Roommates With Benefits [BL]

As I rinsed his hair carefully, I could sense a shift in the air, something new yet familiar.

I noticed it first in how my hands slowed down, almost instinctively lingering at the base of his neck before tracing down to the curve of his shoulder.

My curiosity had definitely grown...a whole lot bolder over the past month.

I felt how his breathing changed, drawing in deeper breaths that made his chest rise under my palms as my fingers continued to explore his skin, gliding over the subtle contours of his muscles that tightened then relaxed beneath my touch.

Without missing a beat, he tilted his head back against my shoulder, giving me easier access.

There was a quiet thrill in that simple act of trust, mixing with the humor from earlier when I accidentally got shampoo everywhere.

”Careful,” he said softly, his voice lower than it had been, ”or I might start thinking you’re trying to seduce me on purpose.”

I let my hands roam slowly over his chest, feeling his heartbeat quicken beneath my palm.

Maybe I was...

”Be quiet.” I mumbled.

I started kissing along the side of his neck, my lips brushing against the damp skin with soft touches that tasted of fresh water and a hint of salt.

Damien made a little sound of approval and turned just enough to bring our mouths together.

The kiss began soft and slow, a lingering exchange that felt intimate, carrying the warmth of laughter we shared moments before.

Damien’s smile curved against my mouth, slow and knowing. His hands stayed firm on my hips, guiding the unhurried roll of our bodies beneath the water.

‎

‎”Look at you,” he murmured, voice low and warm against my lips. ”Acting all put-upon when you’re the one who started this. Kissing me like you can’t help yourself.”

‎

‎I huffed, the sound half annoyance, half something softer.

He was right of course. But you know me.

I always had to argue back.

”I was washing your hair. You’re the one who tilted your head back like some—”

‎”Like someone who knows exactly what he wants?” Damien finished, nipping lightly at my lower lip.

The water lapped against our skin as I continued my exploration, finding the spots that made him groan, like just below his collarbone or the softer skin on the side of his ribs, until he covered my hand with his, pressing it firmly against him.

As his lips moved against mine, his patience deepened the kiss, our tongues mingling in a way that made the small tub feel even more private.

I could feel his body leaning back against me, the heat radiating from him, and I felt my hands grow bolder, sliding lower across his stomach in a way that felt so natural.

Damien’s hands found their way beneath the water too, moving along my thighs then up to my hips, his fingers squeezing possessively.

It sent another wave of warmth through me.

He pulled me closer until our chests touched, water sloshing gently around us, creating soft sounds that mixed with our steady breathing.

As I explored him with more determination, learning the pressures that made him gasp, he tilted his head further, deepening the kiss.

And I met him with equal eagerness, the earlier playfulness transforming into something more intense yet still tender.

We shifted positions naturally in the confined space as the heat built between us. Damien turned, so we faced each other, water rising and falling around us, and he guided me forward until I was on his lap, our chests pressed together, my legs framing his hips.

This new setup brought us even closer, the limited space of the tub making every part of our bodies touch.

His thumbs traced slow circles just above my hipbones. ”You’re allowed to want it, Sunshine...no need to pretend. I’m all yours.”

Now...that’s what I liked to hear.

‎My ears burned.

I glared at him as best I could while straddling his lap, water lapping around us.

”You’re just...insufferable.”

”Mm.” He rolled his hips up in a deliberate, lazy grind that made my breath catch. His voice dropped further, intimate and amused. ”And you’re shy and grumpy and so fucking eager for my dick. It’s adorable.”

My face caught on fire as I stared at him with wide eyes.

And I thought I’d had been hiding my desire for him pretty fucking well.

”Shut up,” I muttered, but the words came out thinner than I meant them to.

My hands tightened on his shoulders, betraying me as I rocked forward again, chasing the slick friction.

‎

His hands were firmly placed at my hips, holding me steady with that characteristic warmth and affection, his thumbs tracing gentle circles on my wet skin as we kissed again, this time deeper and more open-mouthed, the tastes of coffee and clean water lingering between us.

‎Damien’s laugh was quiet, almost fond. He leaned in, lips brushing the shell of my ear.

”Why don’t you make me. Or better yet...tell me what you want. Use that pretty mouth of yours for something other than complaining.”

‎

‎I turned my face away, heat crawling down my neck.

”You’re enjoying this way too much, asshole.”

‎

”Of course I am.” One of his hands slid up my back, then down again, possessive and slow like he had all the time in the world.

”I’ve got you in my lap, all flushed and stubborn, pretending you’re not aching for it. It’s the best view in the house.”

‎He kissed the hinge of my jaw, then lower, teeth grazing gently.

”Come on, Sunshine. Be honest for once. You like when I fuck you, you like when I make you ask for it.”

‎

‎A small, frustrated sound escaped me. I pressed closer anyway, chests slick and warm, the water shifting around our movements.

”I hate how good you are at this.”

‎

‎”No you don’t.” Damien’s hips guided mine into a deeper, slower rhythm, his breath hitching just enough to show he wasn’t unaffected.

”You love it. You just hate how much you love it.” His free hand found mine under the water and laced our fingers together, squeezing once.

”So stop scowling and kiss me properly. Or keep scowling...both work for me.”

‎

‎I kissed him hard instead of answering, partly to shut him up, partly because the low, teasing cadence of his voice was doing ruinous things to my composure.

He met me with equal heat, smiling against my mouth like he’d won the lottery or something.

”Oliver,” he murmured against my lips, his tone a mix of praise and demand. ”Baby...”

Hearing my name said like that sent a warm certainty settling low in my stomach.

I responded by rolling my hips against him, the slickness under the water creating a soft friction that made him release a low sound I felt more than heard.

His grip tightened for a moment before easing into something softer, guiding me into a slow rhythm that caused the water to lap higher against the tub’s sides.

Every movement was deliberate and unhurried, the sensations of the warm water, cooler air, and our bodies fitting together heightening the build of intensity.

As the tenderness deepened into passion, my hands grew more purposeful.

I traced the lines of his back and shoulders, teasing him in ways that made his breath hitch.

Meanwhile, Damien’s hands moved with intent, around me, pulling me closer, the gentle squeezes at my thighs or the small of my back holding that quiet possessiveness that felt like a natural part of how we were together.

Soft gasps and breathless sounds slipped out from me without thinking as the friction under the water intensified, and he responded to each with low, warm praises whispered against my ear or my neck.

”That’s it.” He whispered, ”that’s a good boy.”

The space in the tub kept everything intimate, our bodies close, water gently moving alongside the slow grind of hips and deeper kisses.

Steam rose around us, softening the bathroom’s edges and making the outside world feel far away, while the mix of heat and cool air kept every touch alive and immediate.

I felt the steadiness of Damien’s control even as his breathing grew heavier, watching me with that familiar protective gaze now softened to something purely present.

When I shifted slightly, changing our angle, he adjusted with me, guiding without force, and our shared rhythm built slowly, leaving room for quiet laughter when an enthusiastic movement sent a wave of water splashing over the edge.

”We’re going to flood the bathroom again,” I managed to say between kisses, a little breathless, still tinged with the easy humor that had been part of our morning.

I remembered that day vividly, and well...

Let’s just say it was quite difficult explaining to the plumber and head of the building how that could have possibly happened.

Damien’s smile was slow and warm against my mouth.

”Totally worth it,” he murmured, then kissed me deeper, his hands tightening at my hips while the slow, purposeful movements beneath the water kept rising.
