I Aggressively Stack Steel of the Heart in the Knight Order

He seemed unable to believe his eyes. That this traitor could actually be so grievously wounded, on the very brink of death.

He took a deep breath, intending to go over and confirm Reinhardt’s identity.

But the moment he drew near Reinhardt, a malevolent power emanating from the Slaughter Death Arena began to whisper incessantly within his Knight Perception. It was like a bone-chilling gale, like a dark and unspeakable secret.

Fedor, a Knight with a Five-star Earth Military Rank who had served in the Imperial Legion for three hundred years, felt cold sweat pour down his back. He recoiled as if electrocuted, stumbling backward in a flash!

He stared in horror at Reinhardt, who seemed completely lost within the power of the Slaughter Death Arena. After a mere second of hesitation, he raised his Dragon-Hunting Spear and roared, ”A Demon is trying to corrupt him! Everyone, fall back at once!”

Hearing this, his three Personal Guards paled.

”My Lord! You can’t go!”

But it was too late to stop Fedor.

As the leader of the Red Flame Son, he couldn’t just stand by and watch the Imperial Knight who defeated Du Ma fall into the Abyss, corrupted by a Void Demon!

He had to do everything in his power to prevent such a tragedy.

Recalling the name Bach had told him, Fedor lunged forward, roaring, ”Reinhardt! You must snap out of it! Don’t listen to those blasphemous whispers! You—”

Just as he lunged forward to grab Reinhardt’s arm and pull him away from Du Ma, a powerful right hand shot out and clamped down on his wrist.

Then, to Fedor’s utter horror, the Imperial Knight—an incarnation of vengeance whose Domain Power radiated boundless fury—slowly turned his head to face him.

His gaze burned like fire, carrying with it a terrifying, murderous pressure.

The hairs on Fedor’s arms stood on end. He felt as if he were facing a mortal enemy. His Knight Power flared uncontrollably, instinctively erupting from his body to form a Flame Battle Armor that blazed to life over his Power Armor.

”You—!”

Just then, he heard a hoarse, indifferent voice.

”Only an idiot would believe a Demon’s nonsense. Your concern is unnecessary.”

As Fedor watched in disbelief, Reinhardt released his wrist. He then slowly walked over to Du Ma, who was sprawled on the ground, his presence having weakened to that of an Official Knight Level.

He looked down at the traitor at his feet. He extended his right hand, and under the watchful eyes of tens of thousands, the Divine Emperor’s Fury slowly flew into his grasp.

Then, imbued with Radiant Power, the Divine Emperor’s Fury Flame ignited. It flickered like a single wisp of fire, yet burned like the flame of an ideal that no darkness, however terrifying, could ever extinguish.

When the Imperial Knights witnessing this scene sensed the pure Radiant Power emanating from the Divine Emperor’s Fury, they were thrown into a state of profound shock.

A Radiant Holy Artifact—!

At that moment, their gazes fell upon Reinhardt with even greater awe.

’Just who... is this man?’

Du Ma was now too weak to speak. It could only look at Reinhardt with pleading eyes, begging to be spared, to be forgiven for its betrayal.

But Reinhardt simply gazed down at him, cruel and unforgiving.

Before Fedor, before the Red Flame Son, and before the tens of thousands of Mortal Soldiers bearing witness, he spoke coldly, ”You have sullied the noble bloodline and honor of the Dragon Hunters.

Du Ma.

Compared to the Dragon Hunters I have known.

Compared to Lord Heinrich.

Your death is worthless.”

Of course, Reinhardt didn’t know that Flayer Du Ma had once been a Battle Group champion for the Red Flame Son, one of the Ten Dragon Guard. But judging by the traitor’s attitude when it killed the Imperial Knight in Anti-Magic Steel Armor bearing the Dragon Hunter crest, the words it had spoken, and its superhuman physical strength, it wasn’t hard to guess that Du Ma must have once served in the Dragon Hunter Legion, and had likely deserted from the very Battle Group Reinhardt himself had encountered.

As for Dragon Hunter Heinrich... Reinhardt would never forget him. That paragon of an Imperial Knight possessed the most noble spirit he had ever witnessed. Nor would he forget the death and sacrifice of Heinrich and his men as they covered the retreat.

The moment the words left his lips, Reinhardt seized Du Ma by the neck with one hand, hauling him to his feet. Then, the Divine Emperor’s Fury, blazing with the Eternal Flame, ran him through the chest.

Du Ma’s soul let out a heart-rending scream as it was incinerated by the Divine Emperor’s Fury Flame, but Reinhardt didn’t even spare it a backward glance. He simply turned and walked to stand before Fedor.

Meanwhile, his refreshed Great Destruction Domain still had over a minute left.

Standing before Fedor in his colossal Vengeful Angels form, Reinhardt exuded a terrifying pressure, like a great mountain pressing down on the other knight’s chest. Fedor didn’t dare to meet his eyes.

In fact, at that moment, he had already concluded that this man had to be a Battle Group Leader from one of the Empire’s main Legions. ’He must have received a direct blessing of Legendary Power from a Lord of the Legion, and he’s probably a champion of the Imperial Arena, too! His status is transcendent, and his authority absolute!’

”Where did you learn my name?”

Facing Reinhardt’s question, Fedor glanced at Du Ma’s remains, now completely consumed by the Eternal Flame. His heart was a storm of conflicting emotions.

The traitor whom the Red Flame Son had been unable to execute, even after sacrificing six Battle Group Leaders, had just died so quietly before his very eyes.

The thought only deepened the awe with which he regarded Reinhardt.

”Ash Guard Thinker Bach,” he said. ”He told me... My Lord, that you are in charge of a top-secret rescue mission...”
