Bombarding Cultivators with Cluster Artillery

Millions of tanks relentlessly advanced through the sea.

Dragging swathes of white waves, mingled with chunks of flesh and blood of sea monsters.

Fierce storms and towering waves struck down from time to time, smashing into the neat tank formations, scattering them all over. Many were even smashed into the deep sea, hundreds of meters down, as if they had suffered an overwhelming disaster.

But after a while, when the colossal waves dissipated, the amphibious tanks resurfaced, re-forming into their orderly formations without any change.

Within the pervasive scent of blood that spanned hundreds, if not thousands of kilometers,

Even the deep-sea monsters learned to be humble.

Any that smelled the scent of the tank army’s oil from over a hundred kilometers away would flee far, no longer considering themselves the overlords of the deep sea, nor seeing the need to uphold the dignity of such.

”Ahead, Mokestone Island, with a size of several thousand kilometers and a population of over eight million.”

In the legion’s channel, Jin Lingfeng’s voice rang out.

The tank army that blotted out the sky and sun rushed onto the beach, with seawater cascading off the armor, leaving trails on the sand.

After advancing several kilometers inland, a tank battalion paused, making slight adjustments to their cannons

Whoosh, whoosh!

Thirty-six armor-piercing bullets controlled by Spirit Particle Sonar flew into a small city’s temple twenty-something kilometers away, splitting precisely into more than a dozen pieces—penetrating the skulls of fanatical Buddhists and upper floors of the temple.

Then magic was used to inscribe a warning on the walls of the Daxiong Hall, ”Erect a Buddha statue and die.”

The surrounding tank battalions each had their tasks, using Spirit Particle Sonar to scan nearby cities, and whenever they found the soul fluctuations of fanatical Buddhists, an armor-piercing bullet that would not cause collateral damage roared their way.

Once everything was done.

No matter whether the civilians in the city and temple were alarmed or frightened, the tank army thunderously rumbled over the land, driving off into the distance.

”The Buddha Enemy is right ahead!”

”The Supreme Treasure Tripod Maitreya is watching over you, you can ascend to the Western Paradise after death, and each of you will have thirty-six beautiful wives, with no worries about food, drink, or clothing!”

”This is the blessing Maitreya has bestowed upon us all!”

In front of the Iron Tide, more than a hundred thousand elite troops of the Buddhist nation stood out in their bright armor and gleaming weapons, with each soldier exuding a powerful presence, being at least at the peak of a segment of physical prowess.

”Kill!”

”Kill the Buddha Enemy! Ascend to the Paradise!”

Under the encouragement of the monastic military chaplains, the army’s morale soared!

Shield bearers at the front, spearmen at the rear, and squads of red-armored cavalry composed entirely of Inner Qi Realm Martial Artists roamed on either side of the main force, ready to deliver a decisive, fatal blow at the critical moment of the clash between the two armies.

In the core of the army, several generals of the Xiantian realm were filled with deep despair.

”The Buddha Treasure Tripod Maitreya Sect does have one commendable aspect.”

Jiang Ding nodded slightly, ”They didn’t let the commoners come out to die senselessly but rather had the army come out to fight, demonstrating at least a bit of backbone.”

Yes, in his view, the group wielding cold weapons were indeed an army.

Holding weapons, burning with the desire to kill, disciplined and orderly, each one possessed the absolute characteristics of an army, regardless of strength.

Whoosh, whoosh!

After multiple scans ensuring there were no other ambushes, hundreds of incendiary shells, augmented with exorcism spells, were fired, each covering several hundred meters, engulfing the shouting red-armored forces ahead, with chunks of flesh and flames rising, restoring calm.

”What resolve could He possibly have?”

An Siyan spoke with disdain, ”The massive death of followers would cause Him injuries. If not for the concept of the Xianmen Sect, He would definitely be in a lot of pain right now, and wouldn’t dare to willingly expand this trend.”

Over these twenty-some days,

The four-million-strong tank army swept over each inhabited island in the sea, meticulously cleansing the temples and fanatical Buddhists of the Buddha Treasure Tripod Maitreya Sect, with tens of thousands of temples and Buddha statues destroyed.

The East Sea was beginning to recover its former state.

Days later, after this large island with nearly ten million people was swept clean, the troops once again entered the sea.

”Next, Wood Spirit Island, a populous island with hundreds of millions of inhabitants, can be described as a mini continent. It is one of the eight most important strongholds of the Maitreya Sect’s Treasure Tripod, there might be...”

An Siyan was reporting the battle plan when suddenly, he saw the expression of the young man in blue change in the communication screen before him.

”There will be.”

Jiang Ding shook his head, ”Incense Fire gods, I’ve seen such emotionally charged actions.”

Inside the third-stage Spirit Particle Sonar of the super Air-Space Warplane,

a dense mass of enemies was coming, and amidst the strong scent of incense, at the forefront was a half-human army with various strange horns on their heads and thick scales for armor, ranging from Foundation Building Stage to Qi Cultivation Stage, numbering in the hundreds of thousands.

He sent the appearance and aura intelligence of these people to the legion’s channel.

”They are from the Gandharva department of the Buddha’s eight divisions, with many growing horns, half-incense creations, often carrying things like large drums and bronze bowls as Magical Tools, skilled in Illusion and Attack,

created from the fusion and transformation of believers’ Divine Souls and Demon Beasts. This is an army that the Buddha gods like a lot, easy to produce, cost-controlled, and not weak in strength.”

An Siyan explained at once to everyone, with three Jade Slip Magic Tool Embryos surrounding him, which stored extremely rich information.

Another type of enemy was humanoid, pitch-black all over, with an ugly face and four arms, holding a Seven-stringed Zither in its hands, with fingers on the zither’s strings.

”From the Buddha’s eight divisions, there’s the Ganges Department, also called the Incense God Department, the seekers of fragrance. The way they are created is similar; it is said that whenever Buddha wishes to listen to music, he would burn a stick of incense, and the King of the Ganges would bring his followers to play, with methods of creation being similar, adept at sound-based Magic.”

”Within every division of Buddha’s eight divisions, there must be a chief...”

An Siyan’s words came to a abrupt halt.

Amidst solemn and respectful Buddhist chants, a figure of Maitreya Buddha with hands in prayer and six arms behind, each holding a Buddha Treasure, appeared, shining brightly.

To one side, King Gandharva with giant horns on the head and holding a large drum, and the pitch-black King of the Ganges holding a Seven-stringed Zither, stood there respectfully, both emitting the terrifying aura of someone in the Middle Jindan Stage.

”Buddha Enemy!”

”Lay down your butcher knife, and become a Buddha on the spot!”

”...Take refuge in my Buddha...”

The voice of Treasure Tripod Maitreya was like a bell, filled with endless compassion, golden soundwaves spreading in all directions.

Boom!

Boom-boom, boom-boom-boom...

Next to him, King Gandharva’s arms were knotted with muscles, smashing fiercely into the drum skin, while the surrounding followers with various horns struck their large drums and bronze bowls simultaneously.

King of the Ganges and her four-armed followers plucked the zither strings, melodious and rhythmic.

Large drums, bronze bowls, and Seven-stringed Zithers—the various musical instruments were played in unison by hundreds of thousands of mythological figures from Buddha’s divisions.

In an instant, flowers rained from the sky, and golden lotuses sprung from the ground, as golden soundwaves and Swastika Runes spread in all directions, all of them surging towards the young man in blue in the sky.

The voices of countless people whispered in his ears, teaching earnestly, urging him towards the light, to take refuge in Buddha, such was the destiny he had cultivated over many lives.

”...Wicked beast, won’t you wake up!”

With everything set up, Treasure Tripod Maitreya brought his hands together and rebuked from above.

No response was elicited.

All the Xianmen Cultivators looked at this Incense Fire god strangely, as the barrage of firepower was unleashed.

”Another one who curses me.”

The young man in blue, not particularly angry at being surrounded by countless golden ripples, golden lotuses, and Swastika Runes, expressed curiosity, ”How did you come up with this curious idea?”

”Using an Illusion charm Magic to deal with someone who has grasped Sword Intent?”

Hum!

The cannon of the super Air-Space Warplane glowed blue, the runic patterns of a high-grade third-stage Magnetic Field Spirit Power Gathering Formation flashed within kilometers, bursting with the terrifying Sword Intent of Destruction.

A Blue-Gold Flying Sword slowly emerged, locking onto the core of the Belief in Incense.
