I Aggressively Stack Steel of the Heart in the Knight Order

Of course, if one truly understood the history of the Holy Rose Order and what these Battle Sisters had endured, it would be easy to see why they had become so fanatical.

The Judgment Court had granted them authority that superseded all others.

What’s more, the lingering Demon Evil Power in Reinhardt’s body was, in the perception of these Battle Sisters, practically the same as having the word ”traitor” written on his forehead.

They had sensed something amiss at the frontline command post from three hundred meters away.

Seeing that a bloody conflict was about to erupt, Fedor, the leader of the Red Flame Son, stepped forward at the right moment. ”Whether or not there is an issue with Lord Reinhardt is a matter that requires careful discussion,” he said in a solemn voice.

”Besides, we are currently deep within the Demon Void Realm. We cannot afford to have internal strife over such matters.”

However, he was met not with the Nun Superior’s calm, but with a barbed threat.

”I see. You’re an accomplice too.”

”Sister Superior Eleonor—!”

Reinhardt, who had remained sitting motionlessly on a rock the entire time, continued eating from the can in his hands. He was trying to sate a hunger so immense he could have devoured an entire cow.

The continuous high-pressure battles, coupled with the side effects of his Second Mighty Power·Bloodthirsty Madness, had left his physical stamina extremely depleted.

This food would not only fill his stomach but also speed up the recovery of his strength.

As for the threat from the Nun Superior named Eleonor, he paid it no mind whatsoever.

After he finished the last bite of his military ration, ethereal blue text from the system flashed across his vision at an incredible speed.

[Interlude Event · Part Two: My Heart is a Raging Fire, Complete.]

[The Vengeful Angels, despite losing their leader, did not fall into disarray. Under Raphael’s command, the Punisher Ship, carrying the critically wounded and near-death Radiant Angel Albert, broke through numerous blockades and sped toward the Aquitaine Casting World.]

[The Ash Guard, after paying a great price, also completed their mission. Carrying the rescued Emperor’s Shield Knights and three Radiant Angels, they successfully reached the Iberian Glory.]

[And you, Reinhardt, entered the fray yourself and personally shattered the tragic fate that was to befall the Radiant Angels.]

[Perhaps, what you have gained is far more than what you see.]

[You have mastered an understanding of the Domain: Great Annihilation.]

[The strength of a Radiant Holy Artifact is intrinsically linked to your Spiritual Power. The spirit and resolve you displayed when facing the temptations of the Slaughter Death Arena have manifested in the strength of the Divine Emperor’s Fury, resulting in a new Radiant Power.]

[Radiant Power: Illusion Breaker—The Eternal Flame of the Divine Emperor’s Fury can now tear through the barrier between the Demon Void Realm and the Real Cosmos. Furthermore, the power of the Illusion Breaker can shield against the distorting interference of a Void Storm. If you possess sufficient strength, you can even use the power of the Illusion Breaker to perform a Void Teleportation with your physical body.]

[My heart is a raging fire, illuminating the path ahead.]

When the system’s ethereal blue text vanished.

Profound Holy Runes surfaced on the blade of the Divine Emperor’s Fury, which was fixed to the back of his Avenger Power Armor like a mere ornament.

Even the spacetime of the Demon Void Realm surrounding the Divine Emperor’s Fury began to ripple and destabilize under the interference of this Holy Rune Power.

Whether it was a Radiant Holy Artifact or a Void Divine Artifact, the strength and function of these weapons, which possessed all sorts of strange and wondrous abilities, could not be categorized by the traditional craftsmanship Level of an Extraordinary Creation.

At least, in Reinhardt’s opinion, these creations with their peculiar powers bore many similarities to the powerful magical artifacts from the classic tales of his homeland. Of course, this was just an analogy.

Just as the Battle Sisters were attempting to break through the Ash Guard’s blockade and forcibly seize him, Reinhardt, the very center of the conflict, tossed aside his empty ration can.

The crisp clatter, even in a warzone deafened by shouts of slaughter and the roar of artillery, was remarkably clear and attention-grabbing.

Bach turned and saw Reinhardt getting to his feet.

”My lord!”

As the Think Tank of the Ash Guard, he knew the Judgment Court’s methods all too well. They would claim to be taking him in for close observation, but in reality, it wouldn’t be more than a few days before they secretly executed Reinhardt for ”security reasons.”

Of course, that was if they even had the strength to pull it off.

Reinhardt raised a hand, signaling for him and the Ash Guard to lower their weapons, and strode toward Sister Superior Eleonor.

The Battle Sisters at the side tried to lunge at him, but the moment they met his brutal gaze, every single one of them—nuns with no more than five years of service—was frozen in place, utterly intimidated.

The iron-willed aura Reinhardt had forged in mountains of corpses and seas of blood, the bearing of a mighty warrior who had personally slain a Fear Knight—even a single glance from him was more than these Battle Sisters, whose strength was below the Four-star Official Military Rank, could withstand!

Eleonor.

Nun Superior of the Holy Rose Order, a Four-star Earth Military Rank. The years had etched wrinkles and weariness onto her face, but the fanaticism in her eyes had only grown more deranged.

She met Reinhardt’s gaze directly, her every word and action asserting her authority as Nun Superior in an attempt to force him into submission.

”I have seen too many Imperial Knights like you, but none have ever been able to resist the temptation of power.

Submit to my inspection. This is not just for your sake, but for the safety of this warzone and our other brothers.”

But her authority held no deterrent power for Reinhardt. He simply stared into Eleonor’s eyes and replied, ”Your Loyalty is beyond question, Sister.

But if the Demon Power of the Slaughter Death Arena wants to corrupt me, it will have to get in line.”

Avernus’s corrupting blessing was still lingering outside his mind; how could the power of the Slaughter Death Arena possibly corrupt his heart?

”What are you talking about?”

Sister Superior Eleonor clearly sensed a deeper meaning in Reinhardt’s words. ’Could it be that other Demons have tried to corrupt him before this?’

’What blasphemy—!’

Unfortunately, her power was far from that of a Radiant Angel at their peak, who could have perceived Reinhardt’s mind and detected the traces of Avernus’s corrupting blessing.

And Eleonor’s attitude was the Empire’s attitude toward any Imperial Knight who might have been corrupted by Void Power.

Better to kill a thousand innocents than to let one guilty party escape.

Compared to these fanatics, Albert’s trust in Reinhardt was a true testament to what justice and mercy meant.

If the person Reinhardt had met back then on Grillers World hadn’t been a Radiant Angel but a Judge, his bones would likely be buried in the perpetually frigid Northern Wilderness by now.

Seeing that Reinhardt refused to submit to her authority, Eleonor prepared to seize him by force.

Fedor’s brow furrowed. He drew his weapon to stop the Nun Superior’s tyrannical move and said in a deep voice, ”Your Excellency, Sister Superior, do not forget that this is the defensive sector of the Red Flame Son.”

Reinhardt extended his right hand. The Divine Emperor’s Fury slowly flew into his grasp, and the Eternal Flame, wreathed in Radiant Power, suddenly blazed to life!

He then turned to Fedor.

”Order your men to prepare for withdrawal from the Demon Void Realm.”
