Reincarnated With A Glitched System: Why Is My MP Not Running Out?

Something really weird was going on with Red and Redy after they absorbed the System Seed, in fact, it was supposed to be only for Red, but it somehow also transferred its powers to Redy! I didn’t understand.

FLASH!

I saw that Redy also gained a faint aura similar to the System Aura from the beginning. And then, their auras connected, and the System Seed’s presence resurfaced.

It was strange! For a moment it was completely gone, but then the next moment, it was back to full power, and working as intended, and as normal!

And it somehow connected them?!

“T-This is beyond… what I thought!” Alice gasped. “It worked! But it also changed? The system… Wait, is it because they’re so weak that their power going against the System Seed was simply not enough and it managed to get through? Incredible! Red and Redy might be the only True Demonic beings capable of getting a system seed working, Sylphy!”

“And it’s because they’re weak? Okay that’s a bit hilarious…” I giggled. “Congrats you guys! You were successful little experiments!”

“Gyuuhh!”

“Gubo!”

They were too adorable, I’m glad I summoned them out of that Hell so they can live better lives in this world, definitely.

Ding!

[Your Contracted Lesser Demonic Beast [Red] has successfully absorbed the System Seed!] [However, because the Soul Origin of [Red] was the opposite of what the System Seed was, there were a few problems involved.]

[The System Seed was unable to fully assimilate with [Red] but found out it was possible to compensate by also letting [Redy] be assimilated.]

[The reason being that both [Red] and [Redy] apparently belong to the same {Soul Origin} and could be assimilated at the same time.]

[Because the System has been slightly damaged and it had been restructured, changes to the Status have been given.]

“Okay, so something definitely changed…” I nodded. “Did you read this Alice?”

“Yes I immediately administrated the information as I received it from the System Seed,”

Alice nodded. “It seems that both Red and Redy are catalogued as the same… Soul Origin? So it’s two bodies but they share the same soul! How strange.”

“So that’s how their kind works?” I wondered. “Hmm, okay, let me see Red’s Status then… or Red and Redy Status? Or every future child status as well?”

“Oh wow, so this is your Status, Red?!” I gasped. “Aren’t you quite the little goober? Just what is this? Haha! Your stats are so low…”

“Gyuuhh!”

Red seemed a bit offended, getting angry and “stomping” the floor with its little body, Redy was clueless and didn’t know what was happening.

When I tried to check Redy’s Status, Red Status appeared again…

Oh okay, so that’s how it works, Red is the Status of the two combined? Wait, so if he divides more, can his stats increase exponentially too?

Hmm, this does give room for a lot of interesting things.

“He only has three Skills, huh?” Alice checked them. “But they all seem to make sense to me. True Demonic Soul Origin, it is the embodiment of his special Soul, Body Division and Connection is the embodiment of Red’s power to divide and maintain the same soul in several bodies, and then there’s the last one, probably the origin of its deadly bite! Evil Gluttonous Bite!”

“Yeah, he shows some great promise,” I said. “He also lacks MP, and it was replaced by Demonic Energy, but I guess that makes some sense.”

“Perhaps that was also one of the reasons the System had difficulties assimilating it, it usually needs MP to function, but if it changed it might have become a Demonic System now or something, as it adapted to Red’s little Demonic Energy instead.” Alice explained.

“Oh, I hope that’s okay with the little dudes, and they don’t feel uncomfortable, that’s all I care about honestly,” I looked at the two little Imps cuddling with one another, about to go to sleep again.

“You guys’ sure love sleeping, huh?” I sighed. “You are very weak though; we’ll need to bring you to level up pretty soon! I hope you’re up for the task.”

“Gyuhh…”

They ignored me again, as if I wasn’t even here!

“You should store them in the dimension for now,” said Ignatius. “Unless you want to see all your stuff bitten away by them.”

“Hmmm, true,” I nodded. “But they look so cozy in there though! Is it really ok to be this cruel? Won’t my actions be punished eventually?”

“Y-You’re overexaggerating, Sylphy…” sighed Yggdra. “But I guess that’s how you are, you

do get overly attached with things sometimes.”

“Well, yes, I can attest to that,” Furoh laughed. “But it is also one of Lady Sylphy’s greatest strengths, yes, I would go as far as saying that without a doubt.”

“Aww, Furoh, aren’t you a sweetheart?” I said, petting their heads. “Okay! I’ll evolve you

first.”

“E-Evolve? Oh right! The evolutions!” Ignatius said. “So it’s finally our turn?!”

“Not yet for you! I have yet to secure your super expensive materials Ignatius,” I said. “We’ll need to go to the super dangerous dungeon to get them and that won’t be easy. So be

patient.”

“What?!” Ignatius complained. “Dammit! T-This better be damn worth the wait!”

“I’m sure it will, don’t worry buddy,” I said, winking at him. “Now! Alright, let’s quickly start

evolutions. I’ll do them right here because I just don’t have the energy to go inside my Dungeon anyways. Glutton! Open up, bring all the materials we talked about!”

“Waarrff!”

Glutton opened his mouth and vomited a huge amount of items, he made sure not to leave

them covered on drool this time, so they were all fine and dry, as they should be.

“Let’s scrive a magic circle here and there… And then, let’s start!”

Furoh, Glutton, Beelzebub, and Brownie were evolving today.
