Roommates With Benefits [BL]

When Damien’s hands pressed gently on my hips with that questioning touch, I knew what he was after without either of us needing to say a word.

The water around us had cooled a bit, but the steam hung thick in the air, softening the bathroom’s edges.

Honestly, the idea of missionary position seemed a bit silly in the cramped tub.

But Damien being Damien, found a way to make it possible.

He carefully maneuvered me onto my back, one strong arm braced against the edge of the tub for leverage while the other supported my lower back.

The shift caused a splash of water to cascade over the edge, making us both laugh breathlessly between kisses we couldn’t seem to stop.

With my knees bent as best they could be in the tight space, I tried to wrap my legs around his waist, but one heel slipped against the slick surface, earning a low chuckle from Damien as he adjusted, his wet hair sticking to his forehead, a faint sheen of soap still visible on his shoulder.

The tub rim dug into one of my elbows for a moment before he shifted us again, and I half-heartedly protested, though the sound quickly faded into a soft murmur as he settled over me in a semi-reclined version of the position we were aiming for.

”I told you this was a terrible idea—ah—shit!”

”Architectural limitations, Sunshine,” he replied, laughing softly against my mouth while he stabilized himself more firmly on the rim, using his free hand to keep my lower back supported.

”But look at you... still opening up for me even with everything slipping around. God, I’m hooked on how you let me have you. Even when it’s messy.”

”You’re so weird...” I managed to say, but the words faded into something closer to a moan as he eased back into me carefully, the stretch familiar and welcome after the time we’d already spent together in his lap.

The water rocked around us with each careful thrust, the cooler air brushing against the damp skin of our shoulders and chests, while the warmth below heightened the slick glide of our skin.

Damien kept our faces close, never letting more than a breath’s distance creep between us, and even though the moment deepened with passion, he still checked in on my comfort and those little adjustments in angle never really faded away.

I followed his lead, tightening my legs around his waist despite the awkward angle.

The deeper connection drew a shared sound from both of us, mixing perfectly with the waves of water spilling out of the tub with every slow movement.

The humor of it lingered...the slipping, the random elbows or knees bumping against inconvenient porcelain edges, the absurd amount of water pooling on the bathroom floor that would lead to yet another vague conversation with maintenance.

But none of that took away from the intimacy we shared. Instead, it folded right into it...part of how we held each other and that soft laughter that surfaced between deeper kisses.

”Fuck...Damien! F–faster, please...!” I begged.

Damien’s free hand shifted from my hip to the center of my chest, keeping me steady, and the sensory world narrowed down to the sounds of water, the slickness of our skin, our shared breaths, and his determination to keep our faces close.

The build-up to climax remained slow and connected, even as the intensity rose, with each deep thrust rocking the water around us and pulling softer sounds from my throat that he answered with quiet praise and occasional murmurs of my name as I cried out his.

Damien surrounded me in that small space and kept one steadying hand on me at all times.

His wet hair brushed against my forehead; traces of soap enhanced the glide of our chests; the cooler air on our exposed skin with the warmth still surrounding where we were joined.

”That’s it... right there,” Damien said, his forehead pressed to mine, thrusts remaining deep and unhurried despite his breaths becoming heavier.

”Feel how hard I am for you? I keep craving this...your heat, those little sounds you make, the way you squeeze me when you’re close. I’ve gotten addicted to you.”

He went on shamelessly, as I moaned uncontrollably underneath him.

”Come on, Sunshine. Let go for me. Be my good boy and come while I’m buried deep inside you.”

”D–Damien—” My voice cracked on his name, any protest fading beneath the rising tide of sensation and that steady, possessive love in how he held me. ”I’m..I’m–”

”I know, baby. I’ve got you. Come for me... just like that. Damn, the way you feel when you break... I’m addicted to it. To you...Only you.”

When the release finally came, it was shared and close, a slow, thorough unwinding that left us both panting and still connected while the water continued to gently overflow around us.

My chest rose and fell as I panted like I had ran a marathon.

Well damn...that was one way to take a bath.

Not that we were actually clean though.

Was I even surprised at this rate? This happened every time!

Damien held on through it, one large veiny hand on my hip, the other braced so we wouldn’t slip, and the soft sounds we exchanged felt more intimate than anything louder could be.

I felt that deep certainty of being cared for settle even deeper in my chest as the last waves of pleasure faded, the sense of safety and desire still present with every point of contact.

He pulled out gently a moment later, but instead of simply settling next to me, he lowered his head and took one of my nipples into his mouth, that sudden warm and wet suction sending a sharp, overstimulated jolt through me that made my back arch against the porcelain and drew a startled sound from my throat.

I glared down at him, trying to keep my breath steady, one hand finding his wet hair in a half-hearted attempt to protest.

”Was all of that not enough for you, asshole?” I managed, my tone tinged with the familiar irritation that never quite masked how little I actually wanted him to stop. ”Seriously?!”

For some reason, maybe because I was very sensitive there.

Damien had a soft spot for my nipples and never failed to play with them until they were sore as hell.

Damien pulled back just enough to look up at me with a slow, unapologetic smirk, his lips brushing the damp skin of my chest.

God, he was so hot...

Why was he so hot?!

”I’m kind of insatiable when it comes to you, Sunshine. You should’ve figured that out by now.”

He leaned in again, pressing another soft, kiss to the same spot before adding, with warmth and a hint of humor in his voice, ”But I’ll settle for the sex for now. Mostly.”

After that, we talked about the flooded floor and how ridiculous we must look tangled together in a tub that was clearly not made for this kind of fun, along with a dry observation from Damien about whose idea this bath had been in the first place.

I felt a quiet happiness in the moment, still surprised by its depth, the absence of urgency and the ease of remaining close while the water cooled around us.

Damien seemed just as relaxed, one hand resting possessively on my thigh beneath the water, pressing soft kisses to my shoulder or temple whenever our conversation drifted into comfortable silence.

We stayed like that for quite a while, exchanging lazy touches and bits of conversation that didn’t need to become anything heavier than simply being present with each other.

Wet hair hung over our faces; the edge of the tub kept nagging at any joint that rested against it; the bathroom floor clearly needed towels we weren’t ready to get up and grab.

But none of that mattered.

Damien’s forehead rested near mine most of the time, his free hand tracing slow, absent circles on my hip.

For one more morning, it felt like we had all the time in the world to love eachother like this.
