Marvel: All My Incarnations Are S-Class Villainesses

Chapter 139: Chapter 139: Annie: As Long as the Little Tree Stands, I Won’t Fall

Even though the rank was the lowest Sumire had pulled so far, she wasn’t disappointed at all.

After all, strength is just a temporary matter of the current version, but Annie Leonhart is truly badass!

Annie is beautiful and cold, and while she is a villain, she isn’t bloodthirsty; she has her bottom line and hasn’t lost her humanity, sometimes even being a bit cute.

At critical moments, she shows no mercy, being decisive in her killing and cold-blooded in her methods, and the process is truly a sight to behold.

She was almost the villain with the strongest sense of oppression in the early stages of Attack on Titan.

In the early days, when the protagonist group led by Eren still knew nothing about the World, her appearance was simply a despair-inducing dimensional strike.

She trampled the members of the Survey Corps like ants, and because of that, along with later killing all the members of the popular Levi Squad in a one-on-three fight, she was hated by many viewers, but Sumire still quite liked this ”wicked woman.”

Mainly, she’s just really cool. As the Female Titan whose stats were at the bottom among the Nine Titans, her skill completely made up for it. She fought successive battles against the Levi Squad, Eren in Titan form, and two Ackermans, winning almost all of them.

In the end, she only lost to the Captain, and Sumire felt she was already incredibly powerful.

However, she is indeed somewhat weak, especially when placed in the Marvel Universe.

Her stats are the absolute bottom of the barrel, and her abilities are quite plain. She can be understood as an Ant-Man who can only grow a little bit, or an absolute budget version of Ultraman.

She can only play in low-level matches. The only thing worth mentioning is... she can harden... to be precise, after transforming into a Titan, she can harden parts of her flesh to strengthen her defense and attack power, but in the end... it’s just Hardening.

Well, this ability sounds more than just a little bit worse than the other Incarnations, so she’s a C-rank Incarnation.

She simply can’t compare to a talent monster like Lux, a concept-level devil like Reze, or a wicked woman like Perona who has Negative Ghosts by her side.

This isn’t Annie’s fault; it’s mainly because the power level of Attack on Titan itself is very low.

The reason humans in there are so miserable is mainly because their technology is too backward.

Their tech tree is completely skewed, roughly equivalent to a bit more than the Middle Ages, and only slightly caught up to the level of World War II in the later stages.

Take the greatest weapon of the Titan World—The Rumbling.

Even with The Rumbling...

Forget about the Marvel Universe; even in a modern World, this thing is a crisis that could be solved with a few nukes. it’s not even close to being World-ending.

While Makima was talking to the instructor, Sumire opened Annie’s panel—
