Hentai Dragon King

Many of the surrounding knights have taken off their helmets and some have even removed their armor so the sense of intimidation is modest, but even so being surrounded by a group of several dozen or even over a hundred people is a little scary.

Just why did these guys surround us.

”Splendid knights. Will you not let us invite you to a meal.”

”No. Accept my invitation.”

”What. Let us pour wine together and talk about combat techniques that combine sword and magic.”

I see. Our Order of the Capybara was invited to meals by multiple knights. After seeing the earlier real ability they apparently wanted to eat together and talk no matter what.

Being popular with men does not help, but we are super popular.

”Eeto...”

It is a rare invitation so I feel bad refusing.

While I was wondering what to do surrounded by a crowd of knights a giant so big you could see him even inside the human wall came carrying wine barrels on both shoulders. A path quickly opened in the ring of people and the giant came to the center.

”Let me through. Everyone.”

Appearing with a voice matching his physique is a bearded old man in black armor. His face is so thick I would believe it if someone said he was a gorilla beastman. It is the first time I see him without a helmet but he is probably ”the strongest,” Dragunov.

”There is no need to worry over something boring like who to drink wine with.”

Dosun.

The man set the wine barrels on the ground.

Those thick hands are covered in countless fine scars and tell that half his life has been filled with war and training.

From behind the man came men carrying whole roast pigs.

”Now then, shall we not all drink and eat together!”

Bakon.

When the man struck a barrel and broke the lid the mellow aroma of grape wine spread softly.

Waa!

Applause rose.

”It is as Dragunov says!”

”That is right. It is as the strongest says! Let everyone drink wine.”

”Um. Exactly. Then I too shall have food prepared. My attendant. Bring a peacock!”

”Is there anyone who misses northern beer? I will treat you to beer from my territory!”

”This is wine I thought of opening in commemoration of victory but not offering it here would be shameful. I will have it prepared at once.”

”Everyone is so generous. Then my attendant. Take my wallet and go to the market and buy as much meat as you can carry!”

In this way a banquet suddenly began. Is this One Pi*ce.

There are events in the afternoon too. What will they do if they get drunk.

When Trois, who had a mock match with me earlier, finished setting a large plate on the ground he met my eyes and said one thing.

”Our captain is this kind of person.”

Ordinary people who had come out of the arena intending to drink and eat in town apparently noticed the commotion, were invited, and the scale of the banquet grew.

Whole roast pigs were being cut here and there and wine was being poured glug-glug from the barrels.

Is this One Pi*ce.

Dragunov was an old man at a drinking place.

”Drink.”

He handed me a cup so I drank from the opposite side so it would not become an indirect kiss.

”Eat.”

He thrust a whole roast pig at me so I refused with ”a lump is impossible.” Whether he intended to eat the whole thing himself Dragunov bit into the pig.

I thought this would at least mean I would not be spoken to while he was eating, but Dragunov pyupyupyu spit pig bones from his mouth. He apparently finished eating in an instant. Is this One Pi*ce.

”What is it. Will you not eat?”

”Yes...”

”Our captain is this kind of person.”

Trois brought a slice of pork placed on a wooden plate. Good. Meat of a common-sense size.

While eating meat I glanced at the state of my companions who had been surrounded by unknown knights.

Iria apparently has acquaintances and is conversing without problem.

Duran is also getting lively without trouble using Cosmic Speechcraft.

Steisan is set as unable to speak but by nodding and using gestures she is somehow blending into the circle.

Mazorov’s figure is gone. She probably ran somewhere because she did not want to be surrounded by unknown rugged men.

Iferaski and Ranjou also disappeared but they have Kaka and Pipi accompanying them so they will not get lost or kidnapped. It should be fine.

Dragunov grabbed what seemed to be nuts in a basket in his fist and began eating with a crunching sound. That I might be able to eat.

If I keep refusing my impression from that kind of hearty old man will be bad. If I leave an impression on Dragunov who is the northern army general the possibility of appearing in matches will also rise.

Dragunov who noticed my gaze said ”Want to eat?” so I answered ”Yes.”

Then he put the nuts he grabbed from the basket onto my plate but it was an amount as if scooped with a 500 milliliter measuring cup. It is not an amount I can finish eating no matter what.

”Our captain is this kind of person.”

Trois said the exact same thing as before and brought out an empty plate. Meaning he will eat half so share it with him I suppose.

This guy seems to have it really rough...

Now then. I had braced myself for being asked various hard-to-ask things but that did not happen.

Hometown, the reason I act together with Iria, what a capybara is, they did not particularly ask. Drinking and eating was the main thing.

Occasionally there were people who sang or played instruments and around those people they heckled ”skilled” or ”unskilled,” and anyway we drank and ate.

No one got so drunk they lost all sense of front and back. When the drinking and eating ended they all at once quickly returned to their own tents. Only the ordinary people remained and continued meals and chatting.

The banquet that started so suddenly ended far too cleanly.

I threw a question at Iria.

”I thought it would get lively with knight-like topics such as how such-and-such battle was or how my sword technique is, but there was none of that at all. Why was it only small talk?”

”Because it is the Christmas Tournament. People from various places gather. Among them there are former enemies and family enemies. Right now we are gathered as the unit called the northern army but in smaller-scale tournaments we also become hostile relations. So basically at gatherings where many people from far away assemble they do not talk about war or the past.”

”I see. An unwritten rule so it does not become a fight. You cannot exactly say ’grudge of the past!’ at a banquet either. ...Ah. Could it be that È who belongs to the southern army is posted on duty in Monvan in the north as a kind of personnel exchange?”

”Ah. You noticed well. If we fight among ourselves inside the country we cannot fight external enemies. Things like everyday grudges are vented in tomorrow’s and the day after tomorrow’s fights.”

”I see. My image of knights changed quite a bit.”

I had thought medieval knights were only elegant and glittering but that was not the case.

Everyone loved wine and meat and laughed in loud voices. They were all men with scarred thick skin.

The afternoon session began.

The first event of the afternoon is bow far-target.

Iria, Steisan, and I who are not participating watch from the subspace spectator seats.

The representative players aim at targets at a 400 meter distance using the long side of the arena to the fullest, shoot ten arrows, and compete by number of hits.

Masters gathered from both the southern army and the northern army and displayed their skill.

The targets are knight scarecrows made by dressing logs in armor and putting helmets on them.

Generally five or six hit. When seven hit the applause gets louder.

With this I thought Duran and Mazorov would take first with ten hits but as expected it did not go that way.

Alo Neriot, captain of the Order of the Purple Bow, a name that no matter what sounds like Order of the Womb, hit ten. As expected of an order whose name includes bow. His skill is Tracking. A skill that grants magic power to something he has touched and tracks it. The granted magic power can be manipulated once.

In short he realizes something like a wired guided missile with a skill. He shoots an arrow once and when it nears the target he can change its maneuvering by manipulating magic power. For bow far-target, within skill range the accuracy is probably close to one hundred shots one hundred hits.

Furthermore Maria Zoot, captain of the Order of the Black Shadow, also hit ten. The skill that manipulates things that have touched shadow apparently does not distinguish between living and nonliving. Because she manipulates arrows, again, within skill range it is one hundred shots one hundred hits.

Fullru added wind to arrows from inside the venue and hit nine.

And last is Duran’s turn.

This was because Black Dragon vice-captain Trois nominated Duran as the last shooter.

Duran also safely hit ten out of ten. The venue showed the highest excitement. Arrows released toward different directions in the sky all hit the helmets at the same time. Moreover he is only calculating the arrows’ trajectories with space calculation and is not using any skill.

According to the person herself, ”It is easier than a Cappibarannu record of thirty people.”

The three who hit ten knelt before the king and received a bag of gold coins from Giche.

At that time they apparently received words from the king. The conversation on the spot is made audible throughout the venue by someone’s voice-amplification skill but as expected it was Dura-san.

”My skill is Imitation. I merely reproduced the archery of great predecessors. Everything is the crystallization of the techniques of regular knights of Arasgard who swear loyalty to His Majesty. I cannot accept prize money. I would like it all donated to the Church of Larme and used for war orphans.”

With these words the venue was wrapped in applause and voices of praise enough to drown out the conversation audio in front of the king’s tent. Then Dura-san, after having the king firmly promise the donation to war orphans, received prize money from the king’s pocket money as a separate account from the tournament prize.

Furthermore she also received permission to cut down about two hundred trees from the western forest. As expected. With this we can make huts and small tools!
