and need more rest!”

White Dragon Gomot, this unique white dragon, almost woke simultaneously with Red Dragon Kleyna, although Kleyna entered sleep earlier than the white dragon, it proves the white dragon’s now potent talent.

For the first time, the Dragon Group gathered at the mountain peak and gazed at the still lifeless and deeply slumbering summit where the Master of Dragons resides.

”You’re truly a bunch of incompetents, unable even to deal with some Beastmen. Do you want to wait until Karon wakes up to sort out this mess himself?”

The irritable Kleyna scolded without reservation, her power among the Giant Dragon Lords was at the forefront, having reached fourteen meters as a young female Red Dragon’s body.

Thus, facing the young Bronze Dragon Alina, she appeared no less impressive.

”The warriors of the Dragon Group are brave and loyal, but they are too few in number. They shouldn’t be consumed excessively, or it would deplete the elite of our territory, so we’ve been delaying, waiting for you to awaken!”

Ocean Dragon Naxson spoke fearlessly. Among these Giant Dragon Lords, this Water-Attribute Giant Dragon had average talent and wasn’t outstanding in strength, but was quite rational. Although he had not yet become a Lord Giant Dragon, his status significantly increased.

Because for years, Ocean Dragon Naxson maintained order in the territory, having made considerable contributions.

White Dragon Gomot stood atop the mountain, gazing down through the clouds lingering in the mountains, at the Royal Capital he had once established which had now become a massive and sturdy giant city.

Countless residents bustling within, even the dragons atop the mountain could see those densely packed tiny figures.
