Reincarnated With A Glitched System: Why Is My MP Not Running Out?

“Waaah! Wawah!”

Aquarina smiled while playing with her little sister, Esmeralda, who had just woken up from her nap the moment she heard everyone arriving back home.

She was just born this morning, but unlike other human children who would be deep asleep or drinking milk, Amazonian babies were every active and smart from birth.

Perhaps a way to survive in the dangerous wilderness, they were stronger humans more adapted to the dangerous and wild world outside, hence, since birth, they already knew how to crawl around and even point at things and ask for other things.

In just a year, they learn how to speak and walk, and in three years they begin hunting on their own, quite like how Aquarina developed.

“Heheh, how have you been Esmeralda? Are you hungry?”

“Waaah…!”

Little Esmeralda grabbed Aquarina’s arm and then began biting her, although she had no teeth, so it was just cute painless bites.

“Haha! What are you doing biting your sister?”

“Wiiiwaahh…!”

The baby made more cute noises, as she started climbing Aquarina’s arm, getting to her head and grabbing her hair.

“Hmph!”

“Ouch!”

Aquarina cried as Esmeralda suddenly pulled her white colored hair rather strongly!

Amazonian babies couldn’t be underestimated, they were quite formidable.

“H-Hey don’t pull my hair- hahaha!”

However Aquarina was far stronger, something like that wasn’t really going to hurt her that much either way.

She quickly grabbed her sister gently, and then moved her towards her legs, kissing her forehead while looking at her big, emerald-colored eyes.

“Aren’t you quite mischievous, hm? You’re a troublemaker in the making already, haha!”

“Bubuh!”

Esmeralda waved her arms around cutely, there was no purpose other than she seemed hyperactive after sleeping a lot and drinking lots of milk.

“I love you…”

Aquarina hugged her as Esmeralda stretched her little arms and imitated her hug. Aquarina then kissed her little forehead again and again.

“Mooch, mooch, mooch!”

“Heheheh!”

And because the kisses were ticklish, little Esmeralda ended giggling very loudly.

“Uwah, aren’t you the cutest little thing in the world? I will make sure to protect you, you heard me? Leave it all to your big sis!”

“Wawaah?”

“Yep! I’m super strong, you know?”

“Oooohh!”

“Hahaha! Yeah!”

It felt as if she understood a bit, even though she probably didn’t even understand a single thing.

The smell of food was in the air already, and Esmeralda was also growing restless, looking at her mama and her papa cooking with Agua’s mother.

“What? Are you hungry? I thought babies only drank milk! I don’t think you can eat fish yet, little lady.”

Aquarina quickly held her up, but Esmeralda got angry, moving around and struggling.

“Uuuh! Muuuh!”

“Okay, okay, sorry…”

She quickly placed her down on the ground, as Esmeralda slowly crawled away at a very rapid speed, getting to her mother’s leg.

“Aaabaah!”

“Hmm? Esmeralda? This is the kitchen, not a place for babies… Aquarina!! You said you were going to look after her!”

“Y-Yeah, yeah I know mom sorry!”

Aquarina ran to the kitchen and grabbed Esmeralda, gently carrying her sister in her arms while Esmeralda began looking at the kitchen and growing angrier.

“Awaaahh!”

She wanted to go with her mother… but her mother was busy!

“C-Come on! You like being with your big sister right?”

“Wawah! Waaaahhh!”

With an angry roar, the newborn baby started crying very loudly.

“Awaaaahhh! Waaaaahhh!”

Her cries reverberated through the entire house and even outside.

“C-Come on, calm down… there, there…”

Aquarina struggled being a big sister, gently patting her little sister’s back to calm her down, moving around gently.

As she made her way to her friends, Silvia and Justicio looked at her and giggled lightly.

“Haha, having trouble, Aquarina?” Justicio rubbed it into her. “I guess it must be harder than fighting any Tier 8 monster.”

“I-It’s… surprisingly hard,” Aquarina sighed.

“Heheh, come on don’t tease her like that Justicio!” Silvia giggled, although she went along with him for the majority of the time. “We’re lucky we don’t have siblings ourselves…”

“Yeah, I wouldn’t be able to live like that…” Justicio sighed. “I would run away right away.”

“Hey! It’s not so bad! Sylphy has her little brother, and she has been taking care of him as well, her mother does most of the work though…” Said Aquarina. “Not like I’ll do it all on my own, it just these few times sometimes…”

“Wuwahh…” Esmeralda looked at Silvia and Justicio, curious about them, it seemed she had finally stopped crying.

“Come on baby girl, don’t cry all the time,” Silvia said with a gentle smile. “Wanna see a trick? Look.”

She showed her a mass of golden and silver colored spiritual nanobots, which spun around, turning into little butterflies.

“Oowaaah!”

Esmeralda was amazed, looking at them while raising her little hands, trying to catch them.

“Haha, looks like that worked.”

Justicio seemed rather happy seeing her play around.

Although he said he would run away if he had to take care of a kid, he was obviously exaggerating.

Agua and Quetz walked towards Esmeralda too.

“Ahh! She’s so cute, Aquarina…!” Agua was happy to finally get a better look at the little baby.

“Owah…?” Esmeralda looked at Agua while tilting her head.

“A child… it has been so long since I saw one,” said Quetzalcoatl. “They’re quite rare in my tribe, we don’t reproduce too quickly so we don’t have too many mouths to feed.”

“I-Is that so…” Agua muttered, looking at Esmeralda. “Well, that doesn’t matter right now, right? She’s a baby, a newborn child, and she was born in this village. Even if she won’t stay here, this makes her a child of the Oasis… or perhaps the Cliffs? Well, either way, what I was trying to say is that you should… Um, appreciate life.”

“Hahaha, you got a bit confused about what to say, huh?” Aquarina laughed.

“I do appreciate it, Agua,” Quetz smiled with a nod. “I’m glad life and people still exist here… And you have a lovely sister, Aquarina.”

“Heh! Right? She’s the cutest!” Aquarina giggled with a bright smile, kissing Esmeralda’s little face again.

“Buubuh…” Esmeralda furrowed her eyebrows and put her hand on Aquarina’s face, she didn’t want any more kisses.

“Ouch!”
