First Intergalactic Emperor: Starting With The Ancient Goddess

He glanced at one line: [Hybrid Class Support: Enabled]

”What’s this hybrid class support thing?”

Oliver shrugged, then explained, ”Normally, you pick your primary class at Level 1. At Level 10, you unlock your secondary class. Then at Level 50, you unlock the Hybrid slot. It lets you fuse both classes into a unique hybrid with double the passives, access to both class skills, and even unlocks special fusion skills.”

He added, ”But since you skipped straight to Level 50 without playing the game properly, you haven’t gained any experience with class types. So you’ll need to manually choose them now.”

Xavier selected [Swordsman] as his primary.

Prompt: [Upgrade to Blade Knight? Requires 5 Class Materials.]

He confirmed.

[Class Upgraded: Swordsman → Blade Knight (Lv. 5)]

Then he chose [Mage] as his secondary.

[Upgrade to Arcane Caster? Confirm?]

He upgraded again.

[Class Upgraded: Mage → Arcane Caster (Lv. 5)]

Once both hit Lv. 5, a new prompt blinked.

[Combine Classes? Blade Knight + Arcane Caster → Mystic Blade]

He confirmed.

[Hybrid Class Created: Mystic Blade (Primary)] [Secondary Class Slot: Empty]

Xavier picked [Warlock] and leveled it to 5.

[Class Upgraded: Warlock → Abysscaller (Lv. 5)]

Then another combine prompt:

[Mystic Blade + Abysscaller → Riftblade]

Xavier tapped confirm.

[Hybrid Class Upgraded: Riftblade (Primary)] [Secondary Class Slot: Empty]

Finally, he chose [Summoner] and upgraded it to Lv. 5.

[Class Upgraded: Summoner → Spirit Host (Lv. 5)]

Then:

[Riftblade + Spirit Host → Riftlord]

[Final Hybrid Class: Riftlord (Locked)] [Secondary Class Slot: Locked (unlocks at level 100)]

Oliver whistled. ”Holy crap. That class name alone sounds like a boss fight.”

”Yeah,” Xavier said. ”Let’s see if I can finally use those class relics.”

He opened his inventory. Several items had just unlocked — 2 Mythic, 4 Legendary. He ignored the Epic tier trash.

[MYTHIC UNLOCKED: Echoblade of the Riftlord] +350 Strength +200 Intelligence Passive: Dimensional Howl — Every 5 hits releases a shockwave.

[MYTHIC UNLOCKED: Veil of Endless Night] +300 Intelligence +150 Stealth Passive: Dusk Mantle — Increases damage in darkness zones by 25%.

Xavier hit [EQUIP ALL].

Light flared again. His model updated — darker, sleeker, dripping with magic and menace.

Oliver just stared at the screen. ”Bro. You ARE the endgame.”

”What about you?” Xavier asked, folding his arms. ”Your stats. Level. Show me.”

Oliver rubbed the back of his head and looked away. ”Man... you really wanna know?”

”Don’t make me ask again.”

Oliver sighed. ”Level 43.”

Xavier blinked. ”That’s it?”

”I’ve been playing for five years, alright?” Oliver said. ”Never spent a single dollar on the game. I just play for fun, you know? Timepass. Never tried to compete.”

Xavier opened his inventory and dragged out all the leftover Legendary gear — the ones he hadn’t sold. Swords, accessories, armor pieces, rings, everything.

Oliver squinted. ”What are you doing? You selling that stuff now?”

”Nope.” Xavier threw the entire batch at Oliver’s feet. ”They’re yours.”

Oliver stepped back. ”What? No. Hell no. I told you, I don’t play seriously. I can’t take this.”

Xavier didn’t blink. ”If you don’t take them, I’ll log out right now. And I won’t talk to you again.”

There was a pause.

”...You’re not serious.”

”Deadass.”

Oliver sighed like he was being handed a bomb. ”...Fine. I’ll take them. You stubborn psycho.”

As soon as he equipped the items, Oliver’s body lit up with golden light. His level didn’t change, but his stats tripled on the spot.

”...Holy shit,” he whispered. ”This is insane.”

”You’re welcome.”

Xavier turned toward the Hall of Fame and asked, ”What level are Lucas and Ethan?”

Oliver pointed at the massive screen outside the ranking board. ”Last month they broke into the Top 100. Earth Server. They’ve been flexing it since.”

Xavier looked up.

[Rank 99: Lucas – Level 99]

[Rank 100: Ethan – Level 98]

’Ethan’s holding himself just one level below Lucas... on purpose. What the fuck. That’s not friendship — that’s obsession. That’s slavery with extra steps.’

Oliver muttered, ”I’m not even in the top 1000.”

Xavier stared at the board. Silent.

And then — a smile spread across his face. Not the usual cocky grin. This one was colder.

”They wanna stay at the top so they can look down on everyone... right?” he said quietly.

Oliver looked at him, confused. ”Yeah, that’s basically what they live for.”

”Then let’s take that from them.”

”...Huh?”

Xavier turned to face him. ”Tell me. Is there a way to meet them? Mess with them directly?”

Oliver nodded slowly. ”There is. The Anniversary Raid. It’s about to start.”

He pulled up the event panel and explained. ”It’s a three-stage co-op raid. Everyone on the server can join. First stage is mob clearing. Second is elite mini-bosses. Third is the world boss. Rewards scale by performance — most kills, damage dealt, time cleared. Rankings get reshuffled after the raid ends.”

Xavier didn’t wait.

[SIGN UP – ANNIVERSARY RAID EVENT]

→ [CONFIRMED]

Oliver raised an eyebrow. ”You sure about this? You’ll be dumped in with randoms.”

”I don’t care. I’m gonna climb the leaderboard and break them.”

Oliver laughed. ”Alright, alright. Raid starts in ten minutes. Once the countdown hits zero, you get teleported automatically.”

Xavier cracked his knuckles. ”Is there anything else I can do before that? Something that’ll make me stronger. Guarantee I win.”

Oliver shook his head. ”You’ve already got the gear, the class, the stats... Now it’s about you. How good you are. How well you can fight.”

Then he looked at him and said, ”Money can buy you everything in this game — except skill.”

Xavier smirked. ”Then I’ll just steal that, too.”

The countdown appeared in front of them.

[00:00:10]

[00:00:09]

[00:00:08]

Xavier stepped forward. His shadow stretched across the marble floor. His name was still hidden — the perfect weapon waiting to explode.

[00:00:03]

[00:00:02]

[00:00:01]

[TELEPORTING TO RAID ARENA — PLEASE STAND BY...]

A flash of light wrapped around him — and Xavier vanished.
