Reborn As Noble

Jaigar blew the smoke off his knuckle duster, glancing down at the beggar who lay motionless on the cracked ground.

”Hah! A beggar will always be a beggar. What a shitty asshole. You should have known your place instead of acting tough against a mighty divine weapon user like me.”

He glanced sideways at Gorak, a mocking smirk curling on his lips.

”This is how you handle a weakling, asshole. You’ve got a divine blessing from the Supreme Goddess, you’re on Supreme Leader Julius’s team, and yet you’re still a useless piece of trash who can’t do anything right. Look at me. I didn’t even use twenty percent of my power. Just four basic skills, and this lowly beggar is already finished.”

He raised one of his glowing knuckle dusters, his smirk widening.

”Meanwhile, your special flame arrow couldn’t even scratch a weakling beggar. Pathetic.”

”What did you say, asshole?! You want to die here?!” Gorak’s voice trembled with rage.

”Huh?” Jaigar glanced around with exaggerated confusion, then looked back at Gorak with a mocking grin. ”Who’s talking? Oh... ah, it’s the weakling who couldn’t even scratch a beggar. I almost forgot you were still here.”

Gorak snapped. His aura flared violently, the ground beneath him cracking from the pressure.

”I’m going to kill you right here, right now! Fuck the mission! I can do it alone without you!”

He raised his hand, and a massive greatsword materialized in his grip, its blade crackling with raw, untamed power. The air around him grew heavy, and his eyes burned with murderous intent.

”Oh?” Jaigar’s smirk widened, his eyes gleaming with excitement. ”You’re finally showing your real weapon, huh? Good, good. I was getting bored anyway. And since you said you can do it alone...” He cracked his knuckles, his aura flaring to match Gorak’s. ”I think I should just do this mission with my girls. No weaklings allowed~”

While Buddy tilted his head, he noticed Javier slowly rise from the crater with a loud yawn, stretching his arms above his head before glancing around with sleepy eyes.

”Man~ That was a good massage.”

Jaigar’s eyes widened, his jaw dropping as he stared at the beggar sat up, completely unharmed.

”H... How?!”

Javier glanced at him with a lazy grin, giving him a thumbs up. ”Hey, you’ve got talent as a masseur, you know? That was surprisingly relaxing.”

Jaigar’s eye twitched, his knuckle duster trembling in his grip.

Javier tilted his head, noticing the tension between Jaigar and Gorak. ”Huh? You two going to fight each other?” He stood up in a rush, glancing around excitedly. ”Oh, oh! Let me get some popcorn and a cold drink first!”

”Why are you...?!”

”Hmm?” Javier rubbed his chin, looking up thoughtfully. ”You mean why I don’t have a single scratch? I don’t know. Your attacks were just too weak, man.” He grinned, giving Jaigar another thumbs up. ”But hey, at least they gave my stiff shoulders and back a good massage. Gee, thanks, mate~”

Gorak smirked at Jaigar, his voice dripping with mockery.

”Oh? Someone claimed to be the mighty one, but look at that beggar still alive.” He moved forward, hoisting his massive greatsword onto his shoulder. ”Let me show you what real power is!”

Gorak leaped into the air, his aura flaring violently as he channeled his maximum power. The greatsword glowed with a fierce, crimson light as he descended, aiming to cleave Javier in half with a devastating overhead slash.

”Die, you piece of shit!”

The impact sent shockwaves rippling through the ground, followed by a deafening explosion of dust and energy as the greatsword struck its target.

”Hah! You won’t be able to survive...”

Gorak’s smirk vanished, replaced by shock as the dust cleared. His greatsword’s sharp blade was caught between Javier’s two fingers, held effortlessly in place.

Javier let out a bored yawn, his expression cold and unimpressed.

”I hate shitheads like you. I don’t have the mood to play with you or even see your face.”

With a flick of his fingers, he pulled the greatsword toward him, yanking Gorak off balance before delivering a straight, casual punch to Gorak’s face.

The impact was sharp and clean, sending Gorak flying backward, crashing into the ground with a heavy thud.

”Hmm... just one regular punch and this shithead is already unconscious? What an arrogant, weak piece of shit.”

Javier gripped Gorak’s massive greatsword, turning to Jaigar with a sheepish grin. ”Hey, hey~ Here’s the weapon you wanted, right?” He tossed the greatsword casually, and it landed with a heavy thud in front of Jaigar. ”Go ahead, absorb it. I want to see if you can entertain me more.”

Jaigar’s eyes locked onto the greatsword, a dark grin spreading across his face.

But before he could move, Gorak’s girls, filled with rage, charged toward Javier.

Just as they were about to strike him...

”Arara?”

A massive war hammer flew through the air, striking all three of them at once with a thunderous impact, sending them sprawling across the ground.

Gloria stepped forward, her hand still extended from the throw, a cold smile on her lips. ”Just because my husband doesn’t hit girls doesn’t mean you can lay your hands on him.”

”Nya! Gloria! You stole my chance!” Mimi puffed her cheeks, her tail flicking in annoyance as she stomped her foot.

From a distance, Liana stood with her hands clasped in front, accompanied by Felicia and Delya, who moved gracefully behind her, their presence calm and commanding.

Javier’s eyes widened before he swallowed hard, seeing Liana’s calm and composed expression, but her eyes held a terrifying, icy anger that sent a chill down his spine.

Ah... crap.

Mimi’s eyes lit up as she saw Garak and Marcor easily parrying all five of Jaigar’s girls. Without hesitation, she launched herself forward, a wild grin spreading across her face.

”Move over, you two! Let me have some fun, nya!”

Garak and Marcor barely had time to react before Mimi landed between them, her fists already cocked back.

”Ah... Princess Mimi, don’t...” Garak started, but before he could finish, Mimi had already unleashed a devastating combination, a jumping punch that connected with the first girl’s jaw, followed by a spinning kick that sent the second and third crashing into each other.

”Nyahahahahaha!!!” Mimi’s laughter echoed across the battlefield as she continued her assault, her movements fluid and relentless. Within seconds, all five girls lay unconscious on the ground.

She landed gracefully, glancing around at the defeated bodies before puffing her cheeks and glaring at Garak and Marcor.

”Nya! You two shouldn’t have weakened them like this! Now Mimi has no more fun, nya!”
